Abstract

Artikel ini menyatakan bahwa pengarsipan data menuntut konselor untuk melakukan konseling dalam koridor yang pantas secara etika. Etika yang harus diperhatikan adalah hubungan dalam konseling melalui internet, kerahasiaan dalam konseling melalui internet, dan aspek hukum, lisensi dan sertifikasi. Tentunya, konselor dituntut untuk bekerja dalam bingkai profesionalitas pada kerangka etika layanan konseling online. Selain itu dalam mengedepankan konseling melalui internet diperlukan perangkat untuk dapat mengakses. Hal ini dipandang dapat berjalan secara maksimal, mengingat masyarakat sekarang selalu menggunakan internet dalam kesehariannya.

Abstract

Abstrak WiMAX (Worldwide Interoperability for Microwave Access) adalah teknologi komunikasi nirkabel yang menyediakan koneksi jalur lebar pita pada jarak yang jauh dengan kecepatan tinggi yang berbasis pada standar IEEE 802.16. Teknologi yang dipakai Mobile WiMAX adalah Scalable Orthogonal Division Multiple Access (SOFDMA). Pada jaringan WiMAX akan digunakan oleh banyak pengguna, maka dalam hal tersebut dibutuhkan penjadwalan. Penjadwalan ini bertujuan untuk mengatur antrian pada semua pengguna agar tidak tidak terjadi banyak packet loss. Pada penelitian ini dirancang sebuah simulasi dan analisis kinerja jaringan Mobile WiMAX yang terbagi dalam 3 skenario menggunakan perangkat lunak OPNET v14.5. Dalam Skenario Tak Penuh terdapat 18 pengguna, Skenario Hampir Penuh terdapat 25 pengguna dan Skenario Penuh terdapat 31 pengguna. Perbedaan jumlah pengguna dimaksudkan untuk menganalisa penjadwalan Weighted Fair Queueing (WFQ). Parameter-parameter yang digunakan adalah throughput, delay jaringan dan fairness index pada setiap pengguna dalam masing-masing skenario. Dari hasil simulasi diperoleh bahwa nilai throughput untuk layanan HTTP berkisar antara 129-135 kbps, untuk layanan FTP antara 106-113 kbps, untuk VoIP berkisar 138 kbps dan Video Conference sebesar 79 kbps. Dengan penjadwalan WFQ memberikan cukup adil alokasi pembagian lebar pita, dibuktikan dengan fairness index untuk Skenario Tak Penuh sebesar 0,96, untuk Skenario Hampir Penuh sebesar 0,95 dan untuk Skenario Penuh sebesar 0,97. Delay masing-masing layanan kurang dari 0.006 detik Kata kunci :  Mobile WiMAX, OPNET Modeler v14.5, Weighted Fair Queueing, Throughput, Delay  Abstract WiMAX( Worldwide Interoperability for Microwave Access ) is a wireless communications technology that provides broadband connections over long distances tape at high speed based on the IEEE 802.16 standard. Mobile WiMAX technology is used Scalable Orthogonal Division Multiple Access (SOFDMA). In WiMAX network will be used by many users, it is necessary in terms of scheduling. Scheduling is intended to regulate the queueonall users from a lot of packet loss does not occur. In this study designed a simulation and performance analysis of Mobile WiMAX network is divided into 3 scenarios using OPNET software v14.5 . In Scenario Not Fully there are 18 users , Scenario Almost Full are 25 users and 31 users Scenario sold there . The difference is intended to analyze the number of users Weighted Fair Queueing scheduling (WFQ) . The parameters used are the throughput, the network delay and fairness index for each user in each scenario. From the simulation results obtained that the throughput values for the HTTP service ranged between 129-135 kbps, for the FTP service between 106-113 kbps, 138 kbps range for VoIP and Video Conference at 79 kbps. With WFQ scheduling gives a pretty fair distribution of bandwidth allocation, evidenced by the fairness index for Scenario Not Full of 0.96, for Scenario Almost Full of 0.95 and 0.97 for the full scenario. Abstract

Most power plant process control concern on optimizing the power generation, reduce unplanned shutdown and reduce inventory cost. These challenges can be solved by implementing newly technology called Industry 4.0, which integrates the industrial internet of things (IIoT) and the cyber-enhanced systems as well as cloud computing. This paper presents a prototype system loop as an example of the power generation network to measure the rotating speed, number of turn and the frequency of vibration for the rotating device, humidity & temperature of the physical cooler or heater device within the plant in order to explain the interoperability principle of Industry 4.0 through the implementation of Power Plant 4.0. Base on the test results then used as a basis for identifying the challenges that will arise and the solution to implement Power Plant 4.0 with effectively and efficiently.

Abstract

In 2021, several power plants in Indonesia have been started a digital transformation to increase efficiency and reduce operating costs. Therefore, in order to accelerate and ensure the sustainability of the transformation, it is necessary to analysis the readiness of human capital and its technology/systems. In this research, methods that are used are: survey, discussion, and verification of several power plants in Indonesia regarding their readiness and conditions. The result of the study shows that its need to increase digital competencies and open mindset of existing employees at the power plant, both at operator and management level. The digital transformation of Indonesian power plants requires an upskilling program for the employee, which is needed to create appropriate digital innovation and accelerate the digitization project. Otherwise, in terms of technology, it needs to increase cybersecurity, useability, and interoperability of the digital technologies. Although cyber security in power plants is sufficient, it needs to standardize the OT/IT connection.

Abstract

The study aimed to explore the effects of biomass co-firing of coal using acacia wood bark at circulating fluidized bed (CFB) boiler coal-fired power plant with 110 MWe capacity. The analysis focused on main equipment parameters, including the potential for slagging, fouling, corrosion, agglomeration, fuel cost, and specific environmental factors. Initially, coal and acacia wood bark fuel were blended at a 3% mass ratio, with calorific values of 8.59 MJ/kg and 16.59 MJ/kg, respectively. The corrosion due to chlorine and slagging potential when using wood bark was grouped into the minor and medium categories. The results showed that co-firing at approximately 3% mass ratio contributed to changes in the upper furnace temperature due to the variation in heating value, high total humidity, and a less homogeneous particle size distribution. Significant differences were also observed in the temperature of the lower furnace area, showing the presence of a foreign object covering the nozzle, which disturbed the ignition process. A comparison of the seal pot temperature showed imbalances as observed from the temperature indicators installed on both sides of boiler, with specific fuel consumption (SFC) increasing by approximately 0.17%. During the performance test, the price of acacia wood bark was 0.034 USD/kg, resulting in fuel cost of 0.023355 USD/kWh, adding 0.061 cent/kWh to coal firing cost. Despite co-firing, the byproducts of the combustion process, such as SO2 and NOx, still met environmental quality standards in accordance with government regulations. However, a comprehensive medium- and long-term impact evaluation study should be carried out to implement co-firing operations using acacia wood bark at coal-fired power plant. Based on the characteristics, such as low calorific value, with high ash, total moisture, and alkali, acacia wood bark showed an increased potential to cause slagging and fouling.

Abstract

The utilization of coal in generating energy across the world is extremely popular due to its low cost. Otherwise, coal quality plays a significant role in other potential problems. Such an interaction between bed material and coal properties could lead to the formation of bed agglomeration, which melts in the CFB boiler of a power plant. The result shows that the majority of agglomeration samples were granular and dominated by round shapes, as observed visually. The EDX analysis shows that the three biggest elements in the agglomeration sample are oxygen, silica, and calcium. Meanwhile, XRD analysis reveals that the most reactive products were muscovite, albite, and dolomite compounds. They were composed of natrium in the range of 1.95–2.84%, silicon in the range of 20.2–21.16%, aluminium in the range of 13.05–15.46%, calcium in the range of 1.05–3.11%, and others. Therefore, several potential alternatives might be the best way to reduce the risk of agglomeration in a boiler. Including using additives like china clay and soils, especially those containing kaolin, and utilizing alternate bed materials. Another promising option to prevent this problem is to reduce the combustion temperature and replace bed material periodically.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the organizing function from an Islamic management perspective in the case of UMKM Seblak Gacor in Telang, Bangkalan, focusing on the principles of trustworthiness (amanah), justice (al-‘adl), consultation (syura), honesty (sidq), and consistency (istiqamah) in line with maqashid shariah. The research employed a descriptive qualitative approach with a case study method, where data were collected through in-depth interviews with the owners and employees, supported by relevant scholarly literature. Data analysis followed Miles and Huberman’s model, consisting of data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing, with validity ensured through source triangulation. The findings reveal that organizing practices have partially reflected sharia principles, such as implementing a shift system for fairness, proportional sharing of capital and responsibilities, and decision-making through consultation. However, challenges remain, including ineffective internal communication, the absence of written standard operating procedures (SOPs), and internal conflicts affecting service consistency. In conclusion, the effectiveness of organizing based on Islamic principles is determined not only by technical efficiency but also by the integration of spiritual values that bring blessings to the business.   Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis fungsi organizing dalam perspektif manajemen Islam pada kasus UMKM Seblak Gacor di Telang, Bangkalan, dengan fokus pada prinsip amanah, keadilan (al-‘adl), musyawarah (syura), kejujuran (sidq), dan konsistensi (istiqamah) yang sejalan dengan maqashid shariah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode studi kasus, di mana data diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam dengan pemilik dan karyawan serta didukung literatur akademik relevan. Analisis data mengikuti model Miles dan Huberman yang meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan, dengan validitas dijaga melalui triangulasi sumber. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa praktik organizing sebagian telah mencerminkan prinsip syariah, seperti penerapan sistem shift untuk keadilan, pembagian modal dan tanggung jawab secara proporsional, serta pengambilan keputusan melalui musyawarah. Namun, masih terdapat tantangan berupa komunikasi internal yang kurang efektif, ketiadaan standar operasional prosedur (SOP) tertulis, dan konflik internal yang memengaruhi konsistensi pelayanan. Kesimpulannya, efektivitas organizing berbasis prinsip Islam ditentukan tidak hanya oleh efisiensi teknis, tetapi juga oleh integrasi nilai spiritual yang menghadirkan keberkahan usaha. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan penguatan sistem komunikasi, formalisasi SOP, peningkatan kapasitas SDM, serta pembentukan mekanisme penyelesaian konflik berbasis nilai Islam guna menjamin keberlanjutan usaha.
