Abstract

Salah satu permasalahan dalam penyediaan perumahan bagi masyarakat adalah belum tersedianya lahan yang tepat untuk lokasi pemukiman dan perumahan. Tanah merupakan salah satu elemen penting dalam program pembangunan infrastruktur maupun perumahan. Dengan memanfaatkan analisa sistem informasi geografis untuk menentukan ketersediaan tanah (land banking) dan lokasi untuk kawasan perumahan dan pemukiman di Kabupaten Tanah Datar berdasarkan kriteria dan kesesuaian terhadap rencana pola ruang dan daerah negative list. Dari analisa spasial sistem informasi geografis diperoleh sebaran ketersedian tanah untuk pemukiman dan perumahan sebesar 17,71% dari daya dukung lahan yang tersedia. Abstract

Air merupakan kebutuhan pokok bagi kehidupan manusia. Pemenuhan kebutuhan air bersihsudah menjadi masalah yang sangat umum dan belum teratasi di sebagian besar wilayah negaraIndonesia pada umumnya terutama di daerah pedesaan dan terpencil. Air bersih yang sehatharus sesuai dengan persyaratan kesehatan yang telah ditetapkan melalui peraturan menterikesehatan No. 416/MENKES/PER/IX/1990 tentang syarat-syarat dan pengawasan kualitas air.Selama ini masyarakat desa Buruk Bakul dalam memenuhi kebutuhan air memiliki kebiasaanmenampung air hujan pada saat musin hujan dan menggunakan air sumur bor (air tanahdalam/artesis) pada saat musim kemarau. Metoda yang dilaksanakan adalah pengolahan airsumur bor melalui teknologi ultrafiltrasi dan reverse osmosis. Tahapan yang dilaksanakan dalampengolahan air sumur bor menjadi air bersih adalah koagulasi, flokulasi, sedimentasi, filtrasi,dekolorisasi, netralisasi dan desinfektasi. Dari pengabdian yang sudah dilakukan pengujiankualitas air pada masukan air sumur bor kadar TDS 796 dan kadar pH 7,21 dan keluaran mesinRO kadar TDS 332 dan kadar pH 6,81. Dari hasil yang didapatkan maka air proses mesin ROlayak konsumsi karena kadar pH masih di bawah 500 sesuai dengan standar nasional air minum.

Abstract

Al Qur'an sebagai petunjuk bagi seluruh umat manusia, merupakan suatu pedoman yang harus ditegak dan dijalankan. Kandungan isi Al Qur'an memiliki beberapa ajaran kehidupan, agar seorang hamba kelak menemukan kebahagian baik di dunia dan terkhusus di akhirat. Al Qur'an laksana samudra yang keajaiban dan keunikannya tidak akn pernah sirna ditelan masa, sehingga muncullah bermacam-macam tafsir dengan metode yang beraneka ragam pula. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mempreparasi dan mengkarakterisasi komposit ZnO-zeolit, serta ujiaktivitasnya pada fotodegradasi congo red. Komposit ZnO-zeolit dapat disintesis dengan metode sol-gelmenggunakan perkursor zeolit alam dan Zn(CH3COO)2. Hasil sintesis dikarakterisasi menggunakanXRD, FTIR, UV-Vis Diffuse Reflectance dan SEM-EDX. Uji aktivitas fotoakatalitik terdiri dari tigabagian yaitu: uji adsorpsi pada keadaan gelap, uji aktivitas fotokatalitik dengan sinar UV dan uji aktivitasfotokatalitik dengan sinar tampak.Analisis XRD ZnO-zeolit menunjukan ukuran kristal 26,07 nm. SpektraFTIR menunjukkan adanya serapan ZnO pada bilangan gelombang 468,24 cm-1. Analisis SEM materialzeolit berukuran 4-13 mikrometer. Sedangkan material Zink Oksida (ZnO) dengan ukuran 0,31-0,35mikrometer. Analisi EDX komposit ZnO-zeolit menunjukkan persentase massa element Zn = 21.06%..Analisis UV-Vis didapatkan energi celah pita dari komposit ZnO-zeolit adalah 2.15 eV. Abstract

The research aimed to examine the effects of customer reviews, price cuts, service quality, and shopping lifestyle on impulse buying behavior in e-commerce environments. A Systematic Literature Review (SLR) was employed, using databases like Scopus, Web of Science, and Google Scholar to identify relevant studies. The methodology involved refining search strategies, applying inclusion and exclusion criteria, and screening studies using a PRISMA flowchart, which reduced 2471 initial records to 13 final studies for analysis. The results revealed that positive customer reviews act as social proof, enhancing trust and triggering impulsive purchases. Price cuts create urgency, which, when combined with positive reviews, further enhances perceived product value and impulsive buying. High-quality service contributes to consumer satisfaction, reducing perceived risks and encouraging spontaneous purchases. Shopping lifestyle, particularly among hedonic consumers, amplifies these effects, with digital natives being especially prone to impulsive behavior due to their convenience-driven and tech-savvy tendencies. The study concluded that customer reviews, price cuts, service quality, and shopping lifestyle interact synergistically, shaping consumer impulse buying behavior, with implications for e-commerce strategies aimed at increasing sales through these factors.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of motivation, workload and work environment on the performance of Mataram Inspectorate employees. The population of this study is all employees of the Mataram Inspectorate. The sampling method uses the purposive sampling technique method with a sample of 54 employees with questionnaire distribution. Based on the results of the t-test test, motivation (X1) with a sig value of 0.338 > 0.05, while the t-value calculated is 0.966 < 2.008, meaning that motivation has a non-significant effect on employee performance. Workload (X2) with a sig value of 0.001 < 0.05, while a t-value of 3.620 > 2.008 means that workload has a significant effect on employee performance. Meanwhile, the work environment (X3) with a sig value of 0.377 > 0.05, while the t-value of -0.892 < 2.008 had a negative and insignificant effect on employee performance. Based on the results of the f test, workload motivation, and work environment had a simultaneous effect on employee performance with an f value calculated > table of 5.497 > 2.79 with a significant level of 0.002 < 0.05. The most dominant variable that affects employee performance is the workload variable (X2) of 3,620

Abstract

This community service activity was carried out at the Agro Jamur Lombok Kekeri MSMEs in Gunungsari District, West Lombok Regency, West Nusa Tenggara Province. Agro Jamur Lombok Kekeri MSMEs faces challenges in preparing financial reports due to a lack of basic understanding of financial record-keeping, weak awareness of the importance of good bookkeeping or financial management, and limited information on good financial governance. Based on these conditions, this activity was designed in the form of structured counseling and mentoring regarding simple financial record-keeping and report preparation by the financial standards applicable to MSMEs. This training/mentoring activity on preparing simple financial reports can increase the understanding of Agro Jamur Lombok Kekeri MSME actors about the importance of regularly recording every financial transaction based on valid evidence, as a basis for preparing daily and periodic financial reports by the financial standards applicable to MSMEs. This activity also successfully raised awareness of the importance of good, neat, and sustainable financial administration governance, as one of the important foundations for business sustainability. It is hoped that MSME actors will be disciplined in implementing good financial administration governance practices, which will have a positive impact on operational efficiency and better decision-making, so that the business can survive and even continue to grow.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze marketing improvement efforts through a rebranding strategy for the Abang Sabri Palm Sugar MSME in Pertumbukan Village. The background of this study is based on the problem of the suboptimal appeal of local palm sugar products due to simple packaging, a lack of brand identity, and a minimal promotional strategy. The research method used was a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results show that the implementation of rebranding included improvements to packaging design, the creation of a logo and brand identity, and enhancements to digital media-based promotional strategies. These efforts were able to improve product image, expand marketing reach, and increase consumer interest in palm sugar products. Barriers faced included limited capital and knowledge of digital marketing among MSMEs. In conclusion, rebranding is an effective strategy to increase the competitiveness of the Abang Sabri Palm Sugar MSME, but ongoing support and mentoring are needed to achieve optimal results.

Abstract

The aim of this service is to utilize papaya fruit to make papaya chips and digitize marketing in Lelede Village, Kediri District, West Lombok Regency, NTB. We know that papaya can not only be consumed directly but can also be processed into various foods, one of which is "Papaya Chips" or "Papaya Chips". The presence of papaya chips has become a food choice that can be consumed by all groups, from children, teenagers to adults. This papaya chips product or "Papaya Chip" is considered very appropriate to meet the need for healthy snacks, because consumers are now increasingly smart and aware of health, and are willing to spend time paying attention to types of natural products, so that business opportunities are expected. This can be utilized by people who already have a business or who are about to set up a business to increase income to survive which is increasingly difficult. The method of implementing this service is carried out in three stages, namely the planning stage, implementation stage and evaluation stage. The results of the service are the activity of making papaya chips which includes the acquisition of raw materials, goods in process and finished goods with simple quality control. The production process can also be carried out in everyday life because the ingredients are easy to obtain, by using papaya fruit that is around us we can produce papaya chips and these chips can be marketed so that they can help the family's economic income.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of cooperation, communication and organizational culture on the work performance of BUMN PT employees. Sumbawa Besar Pawn Shop. PT. Sumbawa Besar Pawnshop is one of the financial institutions that is widely used by the people of Sumbawa Besar, so the performance of its employees needs to be a concern. This research uses associative research with a population and sample of 40 employees of BUMN PT. Sumbawa Besar Pawn Shop. The data collection technique used in this research is a statement in the form of a questionnaire. Hypothesis testing is partially carried out by the T test and simultaneously by the F test. The results of the research show that there is an influence between cooperation, communication and organizational culture on the work performance of BUMN PT employees. Sumbawa Besar Pawn Shop. Based on data analysis, it shows (1) collaboration has a significant effect on work performance, with a calculated T value of 3.278 which is greater than the T table of 0.028 with a significance of 0.002 which is smaller than 0.05. (2) communication has no significant effect on work performance with a calculated T value of -1.628 which is smaller than the T table of 0.028 with a significance of 0.112 which is greater than 0.05. (3) organizational culture has a significant effect on work performance with a calculated T value of 8.545 which is greater than the T table of 0.028 with a significance of 0.000 which is smaller than 0.05. Then cooperation, communication and organizational culture have a significant effect on the work performance of Pt. employees. Pegadaian Sumbawa Besar with a calculated f value of 255.824 is greater than the f table, namely 2.87 with a significance level of 0.000 which is smaller than 0.05
