Abstract

The most important thing in the construction of toll roads, especially elevated toll roads, is the erection girder. The implementation of this erection girder certainly requires a long time and a large cost, so it requires the right work method in its implementation. The construction of the X Section A Toll Road Project is the construction of an elevated toll road where its implementation is limited by time and cost so that it requires the right work method to achieve timely and cost-efficient project completion. The girder used in this project is a box girder with the implementation method using the crane and launcher method. This study aims to analyze the time and cost of comparing the implementation method of erection box girder using cranes and launchers to obtain a more efficient and effective implementation method. This research was conducted through field observations to observe the erection box girder time and collect secondary data regarding the method of implementing erection box girder. The analysis carried out in this study includes time calculation analysis by calculating the average time value of the erection box girder implementation using statistical formulas and cost analysis carried out by referring to the PUPR Ministerial Regulation Number 28/PRT/M/2016 concerning Analysis of Unit Prices for Public Work. Based on the outcomes of the calculation of time and cost analysis, the duration of the erection box girder with the crane method is 70.65 minutes and requires a cost of Rp 23,769,579 and the launcher method takes 48.12 minutes and costs Rp 11,834,500. Thus, it can be seen that the more efficient and effective erection box girder method is the launcher method with a cost difference of Rp 11935,079 and 32% efficiency. when compared to the crane method.

Abstract

In the construction planning process, the calculation of the quantity of each project work was packaged in a Bill of Quantity (BoQ) to complete the project and greatly affected the continuity of the entire construction construction process. With advances in technology in the world of construction, it could simplify planning in built a building and could increased the accuracy of calculations without using assumptions that could increased the volume of work. One of the results of current technological advances was the creation of the Building Information Modeling (BIM) method, a method that was able to simulate all information in a development project into a 3-dimensional model. Currently the use of the BIM method in Indonesia was still limited so that in this research, the aim was to determine the effectiveness of the use of BIM on the accuracy calculation of the volume of the BoQ and to know the percentage comparison. The building project that was used as a comparison was a building with the middle rise building category, namely the Central Jakarta BPJS Building. Based on the research conducted, it was found that the difference between conventional and BIM results on pilecap components was 5%, column 6%, beam 35%, floor slabs 2%, stairs 22%, ceiling 2.26% floor coverings 14% lower than conventional calculations but for the wall component the BIM calculation is 0.78% greater than the conventional calculation. So that the total percentage ratio is 10%, thus this proves that the use of the BIM method in calculating quantity was effective in terms of calculation accuracy.

Abstract

The high complexity, the large workload, and the quite limited implementation time make apartment projects bound for uncertainty that poses various risks. Risk is a combination of the probability of an event and the consequences of the event, where the consequences that arise can be positive and negative and can affect the achievement of project targets. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct research in the form of identifying, assessing, analysing the risks that may occur in the project, and planning the responses of these risks. This research aims to find out how big the risks that occur in the project and the response to the dominant risks in the project. This research was descriptive and used qualitative risk analysis methods. Respondents in this research were directors, managers and engineers from the contractors, consultants and owners who are responsible for project implementation. Data were collected by distributing questionnaires and interviews.  The data analysis method used the severity index (SI) and the probability and impact matrix. The results of the analysis show that based on the 40 identified risks, when viewed from the cost aspect, there are 2 low risks, 17 moderate risks and 21 high risks. When viewed from the time aspect, there are 16 moderate risks and 24 high risks. When viewed from the quality aspect, there are 6 low risks, 25 moderate risks and 9 high risks. The risk responses are given to the dominant risks, namely those with a high category to the three aspects (Cost, Quality and Time), two aspects, or one aspect. Abstract

In construction project, especially in building construction, slab structure work is one of the most expensive work componen t. Previously, most of slab structure work used kromo reinforcement. But, with knowledge development of earthquake and its difficulties, kromo reinforcement begin to be abandoned . One of the alternatives is replace that kromo reinforcement with two layer reinforcement. This two layer reinforcement system gives more choices for planner of construction to determine the correct reinforcement system in slab structure work to give the optimum result in term of cost and time aspects. Analysis of cost and time is done by structural analysis to obtain reinforcement kromo reinforcement. Furthermore, the calculation quantity of work that includes heavy reinforcement is installed, the number of bends, and the number of stem reinforcement. The time analysis is consist of cutting time, bending time and setting time. The unit price analysis is use time analysis data for workers salary component and SNI Standard unit price analysis for material cost component. Then, the result of cost analysis that contain of multiplication of unit price analysis and quantity for both of kromo and two layer reinforcement is being compared to determine the cost difference between kromo reinforcement and two layer reinforcement. Based on time analysis results, it is found that slab structure reinforcement working time with kromo reinforcement at 8th floor until 31st floor is 17,412 days. and 22,904 days for two layer reinforcement. Based on cost analysis results, it is found that cost of slab structure reinforcement at 8th floor until 31st floor with kromo reinforcement is Rp2.254.838.095,84 and Rp3.454.683.607,70 for two layer reinforcement. Keywords : kromo reinforcement, two layer reinforcement, time, cost ABSTRAK Pada pelaksanaan proyek konstruksi, khususnya konstruksi bangunan gedung, pekerjaan struktur pelat lantai merupakan salah satu komponen pekerjaan yang memerlukan biaya paling besar. Abstract

AbstractConstruction project work is one of the main sectors that are important in economic development. When the implementation of the project takes place, there are 3 important things that need to be taken into account, namely covering cost, time and quality. A project is declared successful when it has fulfilled these three things. Construction delays are considered one of the recurring obstacles in the construction industry and have an adverse effect on the success of the project. In the construction project Apartment 'X' experienced delays for architectural work with a deviation of -48.359% in February 2021. This study describes the delay in architectural work based on human factors, management factors and other factors. The purpose of the study was to determine the probability of delay with the Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) method. The priority of using the FTA method is to be able to analyze the causes of failures in a system in detail, structured and easy to understand. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires as many as 19 project respondents who had met the research criteria. The results showed that the probability of delay for architectural work was 0.921 with the dominant factor being the human factor caused by repair and rework work with a probability of 0.309. That is, the possibility of delays in architectural work occurs because of the variables listed. Keywords: Fault Tree Analysis, Project Delays, Causes and Impacts of Delays

Abstract

A problem that often occurs in construction projects is the delay in the implementation process. Various factors cause the delay, but in developing countries such as Indonesia, the dominant delay occurs because the implementing contractor causes it for unforgivable reasons (non-excusable delay). This study aims to determine the influence of the non-excusable delay parameter and the relationship between these factors. The research is quantitative with data collection techniques in the form of unstructured interviews, field observations, and surveys using research questionnaires with the number of respondents obtained as many as 33 people consisting of the owner, construction management consultant, quantity surveyor consultant, and ends with confirmation of the results. Research on the implementing contractor. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression analysis. The test results of multiple linear regression analysis show that the non-excusable delay factor can significantly affect the completion of construction projects. The influence of each element is 0.434 units for the lack of contractor competence, 0.067 units for inappropriate implementation planning, and -0.097 for inefficient field management units. And simultaneously, these three factors can significantly increase the project delay value index.
