Abstract

Recently, the interest of academic and research institutions in sustainable agric-supply chain management (SASCM) has risen. This fact can be seen from the number of papers published as special issues. Agric-supply chain management is a substance deepening from conventional supply chain management which is discussing integration of economical, environmental, and social aspects to reach a goal of organization. The objective of this research was to describe the state of the art about this topic and future research issues. The number of papers analyzed were 111 articles published from 2003–2020. The articles were obtained from scientific provider such as Science direct, EBSCO, Cross-Reff, Researchgate, DOAJ, Academia.Edu, and Google Scholar. In this research, we cluster (SASCM) to several items such as supply chain management, sustainable supply chain management, and sustainable supply chain management for agricultural product. The content analysis was used to describe the state of the arts and novelty. The result of the study show that it is critical for the actors of agricultural business to apply sustainability concepts including economic, social, environmental, and institution on the systems of agricultural supply chain based on industry 4.0 approach to reach a sustainable business process. Synthesis and determination of main topics of research in the future is undertaken at the end. Keywords: agricultural product, management, sustainable supply chain

Abstract

Traceability system for Aceh cocoa supply chain is identification of the documents which includies the product specification information, production process, actors and location as well as the production management. The objectives of this research were to determine critical points and its impacts on traceability system which was developed. Fuzzy-failure mode effect and critically analysis (F-FMECA) technique were used to determine the critical points. Data inputs came from expert’s panel (academicians, researcher and practitioners) with Ph.D for academician and researcher, and 15 years experiences for business man. The results of the study showed that there were several critical points on all actors in Aceh cocoa supply chain. Critical points on all actors include all the points that have a value of risk priority number (RPN) ranking high category.Keywords: Aceh cocoa, F-FMECA , supply chain, traceability system

Abstract

Nutmeg oil from South Aceh is one of the main commodities in Indonesian essential oils trading. Specially, 70-80% Indonesian nutmeg oil trading origin is from South Aceh. On the other hand, a business risk of nutmeg oil is on collectors district, so these actors to be critical point in nutmeg oil production. The objectives of this research were to determine risk factors and to design risk mitigation in nutmeg oils supply chain on South Aceh. The technique used was Failure Mode and Effective Critically Analysis (FMECA). Data collecting according to expert’s survey and background and qualification of experts were academicians, researcher, and practitioners. Academicians and researchers were PhD holders with 10 years experience in agriculture development, practitioners graduate minimally, practitioners were bachelor degree holders with 15 years experience. The result of the study showed that on farmers, the highest risks were on pest and disease attack and price fluctuation, meanwhile on agro-industry actors, the highest risks were on quality product fulfillment and price fluctuation. To arrange over supply, policy analysis was needed for the establishment of business units initiated by local governments.Keywords: nutmeg oils, South Aceh, FMECA

Abstract

One of the focus of agricultural commodities development is shallot. It was contributed on national and regional inflation. Therefore, is not a national centra prodcution of shallot, Aceh Province has shallot centra productio, namely at Pidie, Aceh Tengah and Aceh Besar district. As we know that the main character agricultural product was seasonal, thus sholud be effectivally managed of its. The objectives of this research were to obtain prodcution shallot pattern and to design a agroindustrial model which suitable with shallot characteristic production. The technique used Auto Regresive Moving Average (ARIMA), the data is used time-series (monthly) for 6 month, whereas option design model and product used Analitical Hierarcy Process (AHP). The result of study show that a model of ARIMA (p,d,q) was (0,0,1) with mean square 20,682,669. Meanwhile, the prediction of production t+1=6,662 qiuntal. The option of model design was micro-agroindustrial with a weight (0,59), small-agroindustrial (025). Abstract

Increasing economic growth and number of middle-class consumers has encouraged growing number of modern cafés in the middle-income countries in South East Asia and China. The modern café is marked by serving Arabica coffee, the existence of barista, the use of espresso machine and knowledge of coffee culture. Café owners need to know their customers for developing business strategy.  This study is aimed to classify the customers into different segment based on the factors influencing customer decision in choosing the place for drinking coffee. Ten cafés were purposive sampled and a hundred of customers were randomly selected and requested to fill a questioner. Principle component analysis were used to extract the customer attributes into 6 segments. Rotation of loading factors has helped this research to characterize each segment into conventional, sociality, trendy, coffee lover, lifestyle and healthy type of customer and at the same time to get know the size of each segment.

Abstract

Abstrak. Pengendalian persediaan adalah kegiatan yang dilakukan dalam menyediakan sumber daya yang diperlukan untuk proses produksi. Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) adalah salah satu cara yang bisa digunakan dalam mengendalikan persediaan dengan menentukan biaya pemesanan dan penyimpanan produk seminimal mungkin. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ketepatan perhitungan persediaan bahan baku UD Nagata Tuna. Penerapan metode EOQ dapat merampingkan pasokan bahan baku tuna dalam proses pengolahan tuna. Penelitian ini menggunakan data yang diperoleh dari perusahaan dimulai dari bulan februari 2021 sampai dengan maret 2022. Hasil yang didapat dengan menggunakan metode EOQ untuk biaya pemesanan adalah Rp. 84.846.763, biaya penyimpanan adalah Rp. 84.810.000, biaya bahan baku Rp. 3.162.954.000 dan biaya persediaan adalah Rp. 169.655.763. Hasil menggunakan metode EOQ memperoleh nilai sebesar Rp. 3.502.265.526 perbandingan selisih yang diperoleh dari kedua metode tersebut untuk biaya persediaan sebesar Rp. 486.161.874, - dengan persentase sebesar 12,19%. Artinya perusahaan dapat meminimalisir biaya persediaan jika menggunakan perhitungan menggunakan metode EOQAnalysis Of Raw Material Control Using the EOQ Method On UD. Nagata TunaAbstract. Inventory control is an activity carried out in providing resources for those necessary for the production process. Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) is one of the ways that can be used in controlling inventory by determining the cost of ordering and storing products to a minimum. This study aims to know accurately calculate the supply of raw materials for UD. Nagata Tuna. The application of the EOQ method can streamline the supply of tuna raw materials in the tuna processing process. This study used data obtained from the company starting from February 2021 to March 2022. The results obtained using the EOQ method for ordering costs are Rp. 84,846,763, storage costs are Rp. 84,810,000, raw material costs are Rp. 3,162,954,000 and inventory costs are Rp. 169,655,763. The results using the EOQ method obtained a value of Rp. 3,502,265,526 comparing the difference obtained from the two methods for inventory costs of Rp. 486,161,874 with a percentage of 12.19%. This means that company can minimize inventory costs if they use calculations using the EOQ method

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas produk (X1) dan harga (X2) terhadap keputusan pembelian (Y) telur ayam broiler pada toko Anna di Desa Pondong Baru Kecamatan Kuaro.Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah pembeli telur ayam broiler pada toko Anna yang membeli produk telur ayam pada bulan Desember 2022 dengan teknik sampling insedental dan jumlah sampel yang diperoleh sebanyak 32 orang. Pembeli sebagai sampel pada penelitian ini diberikan kuesioner yang terdiri dari 19 pernyataan. Tanggapan pada kuesioner diuji validitas dan reliabilitas sebelum dilakukan analisis regresi linear berganda.Hasil pengujian instrument penelitian yaitu kuesioner menunjukkan bahwa 19 butir pernyataan valid karena r hitung > r tabel. Selain itu, seluruh pernyataan reliabel karena nilai Cronbach’s Alpha > 0,60 (0,945 > 0,60).Persamaan regresi yang diperoleh yaitu Y= -69,359 + 0,852 X1 + 0,275 X2. Nilai koefisien korelasi ganda sebesar 0,861 yang artinya korelasi sangat kuat antara kualitas produk (X1) dan harga (X2) dengan keputusan pembelian (Y) telur ayam broiler pada toko Anna di Desa Pondong baru Kecamatan Kuaro. Nilai Koefisien Determinasi 0,724 yang artinya variasi kualitas produk (X1) dan harga (X2) dapat menjelaskan keputusan pembelian (Y) telur ayam broiler pada toko Anna di Desa Pondong Baru Kecamatan Kuaro sebesar 72,4% sedangkan sisanya dijelaskan oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti sebesar (100 – 72,4)% = 27,6%.Pengujian simultan menunjukkan bahwa Fhitung > Ftabel (41,639 > 3,33) atau p-value (Fhitung) < α (0,000 < 0,05) sehingga H0 ditolak. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa minimal ada satu diantara variabel kualitas produk (X1) dan harga (X2) yang berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian (Y) telur ayam broiler pada toko Anna di Desa Pondong Baru Kecamatan Kuaro.Selanjutnya, dilakukan pengujian parsial dengan melihat nilai thitung masing- masing variabel independen yang terdiri dari kualitas produk (X1) dan harga (X2) masing-masing sebesar 5,386 dan 1,357 yang jika dibandingkan dengan ttabel sebesar 2,045, maka kualitas produk (X1) sebesar 5,386 > 2,045, berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian (Y) telur ayam broiler pada toko Anna dikarenakan t hitung > t tabel. Sedangkan harga (X2) tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian (Y) telur ayam Broiler pada toko Anna dikarenakan t hitung < t tabel..
