Abstract

The research objective was to obtain a partnership concept in the supervision activities at SDIT Anak Sholeh Mataram in order to improve the quality of education. Basically, supervision activities are not only routine evaluations of educational activities. The research method used qualitative with case studies. Data collection techniques used observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique consists of three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that a partnertralistic form of supervision at SDIT Anak Sholeh Mataram was evident from the involvement of parents, teachers, school principals, school committees, and class forums in various educational activities. This has implications for developing intense communication with all parties in increasing educational activities in schools.

Abstract

This research aims to find out 1) form of religious character through the teacher’s accuaracy ini shaping the student’s peersonality, 2) strategy in instilling religiuous character through the method accuray in shaping the personality of student’s. This research uses qualitative appoarch with descriptive method namely in describing or interpreting the circumstances of the problem to be examined using words instead of numbers. Data collection techiques in this study use observe the process of planting religious values in students, interviews to obtain data in the form of religious activities and strategies used instilling the value of religiousity to students, and documentation to obtain data in the form of vision and mission, infrstructure, human resources, and history of the esthablishment of MI Raudlatusshibyan NW Belencong. Data analysis techniques in this research through data reduction, data model, and data verification. Data sources obtained from principals, student, and teachers in MI Raudlatusshibyan NW Belencong. The result show that; 1) the for of religious character instillid through the method of nudity in shaping the personality of students is diligent in worshiping, serious in studing, having a moral attitude kharimah, and exempliying the attitude of teachers. 2) strategies in instilling religiuous character through in shaping student personalities are through reward and punishment, persuasive, rules and norms, and nudity. The conclusion of this research is religious character through the method of accuary in shaping the personality of student in MI Raudlatusshibyan NW Belencong by using various strategies in instilling it this very clearly presented and is appropriate to improve religiuous character in students.

Abstract

Pendidikan bermutu dihasilkan oleh proses yang bermutu melalui pembentukan/ pengembangan nilai-nilai karakter yang diinternalisasikan menjadi pribadi yang unggul sebagai mutu lulusan yang berkarakter unggul melalui manajemen pendidikan karakter berbasis budaya santri. Dalam kajian ini, konsep mutu pendidikan yang berkarakter berbasis budaya santri adalah mutu pendidikan berkarakter akademik excellent dan religius awareness, yang menggunakan prinsip keterpaduan moral knowing, moral feeling dan moral action melalui pendekatan keteladanan dan pendekatan sistem. Model perencanaan pendidikan karakter berbasis budaya santri dilandasi model yang sistemik-integratif antara peraturan (nidz?m) madrasah dan pondok, model pelaksanaannya menggunakan habitualisasi (pembiasaan), personifikasi, model keteladanan perilaku seseorang (role model), pengintegrasian kegiatan dan program ekstrakurikuler, intra dan ko-kurikuler dan pembentukan lingkungan (bi’ah) yang kondusif. Model pengawasan menggunakan manajemen kontrol internal dan eksternal. Implikasinya bagi kebijakan madrasah berupa kurikulum berbasis karakter, perangkat peraturan proses pembiasaan dan target yang dicapai; sistem manajemen pendidikan karakter yang sistemik-integratif; mutu lulusan yang berkarakter akademik excellent dan religius awareness: memiliki kesadaran mewujudkan nilai-nilai karakter mutu: beriman dan taqwa, mencintai ilmu pengetahuan, beramal shaleh, percaya diri, berbudi pekerti yang luhur, dan berkontribusi bagi masyarakat, sesuai harapan, kepuasan, kebanggaan dan kepercayaan masyarakat.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, karena berupaya mengkaji lebih mendalam tentang reformulasi model pembelajaran PAI berbasis multikultural melalui paradigm kritis partisipatoris, dilakukan dengan cara: (1) analisis faktor potensial bernuansa multikultural, (2) menetapkan strategi pembelajaran berkadar multikultural, (3) menyusunan rancangan pembelajaran PAI yang bernuansa multikultural, yaitu: (a) analisis isi, suatu proses untuk melakukan identifikasi, seleksi, dan penetapan materi pembelajaran PAI; (b) analisis latar kultural,dikembangkan dari pendekatan kultural dan siklus kehidupan; (c) pemetaan materi pembelajaran yang berkaitan erat dengan prinsip yang harus dikembangkan dalam mengajarkan nilai dan moral; (d) menuangkan ke dalam tahapan model pembelajaran berbasis multikultural melalui: (1) studi eksplorasi diri dan lingkungan sosial-budaya (lokal) siswa yang potensial dengan substansi multikultural; (2) presentasi hasil eksplorasi terhadap masalah lokal yang menarik bagi dirinya, di hadapan teman atau kelompok lain; (3) peer group analysis: siswa yang telah dibagi menjadi beberapa kelompok, mengalisis dan memberi komentar terhadap presentasi hasil eksplorasi masalah terpilih; (4) expert opinion: pemberian komentar mengenai hasil eksplorasi yang dipresentasikan; (5) refleksi, guru bersama siswa merekomendasi keunggulan nilai-nilai budaya lokal yang memiliki potensi dan prospek dan membangun komitmen nilai yang dapat digunakan sebagai perekat persatuan dan kesatuan baik dalam kehidupan lokal maupun nasional. Abstract: This study used a qualitative approach, since it attempts to assess the depth of the reformulated model of PAI-based multicultural learning through participatory critical paradigm, done by: (1) multicultural nuanced analysis of potential factors, (2) determine the levels of multicultural learning strategy, (3) menyusunan design of learning the nuances of multicultural PAI, namely: (a) content analysis, a process for the identification, selection, and determination of PAI learning materials, (b) analysis of the cultural background, development of cultural and lifecycle approach, (c) material mapping learning is closely related to the principles that should be developed in teaching values and morals; (d) pouring into a stage-based model of multicultural learning through: (1) study of self-exploration and socio-cultural environment (local) potential students with multicultural substance; (2) The presentation of the results of the exploration of the local problems of interest to him, in the presence of friends or other groups, (3) peer group analysis: students who have been divided into several groups, mengalisis and comment on selected issues of exploration results presentation, (4) expert opinion: giving comments regarding exploration results presented; (5) reflection, teachers with students recommending advantage of local cultural values and prospects who have the potential and commitment to build value that can be used as an adhesive unity in both local and national life.
