Abstract

Salah satu permasalahan dalam penyediaan perumahan bagi masyarakat adalah belum tersedianya lahan yang tepat untuk lokasi pemukiman dan perumahan. Tanah merupakan salah satu elemen penting dalam program pembangunan infrastruktur maupun perumahan. Dengan memanfaatkan analisa sistem informasi geografis untuk menentukan ketersediaan tanah (land banking) dan lokasi untuk kawasan perumahan dan pemukiman di Kabupaten Tanah Datar berdasarkan kriteria dan kesesuaian terhadap rencana pola ruang dan daerah negative list. Dari analisa spasial sistem informasi geografis diperoleh sebaran ketersedian tanah untuk pemukiman dan perumahan sebesar 17,71% dari daya dukung lahan yang tersedia. Abstract

Pantai Salido yang terletak ± 75 km sebelah selatan Kota Padang dengan panjang garis pantai sekitar 5 km, tepatnya di Salido Kecamatan IV Jurai Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan, pantai ini memiliki muara sungai yang selalu berpindah-pindah sepanjang pantai yang merupakan tempat bertemunya muara sungai Salido dengan pantai Salido. maka diperlukan suatu upaya pengamanan pantai Salido dan muaranya dari bahaya erosi dan abrasi yang telah mengancam pemukiman perumahan penduduk di sepanjang muara dan pantai Salido, Pengumpulan data dilakukan untuk merencanakan bangunan pengaman pantai. Dari ananlisis data pasang surut akan didapat elevasi muka air laut yang digunakan untuk menentukan elevasi mercu bangunan pengaman pantai. Dari pengolahan data angin akan diperoleh peramalan gelombang berupa tinggi, periode, dan arah gelombang. Dari hasil analisis data yang telah dilakukan maka dapat dipilih bangunan pengaman pantai dengan mempertimbangkan beberapa aspek, yaitu morfologi pantai, keuntungan dan kerugian masing- masing bangunan pengaman pantai, serta kondisi lingkungan yang ada pada daerah rencana. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungagan dan dengan mempertimbangkan berbagai aspek, maka dipilih bangunan pengaman pantai dengan tipe groin dan jetty untuk pengaman muara. Material yang digunakan adalah coble stone >800kg dan 500-800kg, dengan panjang 70m untuk jetty dan 50m untuk groin sebanyak 32 buah.

Abstract

Changes in soil physical and socio-economic life of the people Padang City be the cause of a decrease the condition of the watershed (DAS). Catchment area management can be done through an assessment of the components of a watershed both spatial and attribute in a system that is comprehensive and and done with integrated management. Preparation of physical watershed data done by utilizing the technology of Geographic Information Systems (GIS) in which GIS has the ability to perform the presentation of data DAS and spatial analyzes to look at the ability of the DAS.

Abstract

Watershed Management comprehensively considers the boundaries and characteristics of physical watersheds that have precision and detail of data sources. Determination of the Watershed zone in a digital process is supported by the development of satellite-based remote sensing surface data and supported by spatial data analysis management technology with Geographic Information System. Provincial spatial boundaries and watershed characteristics include the area, slope and land use in the area so as to support the watershed management.

Abstract

Padang City is a city located on the Coastline of West Sumatra Coast that is vulnerable to earthquakes and tsunamis. This vulnerability allows the liquefaction phenomenon when an earthquake occurs. Factors affecting liquefaction are soil type, grain grading, ground water level, relative density and vibration. This study aims to analyze the liquefaction potential based on the value of safety factors obtained by using the Seed et al (1985) method and the Liquefaction Potential Index (LPI) method which aims to map the liquefaction based on the level of liquefaction potential at the location being reviewed. Earthquake data is using the Indonesia meterological, climatology, and geophysics agency (BMKG) (2009-2019) and maximum ground surface acceleration (PGA) using the attenuation equation from Young et al. The liquefaction calculation parameters are judged by a safety factor (FS), if FS> 1 it means there is no potential for liquefaction and if FS <1 means there is potentially liquefaction possibility. Based on calculations from these methods, the results obtained from the ten location points reviewed were almost all sites potentially liquefaction based on variations in earthquake magnitude with sand and silt soil types and other types of soil with an average groundwater level below 1.5m.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors causing Contract Change Orders (CCOs) in road construction projects, focusing on a case study of the Pasar Baru – Alahan Panjang road improvement project in West Sumatra. CCOs often arise due to discrepancies between the initial plan and conditions in the field, such as changes in weather, unexpected soil conditions, and regulatory changes. This study uses a combination of quantitative and qualitative methods, where data is collected through questionnaires and analyzed using SWOT techniques and internal-external factor analysis. The findings of this study indicate that the main causes of CCO in this project are errors in planning, lack of coordination between related parties, and unexpected changes in field conditions. The impacts of CCO include increased costs, delays, and reduced work quality. As a solution, this study suggests the implementation of better mitigation strategies, such as more careful planning, strengthening coordination between parties involved, and more efficient risk management. These findings can be used as a reference in planning road projects that are more adaptive to contract change risks.
