Abstract

The research objective was to obtain a partnership concept in the supervision activities at SDIT Anak Sholeh Mataram in order to improve the quality of education. Basically, supervision activities are not only routine evaluations of educational activities. The research method used qualitative with case studies. Data collection techniques used observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique consists of three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that a partnertralistic form of supervision at SDIT Anak Sholeh Mataram was evident from the involvement of parents, teachers, school principals, school committees, and class forums in various educational activities. This has implications for developing intense communication with all parties in increasing educational activities in schools.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to investigate the digital competence of madrasah teachers during the covid-19 pandemic. The research used the qualitative method. It explored the phenomenon of madrasah teachers’ digital competence. The data were collected through observation and interviews. The study participants involved 1 principal and 9 teachers from grades 1 to 6. Data analysis consisted of data reduction, data presentation, conclusion drawing and triangulation. The study results conclude that the digital competence of madrasa teachers is still low, so that teaching and learning have not used multimedia technology. Therefore, the results of this study recommend the concept of training related to increasing the digital competence of madrasa teachers regularly because it had an important role in supporting the school's educational process.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to get the approach of community participation in Islamic Primary School North Ampenan. The participation of all parties greatly influences the success of the implementation of teaching and learning as an educational process in schools. The research method was used qualitatively. The data were collected through observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The participants involved were principals, teachers, parents, and school committees. Data analysis techniques consist of data reduction, data presentation, and concluding. While checking the validity of the data consists of credibility, dependability, confirmability, and transferability. The study results indicate that the approach required is centralized participation which refers to lifelong learning and integrated services. Various activities or community participation actions greatly influence implementing the education process at SDI Ampenan Utara, Mataram. The research implications are seen in the development of various community participation actions in building school quality.

Abstract

The research aims to obtain the professional development model needs of teachers in mastering digital technology to improve the quality of education. Technology development in education has forced all parties to integrate various educational activities according to current conditions. The research method used mixed research involving qualitative and quantitative data analysis. Data were collected through a survey which was completed with observation and interviews. Analysis of qualitative data is in the form of narrative through data reduction, data presentation, and concluding stages. In contrast, quantitative data is the result of digital technology needs presented in percentages. The analysis results show that digital technology is still not fully used in teaching and learning activities. This also impacts teachers' understanding of the technology application model in schools and students' achievement.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine the training needs needed by teachers in making digital products to facilitate the learning process. Training is as a way for teachers to innovate digital competencies. The participants of this study were 10 elementary school teachers (F=6 and M=4). Participants are homeroom teachers from grades 1 to 6, and 4 were subject teachers (Mathematics, English, local content and sports). This study used the descriptive qualitative method. Observation, documents and interviews collected data. The data analysis process used the Miles and Huberman model through data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions and triangulation. The results show that teachers need workshops that can directly practice making digital teaching tools such as learning videos and developing videos on the YouTube channel. However, they have difficulties with the technological devices they have. There are 30% of teachers who have full technology equipment, and the rest rely on smartphones for online teaching and learning. Thus, schools can consider providing technology tools that teachers can use in developing digital competencies and digital learning tools.

Abstract

This study aimed to investigate the teachers’ perception and supervision experience using the google-form application during the Covid-19 pandemic. The research method used a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data were collected by using observation, questionnaires and interviews. There were 10 participants (male 5 and female 5). They were teachers (8 teachers), vice-principal of the curriculum and principal. The process of data analysis is through data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions and triangulation. The study results concluded that the google-form provides convenience in examining teachers' teaching and learning files. It was easy for school principals to assess the results of teacher teaching with a longer period before the implementation of online supervision, as an advanced form of using the google-form. The study results also had implications for teachers and school principals' understanding of the use of technology applications to improve teaching and learning or provide higher quality education.

Abstract

Supervision is a form of supervision carried out in elementary schools as a form of quality control in the implementation of education. Supervision activities can be carried out by the principal and collaborate with school supervisors so that the results of supervision are of higher quality. The purpose of the study was to determine the impact of the collaborative supervision of supervisors and principals. The research method is qualitative description through case studies. The participants were teachers of grades 1 to 6 and teachers of sports subjects. The research was conducted at SDN 1 Batukura Narmada, West Lombok. Data were collected through the process of observation and interviews. The data analysis technique was carried out through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the school administration and the implementation of the learning process had been prepared by the teachers quite well. However, the process of preparing thematic lesson plans still faces obstacles. The results of this study can be seen in the impact of improving the quality of education and the quality of education in elementary schools. In addition, the form of cooperation between the principal and the supervisor is one way at SDN 1 Batukura Narmada shows the level of participation in building the quality of education.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to get deeply information of leadership pattern from the headmaster in MIN Karang Baru in making cooperation and collaboration with the school committee. The approach research used qualitative with phenomenology method. The technique of collecting data used interviews and observation. Participants of the study were the headmaster, teacher, and school committee. The technique of data analysis contains three steps, namely reduction of data, data display, and taking conclusion. Meanwhile, the validity of data checking consists of credibility, transferability, dependability, and confirmation. The results showed that the leadership pattern of the MIN Karang Baru headmaster in collaboration with the school committee was very good because it was able to take advantage of the school committee's function. From the leadership orientation, the Yukl concept consists of four that are relevant to the function of the school committee, namely the orientation of the principal's duties relevant to the agent giving consideration from the school committee. Meanwhile, the school committee as an agent of support is shown in the orientation of relationship and change attitudes. Meanwhile, the school committee as a controlling agent is seen in the utilization of external factors.
