Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of return on equity, price earning ratio and net profit margin on stock returns. The dependent variable in this study is stock return. While the independent variables are return on equity, price earning ratio and net profit margin. The population in this study are property and real estate sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2015-2019. The samples obtained were 28 companies using purposive sampling method. The analytical tool used is panel data regression analysis with the help of the software program Eviews 10. Using the fixed effects model, the results show that the return on equity and price earning ratio variables have a significant positive effect on stock returns. While the net profit margin has no effect on stock returns. These results indicate that the stock return of the property and real estate sector companies will change, which is influenced by the return on equity variable and the price earning ratio variable. The implication of this research is that the company is expected to increase revenue by managing or utilizing the capital owned by the company, increasing total sales and minimizing expenses so that the company gets an increasing stock return.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) in mediating the influence of spiritual intelligence, emotional intelligence and affective commitment on the performance of employees of PT Wahana Kasih Mulia Kedungreja. The population in this study were 93 employees of PT Wahana Kasih Mulia Kedungreja. The sampling technique used proportional random sampling with a sample of 76 employees. The analysis uses regression and mediation effect analysis using the product of coefficient method. The results showed that spiritual intelligence, emotional intelligence, affective commitment and OCB had a significant positive effect on performance. The results of the mediation test of spiritual intelligence and affective commitment have a significant positive but not significant positive effect on emotional intelligence

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of instrument readiness on the intensity of student entrepreneurship. This research was conducted on students of the Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, Wijayakusuma University, Purwokerto. The number of samples used were 65 respondents, and the sampling technique used was simple random sampling method. To determine the sample size using the method developed by Isaac and Michael. The analytical tool used is Multiple Linear Regression (Multiple Regression). The results of the analysis using multiple linear regression obtained coefficient values ​​from Capital Through (b1 = 0.284), Information Availability (b2 = 0.642), and Networking (b3 = 0.371) and by using a 95% Confidence level (α = 0.05) and degrees of freedom (df)= (nk) = (65-4)= 61 then the t table is 1.999. While the t-count for each independent variable is Capital Through (th1=3.251), Information Availability (th2=7.672), and Networking (th3=6.715). Because th1, th2, th3 > ttable, then Ho is rejected. This can be interpreted that Capital Through, Availability of Information, and Networks have a positive and significant effect on Entrepreneurial Intentions of Students of the Faculty of Economics and Business Unwiku. This shows that the better the Instrument Readiness Dimensions which consist of Capital Through, Available Information, and Networking are owned, the more the intensity of the students of the Faculty of Economics and Business for entrepreneurship is increased. Abstract

Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) di Indonesia mempunyai kontribusi yang penting sebagai penopang perekonomian. Kendala yang biasanya dihadapi oleh para UMKM untuk berkembang, diantaranya adalah masalah rendahnya profesionalisme tenaga pengolahan usaha UMKM (SDM), keterbatasan modal dan askes terhadap pasar dan perbankan, kemampuan penguasaan teknologi yang masih kurang, pemahaman hukum yang masih kurang, akuntabilitas yang masih rendah, dan lain sebagainya. Adanya beberapa kendala tersebut, nampaknya diperlukan perhatian pada sektor UMKM ini agar dapat berkembang lebih lanjut. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dilakukan oleh tim pengabdian FEB Unwiku pada usaha Peyek Al Rumi untuk dapat membantu pelaku usaha mengembangkan usahanya melalui pemaparan materi dan pendampingan dalam penerapan akuntansi UMKM. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang berupa penyuluhan dan pendampingan ini dilaksanakan pada bulan November 2021 sampai dengan Desember 2021, bertempat di Desa Banjarparakan, Kecamatan Raawalo, Kabupaten Banyumas. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa kondisi pembukuan UMKM Peyek Kacang Al Rumi sebelumnya masih sangat sederhana, hanya melakukan pencatatan mengenai keluar masuk jumlah uang dan peyek, dan terkadang tidak mengumpulkan bukti-bukti transaksi. Penerapan prinsip akuntansi juga belum sesuai dengan SAK EMKM. Namun, setelah adanya kegiatan pengabdian, UMKM ini mulai mencoba untuk memisahkan antara modal usaha dengan harta pribadi, mulai dilakukannya pencatatan transaksi keuangan dengan lebih baik sesuai dengan SAK EMKM. Laporan keuangan juga mulai tersajikan, meskipun masih cukup sederhana. Dengan perkembangan positif ini, diharapkan pelaku usaha mampu melakukan pencatatan keuangan secara keberlanjutan dan menghasilkan laporan keuangan yang dapat berdampak baik bagi usaha yang dijalankannya.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is measuring the performance of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) views of factors and Internal external factors. Internal factors such as human resources, finance, production and marketing. While external factors can be seen from the technology, government policy, social economy and the role of institutions. Performance of SMEs can be seen from the various growth occurring in SMEs as sales growth, capital growth, employment growth, profit growth, and the growth of the market. This research is a survey directly to the respondent by means of direct interviews and questionnaires. Samples were obtained as many as 160 respondents coconut sugar SME owners across Banyumas district. Analysis of experimental data was analyzed with descriptive statistics and srutuctural equation modeling (SEM) using AMOS 4.01 program and SPSS for windows. By knowing the performance of SMEs is expected to increase the welfare of the owners of SMEs and SMEs can develop their business and be able to compete in today's global marketplace.

Abstract

The purpose this study is to analyze Effect of Professionalism, Job experience, and Job Autonomy on Job Performance Advocate in Purwokerto.This research was conducted at Advocate in Purwokerto. The number of samples used by 52 respondents, and the sample collection technique using a purposive sampling method. To determine the sample size using methods developed by Isaac and Michael, as well as Krejcie and Morgan.The independent variables in this study Profesionalism, Job Experience and Job Autonomy with the dependent variable is Job Performance. The analytical tool used path analysis. The results of the analysis using path analysis, found that the variable Profesionalism, and Job Experience positive effect on Job Performance. As for the variables Job Autonomy negatively affect job performance. Results of analysis using t-test can be known Profesionalism, and Job Experience significant effect on Job Performance. As for Job Autonomy no significant effect on job performance. Professionalism has the most impact on Job Performance. To improve Profesionalism an Advocate can be reached by building awareness of the profession through devotion to the profession (dedication), social obligations (social obligation) have good relations with other professions and communities, Independence (autonomy demands) are able to make decisions without pressure from others, and confidence in the rule itself / profession (belief in self-regulation)

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Effect of Contextual Factors on Student Entrepreneurial Interest. This research was conducted at the Faculty of Economics and Business Students Wijayakusuma University Purwokerto. The number of samples used was 80 respondents, and the sampling technique using purposive sampling method. To determine the sample size using a method developed by Isaac and Michael, as well as Krejcie and Morgan. The analytical tool used is Multiple Linear Regression (Multiple Regression). The results of the analysis using a 95% confidence level (α = 0.05) and degree of freedom (df) = (n-k) = (80-5) = 75, the t table is 1.992 < of t arithmetic for each independent variable are Academic Support (th1 = 2.852), Social Support (th2 = 2.341), Environmental Support (th3 = 6.776), and Entrepreneurship Education (th4 = 6.967) . When compared then th1, th2, th3, th4> t Table, so that Ho is rejected. This can mean that Academic Support, Social Support, Environmental Support, and Entrepreneurship Education each significantly influence Entrepreneurial Interest. This shows that the better the Academic Support, Social Support, Environmental Support, and Entrepreneurship Education provided, the more it will increase the interest of students of the Faculty of Economics and Business for entrepreneurship.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of self-efficacy and adversity quotient as factors of personality characteristics on students' entrepreneurial intentions. This research was conducted on students of the Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Wijayakusuma Purwokerto. The number of samples used was 56 respondents, and the sampling technique used was purposive sampling method. To determine the sample size using the method developed by Krejcie and Morgan. The analysis tool used is Multiple Linear Regression (Multiple Regression). The t test is used to test the significance of the influence of the variable self-efficacy and adversity quotient, Student Entrepreneurship Intention. The results of the analysis using the level of confidence 95% (α = 0.05) and degree of freedom (df) = (n-k) = (56-3) = 53, the t table is 1.674. The t value for the Self Efficacy variable (th1 = 6,521) with a significance of 0,000 and the t value for the Adversity Quotient variable (th2 = 5,604) with a significance of 0,000. The value of t count> t table with a significance of 0.000 <0.05, so that Ho is rejected. This means that Self Efficacy and Adversity Quotient have a significant positive effect on Entrepreneurial Intention. This shows that the better the Self Efficacy and Adversity Quotient students have, the more students desire the Economics and Business Faculty to be entrepreneurial.

Abstract

This Article, entitled The Effectiveness of Promotion Mix Against the decision of choice of study programs, by taking respondents from students majoring in Management, Faculty of Economics and Business. This research is motivated by the author's desire to examine the Promotion Activity Factors that are most effective in choosing a Study Program, especially in the Management Study Program of the University of Wijayakusuma Purwokerto. The proposed hypothesis is: Advertising, visits, WEB, Alumni have a significant influence on the student's decision to choose a study program Management. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression. Based on the calculation of the F test and the t test it is known that the value of F count is greater than F Table, t count for X1 and X4 is greater than t table. This means that both advertising, alumni have a significant influence on student decisions in choosing a study program in management, but for X2 and X3 t count is smaller than t table. So visits and the Web do not have a significant effect on student the decision choices in the Management study program. The implication of this research is that the Management Study Program really needs to pay more attention to advertisements and the use of Alumni to increase the interest of prospective students in choosing study programs. This advertisement is carried out by showing more or using local television media, while the use of alumni channels can be increased cooperation in order to create a more harmonious relationship. For the Web, it is recommended that it be more varied. Meanwhile, the personnel can better prepare visits to SMA / SMK by including training in effective communication about doing business.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of leadership style on employee loyalty and employee performance. This research was conducted on employees of PT. Cogindo Daya Bersama at the Adipala Unit. The sampling technique in this study was proportional random sampling, and the method of analysis used multiple linear regression analysis and the Sobel test. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be interpreted that leadership style has a significant positive effect on employee loyalty, leadership style and employee loyalty have a significant positive effect on employee performance, and employee loyalty mediates the influence of leadership style on employee performance. The implication that can be made is that companies need to implement appropriate policies related to leadership style and loyalty to improve employee performance. These motivating ways can be done by focusing on efforts to continuously improve the ability of company managers to establish communication with various parties, improve the ability of managers in employees and continue to increase employee confidence so that the management of PT. Cogindo Daya Bersama at the Adipala Unit was able to live up to their expectations.
