Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatkan hasil belajar sistem pengapian transistor menggunakan media pembelajaran berbasls ulead video studio. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain eksperimen semu dengan pola pre test-post test one group design. Populasinya adalah 30 orang mahasiswa Jurusan Teknik Mesin Universitas Neger) Semarang yang mengambil mata kuliah kelistrikan otomotif. Keseluruhan anggota populasi menjadi sampel penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan hasil belajar setelah diterapkannya media pembelajaran. Rata-rata nilai sebelum menggunakan media pembelajaran [pre test) sebesar 59,48 dan setelah menggunakan media pembelajaran [post test) sebesar 78,23. Sehingga penggunaan media pembelajaran tersebut meningkatkan prestasi belajar sebesar 23,97%. Kata Kunci: media pembelajaran, Ulead Video Studio, sistem pengapian transistor   The aim of this research was to find out the learning result Improvement of transistor ignition system using learning media based on ulead video studio. The research used Quasi Experiment with pattern pre test-post test one group design. The population was 30 students of Mechanical Engineering Department, Semarang State University taking Automotive Electrical subject All students in population were also the sample of research. The result of research showed that there was learning result improvement after the application of learning media. The average score before the use of learning media (pre-test) was 59,48 and after the use of learning media (post-test) was 78,23. Hence, the use of learning media improved the learning achievement about 23,97%. Keywords: learning media, ulead video studio, transistor ignition system

Abstract

The development of the learning model aimed to create learning conditions that facilitate students to be active and enjoy every learning process so that the students can optimize their achievement. One of the support tools to create an ideal learning atmosphere was learning media. The aimed of this study were to understand the impact of audio-visual media in seizing picture subject between two groups of students. This research applied Research and Development (R&D) approach. The participants consist of 2 lecturers with media expertise, 2 teachers, and 34 students of the X grade students of Light Vehicle Engineering who were selected randomly. The finding showed that there was a significant difference in the learning result. The experiment group that used audio-visual media achieved 83,24% (very high categories), while the control group that used written material achieved 49,43% (adequate-category). Based on the result above, it can be concluded that audio-visual media can improve students' competency in seizing pictures subject.

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to determine and analyze leadership style, work environment and compensation on employee loyalty. The type of approach used is explanatory research. The sample used in this research used a saturated sample formula, with a total of 46 samples and used 14 statement indicators. The data analysis method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The data testing used is simultaneous hypothesis testing (F test) and partial hypothesis testing (t test). The results of the research show that leadership style, work environment and compensation have a positive and significant influence simultaneously on employee loyalty at PT Jawara Properti Indonesia. Leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty at PT Jawara Properti Indonesia. The work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty at PT Jawara Properti Indonesia. Compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty at PT Jawara Properti Indonesia. Keywords: Analyze Leadership Style, Work Environment, Compensation And Employee Loyalty.
