Abstract

The ranking of sukuk has an important meaning for the company ,financial ratios are used to see where the company rankings are included inboth rankings are investment grade . One of the reasons that made itattractive in the research on the rating agencies sukuk is the development ofIslamic finance is rapidly increasing, so that more sukuk has been done on theratings performance also makes bath Islamic financial institutions issuingsukuk . Sampling purposive sampling method used by the Sharia Boardcriteria (BUS) and Sharia (UUS) listed in the BI and have entered theranking Valuation found 6 companies . This research was conducted in theperiod 2008-2012. The data used is the data that has been published by eachcompany . The process of data analysis multiple regression analysis . Theresults showed that the Liquidity , Productivity and Profitability affect thesukuk ratings

Abstract

Digitalization in the tax sector has brought significant changes in the services provided to taxpayers. Tax services become faster, more efficient, and accurate. e-Filing is one of the implementations of digital technology in taxation. This research examines the influence of taxpayer’s perceptions of convenience, usefulness, and trust on interest in using e-filing. The location that is the study area for this research is Kantor Pelayanan Pajak (KPP) Pratama Kota Bontang. Sample determination was carried out using a purposive sampling technique with a sample size of 100 respondents. The research results show that taxpayer’s perceptions of usefulness and trustworthiness have a significant influence, while perceptions of convenience do not have a significant influence on interest in using e-filing. However, it is important to ensure that e-filing is easy to use. Simplifying features, reducing unnecessary steps, and providing help (helpdesk) will make it easier for taxpayers to carry out their tax obligations properly

Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of the physical work environment, job training, compensation and work discipline on the performance of CV employees. Bintang Rema Utama Purwokerto production department. The population in this study were all employees of CV. Bintang Rema Utama Purwokerto production section in November 2023 as many 149 people. The samples obtained were 109 using the probability sampling method with a sampling technique, namely simple random sampling technique. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis tools with the help of SPSS statistics 26 software. The results of this research show that the physical work environment, job training, compensation and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on the performance of CV employees. Bintang Rema Utama Purwokerto production department. The implication in this research is that there is more attention from CV leaders. Bintang Rema Utama Purwokerto strives to improve the performance of its employees, such as providing lighting, circulation and room humidity that supports it, providing training materials that are easy to understand, providing adequate benefits and facilities, and warning employees whose attendance is not on time.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine and analyze the significance of the influence of communication, work discipline, organizational culture and compensation on employee performance at the Purbasari Pancuran Mas Purbalingga Educational Tourism Park. This type of research is quantitative, with a population of 100 employees. The sampling technique for this research used proportionate stratified random sampling to obtain a sample of 85 respondents. Data analysis techniques used include validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination, F test and t test. The analysis tool used is the SPSS statistical data processing application. The results of the research show that the variables of communication, work discipline, organizational culture and compensation have a positive and significant influence on the performance of employees at the Purbasari Pancuran Mas Purbalingga Educational Tourism Park. Based on the coefficient of determination of communication variables, work discipline, organizational culture and compensation have an influence of 61.20% on employee performance variables, while the remaining 38.80% is influenced by other variables. The implication of this research is that in an effort to continue to improve employee performance, management needs to implement appropriate policies in a way that maintains the communication process every day, increases employee work effectiveness, increases employee self-confidence and pays attention to the amount of incentives in accordance with work performance.

Abstract

Abstract This research is based on gap research in the form of differences in research results for each variable. This research aims to determine the influence of leadership, work environment, organizational culture, and punishment partially and simultaneously on work discipline at the Purbalingga Regency Population and Civil Registration Service. Determination of the sample using Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling. Data obtained through distributing questionnaires to research respondents totaling 67 people. The analysis used is multiple linear regression with least squares equations and hypothesis testing using t-count to test partial regression coefficients and F-count to test the effect simultaneously with a confidence level of 5%. The results of the research show that leadership and work environment punishment have a positive and significant effect on work discipline. Meanwhile, organizational culture has a negative and significant effect on work discipline. From the research results, it can be implied that the leadership of the Population and Civil Registration Service provides motivation to employees, provides a decent workplace, pays more attention to employees, and improves work discipline.
