Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan speaking skill siswa kelas XI IPA 2, MAN 2 Pontianak.Masalah didalam penelitian ini adalah kompetensi speaking skillsiswa yang kurang baik.Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilakukan selama dua siklus.Setiap siklus terdiri dari perencanaan, implementasi, observasi, dan refleksi.Teknik pengumpulan data, penulis menggunakan teknik observasi dan didukung dengan tes.Analisis data penelitian menggunakan statistic deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategiscaffolding bisa meningkatkan kemampuan speaking skill siswa .Dari pengamatan dan didukung dengan catatan lapangan penulis, dapat dilihat bahwa siswa bisa berbicara dengan baik, kosakata mereka bertambah, struktur gramatikal menjadi lebih baik, dan motivasi siswa dalam speaking skill semakin meningkatkan. Peningkatan kemampuan speaking skill siswa tercermin dari antusias siswa didalam proses pembelajaran dan meningkatnya skor speaking skillsiswa .Kata Kunci: strategi scaffolding, keterampilan berbicara, penelitian tindakan kelas

The cultivation of red onion in peatlands have several problems that have low pH, highcation exchange capacity, low base saturation and low content of macro and micro nutrients. Efforts to solve the problem on peat soil should be giving rice straw Trichokompos and Potassium fertilizer as it can improve the physical, biological and chemical on peat soil. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of interaction between rice straw Trichocompost and Potassium, the influence of rice straw Trichocompost factors and the influence of Potassium factors, as well as getting the best combination on the growth and red onion production on peatlands. This research was conducted experimentally, using a randomized block design (RBD) factorial consisting of two factors and three replications, namely: rice straw Trichokompos factor (0, 250, 500, 750 g / plot) and Potassium factor (0, 2.5, 5, 7.5 g KCL / plot). Observational data obtained were analyzed using variance analysis and conducted a further test using Duncan's New Multiple Range Test (DNMRT) at 5% level. The results of the study showed that giving rice straw Trichocompost and potassium fertilizers, indirectly affects growth and onion production. Provision of rice straw Trichocompost 250 g / plot (10 ton / ha) and potassium fertilizers KCl 5 g / plot (200 kg / ha) has the best ability to increase growth and onion production. Abstract. The research has been done to find out whether there is any influence towards Alternate Leg Box Bounds exercise to Explosive Power Of Muscle Limbs Of Bulog Valleyball Club Junior Pekanbaru, until it is done the smash jumping and blocker to get the best jumping. The type of the research is experiment, the population is Bulog Volley Ball player at Volley ball club junior pekanbaru. The data of this research is the whole population consists of 12 people. The instrument used in this research was Vertical Power Jump Test, which has purpose to measure the strengthen of muscle limbs. After that, the data processes using statistic. To test the normality with lilifors test in the fase of significant 0,05α. The hypothesis proposed was there any influence Alternate Leg Box Bounds towards power muscle limbs explosive. Based on the anaylisis of t tes resulting 5,51 and Ttab1,796. It means thatTcount >Ttab. Based on the statistic data analysis, the data was normal. Abstract: The background of this research is based on the fact that happened in class V SDN 019 Danau Tiga Kecamatan Rengat Barat, which indicates the low quality of mastery of the subject matter IPA. The problem of this research is "Is learning model application cooverative example non-example can improve learning outcomes IPA Student Class V SDN 019 Danau Tiga Kecamatan Rengat Barat?" The purpose of this research is to improve learning outcomes of the IPA on student Class V SDN 019 Danau Tiga Kecamatan Rengat Barat through the implementation of cooverative learning model example of non example. This study took place in the class V SDN 019 Danau Tiga Kecamatan Rengat Barat and held April 12 to April 28, 2016, with the number of subjects as many as 23 people consisting of 10 female students and 13 male students. This research is a classroom action research conducted in two cycles. Based on the results obtained by the percentage of individuals and classical mastery learning model example by applying non example, before the action of 17.4% were completed, the first cycle increased 47.8% and the second cycle an increase of 86.95%. Improved learning outcomes in basic score, 60 increased to 70 in the first cycle by a margin increase of 16.7%. In the second cycle the average student learning outcomes back increased to 79.56 margin improvement that occurred from the first cycle to the second cycle is at 12,01%, so the difference in the increase in the value of student learning outcomes as a whole was 28,71%. Departing from the results of these actions can be summed learning model application cooverative learning example non examples are excellent for learning outcomes IPA class V SDN 019 Danau Tiga Kecamatan Rengat Barat.Keywords: Non Example Example Learning Outcomes IPA

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the level of satisfaction of the residents of the Rusunawa YPSBR dormitory in terms of the facilities, prices and services provided. The research was conducted by surveying the residents who were also respondents in the study as many as 20 people. The results showed that the condition of the facilities provided was included in the adequate category with an index of 4.18, while the price offered was classified as very cheap with an index of 4.52 and for the services received by residents it was classified as good with an index of 3.96. For the level of occupant satisfaction on the three variables studied, the results showed that residents were satisfied with the management carried out with an index of 3.97, where residents were very satisfied with the price set because it was cheaper than other places while facilities and services were still considered ordinary and the same as anywhere else.

Tanaman ubi kayu (Manihot esculenta Crantz.) merupakan sumber karbohidrat yang mempunyai kedudukan strategis sebagai bahan baku pangan, pakan maupun berbagai industri pangan dan non pangan. Salah satu upaya meningkatkan produktivitas ubi kayu adalah dengan menggunakan klon-klon ubi kayu yang mempunyai produktivitas yang tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui respon genotipe ubi kayu (Manihot esculenta Crantz.) terhadap dosis pupuk kandang kambing. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Februari sampai Mei 2021 yang bertempat di Desa Kaimbulawa Kecamatan Siompu Kabupaten Buton Selatan Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara. Penelitina ini menggunakan rancangan acak kelompok (RAK), yang terdiri dari 2 faktor. Faktor pertama adalah dosis pupuk kandang kambing yang terdiri dari 4 perlakuan, yaitu P0 = Tanpa Pupuk Kandang Kambing, P1 = Pupuk Kandang Kambing 476 gram/tanaman, P2 = Pupuk Kandang Kambing 714 gram/tanaman, P3 = Pupuk Kandang Kambing 952 gram/tanaman. Faktor kedua adalah tiga genotipe ubi kayu/singkong yaitu SK = Ubi Kayu Kuning, SP = Ubi Kayu Putih, SB = Ubi Kayu Beracun. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian bahwa respon genotipe berpengaruh sangat nyata terhadap pertumbuhan tanaman ubi kayu berdasarkan parameter : tinggi tanaman, dan respon genotipe tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap panjang tunas, jumlah daun dan diameter batang. Dosis pupuk kandang berpengaruh sangat nyata terhadap pertumbuhan tanaman ubi kayu berdasarkan parameter : tinggi tanaman, panjang tunas, dan diemeter batang, dan dosis pupuk kandang tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap jumlah daun. Interaksi respon genotipe dan dosis pupuk kandang kambing berpengaruh sangat nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun dan diameter batang, dan interaksi respon genotip dan dosis pupuk kandang kambing tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap panjang tunas.
