Abstract

Meningkatnya kebutuhan tenaga ahli di bidang Ilmu Komputer menjadi tantangan tersendiri bagi perguruan tinggi di Indonesia untuk meningkatkan lulusan Fakultas Ilmu Komputer. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki faktor motivasi dan persepsi mahasiswa Fakultas Ilmu Komputer agar dapat menjadi wawasan tambahan bagi perguruan tinggi dalam upaya meningkatkan retensi para mahasiswa mereka. Pengumpulan data penelitian dilakukan terhadap 301 mahasiswa dari perguruan tinggi se-Kota Batam menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan instrumen penelitian berdasarkan Skala FICSS (Factors Influencing Computer Science Studies) dan analisis data menggunakan SEM (Structural Equation Modeling). Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah nilai intrinsik pada diri mahasiswa menjadi pengaruh terbesar pada motivasi dan pandangan mahasiswa bahwa Ilmu Komputer adalah bidang dengan pekerjaan yang tinggi tuntutannya menjadi pengaruh terbesar pada persepsi mahasiswa untuk menyelesaikan studi mereka di Fakultas Ilmu Komputer. Hasil dari penelitian diharapkan dapat menjadi bahan pertimbangan perguruan tinggi, khususnya di Kota Batam, dalam membangun program perkuliahan sehingga pada akhirnya dapat meningkatkan jumlah lulusan Fakultas Ilmu Komputer.

Abstract

The Coronavirus that has attacked Indonesia since last March affected the high needs for medicine, as an effort to increase immunities. On the other hand, the significant decline of economic conditions economically led to a lower purchasing power, compounded by increasing the price of goods in the market. One of the areas affected by COVID 19 in Batam is RT 004 Kelurahan Belian, where several residents had been infected with this virus. This community service activity aims to increase the community's knowledge of RT 004 Kelurahan Belian about cultivating pharmacy plants, thus they able to produce their own medicines by cultivating medicinal plants around their home environment. This activity is carried out in three stages, namely gathering initial information about medicinal plants, making video and poster campaigns, and ended by distributing and socializing through social media pages. Based on the results of extracting information, pharmacy plants that can be used as medicine and easy to grow are ginger, turmeric, lemongrass, cinnamon, aloe vera, and betel leaf. The videos and posters that are compiled contain the benefits of each plant's easy way to plant them. Furthermore, socialization is carried out online through social media so that the community, especially partners, can take advantage of this activity.

Abstract

Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) memiliki keterbatasan dalam berbagai sisi, mulai dari modal, sumber daya manusia, hingga akses ke infrastruktur. Faktor-faktor keterbatasan tersebut menyebabkan operasional UMKM memiliki kebergantungan pada proses manual, salah satunya dalam hal pencatatan keuangan. Kelalaian yang kerap terjadi pada proses manual sesungguhnya dapat diminimalisasi dengan melakukan transformasi digital. Inisiasi proyek pun dilakukan terhadap UMKM Toppan Bakery yang berlokasi di Meral, Kabupaten Karimun. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan adalah observasi, wawancara, dan terapan. Luaran proyek yang dikembangkan adalah Sistem Informasi Akuntansi berbasis web dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman bahasa pemograman HTML, CSS, PHP serta database management system MySQL. Kerangka kerja proyek yang digunakan adalah Agile SCRUM. Dengan dikembangkannya sistem ini, pencatatan akuntansi UMKM dapat dilakukan secara digital. Pencatatan keuangan digital adalah metode andal dalam menghasilkan laporan keuangan secara cepat dan akurat. Alhasil UMKM mampu mengeluarkan keputusan bisnis yang lebih tepat dan cermat di kemudian hari.

Abstract

This mixed-method research using PLS-SEM and fsQCA analysis aims to identify the factors that influence the behavioral intention of Indonesian housewives to adopt digital banking applications, particularly by examining the UTAUT2 model's variables. The study found that facilitating conditions, price values, and habits are significant factors that affect the behavioral intention of housewives to use digital banks. Furthermore, the study suggests that paying attention to the factors of effort expectancy, social influence, facilitating conditions, and habits simultaneously is the most effective approach to generating behavioral intention factors in digital bank adoption. The findings have important implications for digital bank companies, the government, financial institutions, and fintech startups. Future research should strive to obtain a more even distribution of respondents from different regions in Indonesia to reduce bias and obtain results that truly represent the conditions of housewives in Indonesia as a whole.
