Abstract

Intensi atau niat berkunjung ke Puskesmas Pembantu merupakan keinginan untuk datang berobat ke Pelayanan Kesehatan. Beberapa kendala dialami masyarakat untuk pergi ke pelayanan kesehatan. Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) digunakan untuk memprediksi niat seseorang  memanfaatkan fasilitas kesehatan yang dapat didasari oleh kesadaran untuk datang ke fasilitas kesehatan, dukungan keluarga, dan situasi yang dirasakan.  Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan intensi masyarakat di salah satu RW Desa Kota baru Kecamatan Padangratu Kabupaten Lampung Tengah untuk berobat Ke Puskemas Pembantu Kotabaru dengan menggunakan pendekatan TPB. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan Cross Sectional. Jumlah populasi kepala keluarga (KK) di salah satu RW sebanyak 257 KK. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 155 KK yang terbagi dalam 4 RT. Data dikumpulkan dengan teknik Stratified Random Sampling. Pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner dan data dianalisis menggunakan uji Kendall Tau b. Hasil dari penelitian menerangkan bahwa sikap berhubungan dengan intensi (p-Value 0,010), norma subyektif berhubungan dengan intensi (p-Value  0,000), dan control perilaku yang dirasakan tidak berhubungan dengan intensi (p-Value  0,802). Kesimpulan, sikap untuk mau memanfaatkan fasilitas kesehatan dan dukungan orang terdekat menjadi kunci utama untuk meningkatkan intensi atau niat seseorang dalam memanfaatkan fasilitas kesehatan. Kata kunci: sikap; norma subyektif; kontrol perilaku yang dirasakan; Intensi berobat, Pelayanan Kesehatan. THE RELATED FACTORS TO COMMUNITY INTENTIONS FOR HAVING TREATMENT OF HEALTH SERVICESABSTRACTThe intention to visit the Public Health Center is the desire for visiting the health service. Several problems experienced by the community for visiting Public Health Center. Theory of Planned Behavior was used to predict the intention of the community to treat their health in Public Health Center. The purpose of this study was to determine related factors to the intention for visiting Public Health Center. This study used a quantitative method with a Cross Sectional approach. The populations were 257 families at Kota Baru urban village. The numbers of 155 families in one of neighbourhood at Kota Baru urban village were recruited by using stratified random sampling into 4 hamlets. Data collection used questionnaires and the data were analyzed by Kendall Tau b. The results of the study explain that attitudes were related to intention (ρ-Value 0,010), subjective norms are related to intention (ρ-Value 0,000) and perceived behaviour control is not related to intention (ρ-Value 0,802). In conclussion, the attitude of community to check their health in public health centre and subjective norms are the key of success to increase community intention to visit health centre. Keywords: attitudes; subjective norms; behaviour control; intention; public health center

Abstract

A concept is developed from the marketing 3.0 towards achieving the competitiveness higher education in Jakarta. This research conducts the hybrid models of marketing 3.0 on model structural equation. Thesample used in this study are 105 post graduate students at 3 institutions.The findings of this research suggests hybrid models marginal fit with the chi-square = 420.7, GFI = .73 and CFI = .97. Hypothesis that confirms pertains; influence communitization of the decision by the purchase (t = 3.69), influence building character of competitiveness (t = 5.72), communitization influence on competitiveness (t = 2.80 , the decision the purchase of loyalty (t = 2.80) and marketing 3.0 any impact, the purchase, and loyalty simultaneously on competitiveness institutions with R2 = .98 .Then the dimensions; encouragement and action purchase of purchase variable decision that deals with dimensions; innovation, purchase repeated, resistant to competitors, recommended and buy other line of the loyalty, with an r ( er )value = .99 .Keywords: competitiveness, loyalty, marketing 3.0, innovations

Abstract

Indonesia is a country with various cultural heritages, amongst of them is the way people construct their house. Understanding culture of society in buliding house will enable people to maintain tradition and distinctness of each region. The purpose of this research is to describe the way people build houses typical to west coast area in Sumatra. Method uses in this research include (1) preparatory team, (2) assessment reference of vernacular house, (3) preliminary survey, (4) field observation, (5) interview, (6) measurement: to be proceed manually by the use of a measuring manual; conducted towards an architecture object, (7) micro study documentation. The data analysis covered six activities: (1) documenting the results of open-ended interviews; (2) portrayal of the measurement results; (3) aspect analysis: scatter pattern, building pattern, details of architecture, materials and structural proportions; (4) findings of unique elements building; (5) comparation to concept of new vernacular architecture; (6) finding the potential for vernacular architecture parts of the coastal part of Indonesia. Finally a new vernacular model house architecture can be obtained as a dynamic model used by people in building their houses.

Abstract

Pain usualy experienced by patients on ventilator in the ICU. Efforts to reduce pain with foot massage done independently on the patient. Foot massage safe complementary therapy, providing relaxing effect, feeling comfortable and reducing pain. This study used quasi experiment research design with pre and post test control group design. The total sample of 40 respondents was divided into an intervention group 30 respondents were given foot massage once a day for 2 consecutive days, the control group was 10 respondents given analgesic therapy for 2 consecutive days. Post test pain scores 30 minutes after getting treatment on first and second days. Results showed that majority of the age group 46-55 years 30%, majority male 57%, 65% were suctioned, and body position changes 82%, there was difference in pre-test (p = 0.001) and post-test (p=0.007) the intervention group, there was difference in the level of pain after foot massage in the intervention group and the administration of analgesics the control group (p=0.000), there was effect of suctioning mucus (p=0.003), there was effect of changes in body position (p=0.008). This means that foot massage has effect reducing pain levels in patients. This study recommends the need for further research and foot massage one of independent nurse interventions in nursing care for patients with ventilatory pain.
