Abstract

The research aims to obtain the professional development model needs of teachers in mastering digital technology to improve the quality of education. Technology development in education has forced all parties to integrate various educational activities according to current conditions. The research method used mixed research involving qualitative and quantitative data analysis. Data were collected through a survey which was completed with observation and interviews. Analysis of qualitative data is in the form of narrative through data reduction, data presentation, and concluding stages. In contrast, quantitative data is the result of digital technology needs presented in percentages. The analysis results show that digital technology is still not fully used in teaching and learning activities. This also impacts teachers' understanding of the technology application model in schools and students' achievement.

Abstract

Multicultural education can be used as a media for the development of equal human potential, able to respect each other's differences in terms of religion, tribe, race, ethnicity, culture, and language. This study focuses on: (1) How is the concept of multicultural education through the development of religious culture in SMP Negeri 7 Mataram ?; and (2) What is the reality of multicultural education and religious culture developed in SMP Negeri 7 Mataram? This type of research is descriptive qualitative, describing the concepts and reality of the implementation of multicultural education with the development of religious culture. The results of this study are (1) The concept of Multicultural Education with the development of religious culture adapted to the vision, mission, and profile of the school that is building religious attitudes and behaviors that are reflected through cooperation, tolerance and culture in the community of school members by not ignoring religious concepts that embraced by each school citizen; and (2) The reality of multicultural education with the development of religious culture is reflected in the religious and social values ??or norms of the activities of all school members, and the availability of adequate places of worship for students who are implementing religious programs for all religious adherents.

Abstract

This research is a research on the development of an Islamic parenting program manual for Basic Education, and the development model used is in accordance with the characteristics of the target and the product being developed, namely the R & D Cycle development model developed by Borg & Gall (1983). The result achieved is a product in the form of an Islamic parenting program manual that is in accordance with the characteristics of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah in Mataram City. And the focus of this research are: (1) The process of designing a guidebook for the implementation of the basic education parenting program being developed; (2) The design of the guidebook for the implementation of the basic education parenting program developed; and (c) Implementation of the guidebook for the implementation of the basic education parenting program that was developed. The results of the research were in the form of a package of manuals for the implementation of the parenting program which began with a preliminary study at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah in the city of Mataram where the average welcomed the development of parenting manuals. The design of the guidebook for the implementation of the basic education parenting program is carried out through the following stages: Program socialization, formation of parenting program managers, equalization of perceptions with parents, identification of learning needs for parents, determination of place and time of activities, and preparation of programs and schedule of activities. While the stages in the implementation of the book being developed are: (a) Management of the Parenting Program; (b) The approach used; (c) Form of Parenting program; (d) Sources; (e) The method used; and (f) The role of the institution (Madrasah).
