Abstract

AbstractThis community service aims to provide financial management training for food stalls in the Karanganyar Regency area which consists of an introduction to simple bookkeeping using a cash book application. The implementation method uses the lecture method and practice. Implementation of activities begins with field observations, practice, and evaluation of reports. Through this activity, food stall owners can carry out simple bookkeeping online through the Cash Book application, so that shop owners can easily find out the amount of receipts and expenses for their business. Keywords: Training, Online simple bookkeeping, Cash book. AbstraksiPengabdian pada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan manajemen keuangan warung makan di wilayah Kabupaten Karanganyar yang terdiri dari pengenalan pembukuan sederhana dengan menggunakan aplikasi buku kas. Metode pelaksanaan menggunakan metode ceramah dan praktek. Pelaksanaan kegiatan dimulai dengan observasi lapangan, praktek, dan evaluasi laporan. Melalui kegiatan ini pemilik warung makan dapat melaksanakan pembukuan sederhana secara online melalui aplikasi Buku Kas, sehingga pemilik warung dapat dengan mudah mengetahui jumlah penerimaan dan pengeluaran untuk usahanya. Kata Kunci : Pelatihan, Pembukuan sederhana online, Buku kas.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this community service is to help business actors in promoting product CV. Rizki Barokah. This method of community service activities begins with the preparation stage and field survey. This survey phase begins with a candid discussion with CV business owners. Rizki Barokah to identify business actors' needs, opportunities, and challenges. Then, the socialization and training stage is carried out by the team. At this stage, there are several things implemented by the service team, namely (1) explaining the importance of an attractive product and (2) Online marketing. This community service activity results are as follows: Knowledge of partners, in this case, CV managers. Rizki Barokah's regarding the importance of attractive products and online promotional media before PKM activities were in the category of not understanding. However, after the PKM activities were carried out and the presentation and simulation of the material, it was known that the participant's knowledge about the importance of interesting products and online marketing media after being delivered increased.  Keywords: Product, marketing strategy, and Small and Medium Enterprises   ABSTRAKSITujuan dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk membantu para pelaku usaha dalam mempromosikan produk CV. Rizki Barokah. Metode kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini diawali dengan tahap persiapan dan survei lapangan. Tahap survei ini diawali dengan diskusi  dengan pemilik usaha CV. Rizki Barokah untuk mengidentifikasi kebutuhan, peluang, dan tantangan pelaku usaha. Kemudian, tahap sosialisasi dan pelatihan dilakukan oleh tim. Pada tahap ini, ada beberapa hal yang diterapkan oleh tim pengabdian, yaitu (1) menjelaskan pentingnya sebuah produk yang menarik dan (2) Pemasaran online. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah sebagai berikut: Pengetahuan mitra, dalam hal ini pengelola CV. Rizki Barokah's mengenai pentingnya produk yang menarik dan media promosi online sebelum kegiatan PKM masuk dalam kategori kurang paham. Namun setelah kegiatan PKM dilakukan dan pemaparan serta simulasi materi, diketahui bahwa pengetahuan peserta tentang pentingnya produk yang menarik dan media pemasaran online setelah disampaikan meningkat.  Kata Kunci: Produk, strategi pemasaran, dan Usaha Kecil Menengah

Abstract

Realizing the importance of improving the performance of employees who are members of sharia financial institutions, it is necessary to identify the factors that can influence it. According to studies from previous research, innovative ability, Islamic leadership and personality are factors that can improve the performance of Muslim employees, especially among employees of sharia financial institutions. This theoretical review aims to conduct a study on the influence of Islamic leadership, personality and innovative abilities on the performance of Muslim employees in Islamic financial institutions. Apart from that, it also aims to understand several indicators of these variables which can be used as references in further research. Based on the results of Islamic leadership studies, innovative abilities and employee personality have a significant influence on employee performance in Islamic financial institutions.

Abstract

In the contemporary digital era, marketing methods have undergone significant changes along with the increasing use of online technology. In this case, live streaming, content marketing, and online customer reviews have become more important components in business marketing strategies aimed at influencing consumer decisions. This study aims to explore the ways in which these three factors influence customer decisions. The study results show how big an impact live streaming, content marketing, and online customer reviews have on purchasing decisions. Studies show that a company's ability to influence consumer decisions increases with how well the company integrates content marketing with live streaming, and online customer reviews have a significant influence. These findings show how important it is for companies to monitor and manage these variables to influence more consumer decisions in the digital era.

Abstract

This research sought to measure the impact of training, education, and competency development on service performance. The study employed a quantitative method with a random sampling technique, involving 220 administrative staff members from the Resort Police (Polres) and Sector Police (Polsek) in the Boyolali Regency area. To collect data, the researcher distributed questionnaires to the respondents. The collected data was then processed using SPSS version 26. Based on the analysis, this research concluded that: Training has a positive and significant influence on the administrative service performance at the Polres and Polsek in Boyolali Regency. Education also shows a positive and significant influence on administrative service performance within the same institutions. Similarly, competency development is proven to have a positive and significant influence on administrative service performance at the Polres and Polsek in Boyolali Regency.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of internal controls, leadership style, and compensation on employee performance at petrol stations in Boyolali. Employing a quantitative research design, the study surveyed a total of 38 employees using a census approach to ensure comprehensive data collection. Data were obtained through structured questionnaires and analyzed using multiple regression techniques to determine both individual and collective effects of the independent variables. The results indicate that internal control, leadership style, and compensation each have a positive and significant impact on employee performance when assessed individually. Furthermore, the simultaneous analysis using the F-test confirms that these three variables collectively exert a significant influence on performance outcomes. The coefficient of determination (R²) demonstrates that a substantial portion of the variation in employee performance can be explained by the combined effect of these variables, while the remaining variance is attributed to other external or unmeasured factors. These findings underscore the importance of robust internal control systems, effective leadership practices, and fair compensation structures in enhancing workforce productivity and organizational effectiveness. The study provides practical insights for management in the retail fuel sector, suggesting that strategic improvements in these areas can lead to measurable gains in employee performance. Future research is encouraged to explore additional variables that may further explain performance dynamics in similar operational contexts.
