Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of good corporate governance on company performance. This study uses good corporate governance mechanism indicators consisting of: board of commissioners, board of directors, audit committee as independent variables, while company performance as the dependent variable. The population used in this study were 45 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2014 to get 44 samples. These samples were selected using purposive sampling method. The test is carried out using linear regression. The results of the study identified that the commissioners who were significant had no effect on company performance (CFROA). While the board of directors and singfinally audit committee affect the company's performance (CFROA).

Abstract

Curriculum 2013 isa curriculumwhich hs many changes from the previouscurriculum that is School based(KTSP). In thecurriculum2013 employs scientific approach in the learning process. The result showed: Implementation of Scientific-based PAI learning in early learning in the learning materials, the learning core teachers have been conducting observing, questioning, eksploring, associating, and communicating, at the end giving follow-up activities such as homework to students. Evaluation of PAI learning that 2013 assessment of learning in the curriculum using authentic assessment that measures the competencies ranging from competence attitudes, skills, and knowledge based process not only results. Abstract

Abstrak Peran guru pendidikan agama islam dalam membentuk karakter peduli lingkungan merupakan hal yang sangat penting. Peran guru pendidikan agama islam dalam membentuk karakter peduli lingkungan bertujuan untuk menyadarkan betapa pentingnya menjaga lingkungan supaya tetap bersih karena diajaran Islam juga diajarkan yaitu Annadhofatul Minal Iman yang artinya kebersihan adalah sebagian dari iman. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran guru pendidikan agama Islam di SMP Negeri 1 Ploso dengan sub fokus penelitian yang terdiri dari 1) Peran Guru pendidikan agama islam, 2) Pembentuk karakter, 3) Karakter peduli lingkungan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan datanya dengan menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik analisa deskriptif kualitatif, teknik ini yaitu peneliti mengumpulkan data yang berupa kata-kata dan tindakan. Aktivitas dalam menganalisis datanya menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan. Informan pada penelitian ini antara lain yaitu guru pendidikan agama Islam, sarana prasarana, dan beberapa siswa. Kata Kunci: Peran guru pendidikan agama Islam, Pembentuk karakter, Karakter peduli lingkungan Abstract The role of Islamic religious education teachers in shaping the character of caring for the environment is very important. The role of Islamic religious education teachers in shaping the character of caring for the environment aims to realize how important it is to keep the environment clean because Islamic teachings are also taught, namely Annadhofatul Minal Iman which means cleanliness is part of faith. This study aims to determine the role of Islamic religious education teachers in SMP Negeri 1 Ploso with the sub-focus of the research consisting of 1) The role of Islamic religious education teachers, 2) Character building, 3) Environmental care character. This study uses a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques using observation techniques, interview, and documentation. Data analysis technique uses descriptive qualitative analysis technique is the researcher collects data in the form of words and actions. Activities in analyzing the data using data collection techniques, data reducation, data presentation, drawing concluions. Informants in this study include general religious education teachers, infrastructure, and several students. Abstract

The moral literacy movement through Pancasila values is very important. Formal education institutions have an important role in efforts to instill Pancasila values through moral literacy to realize the goals of national education. This research focuses on 1) Planning of students' moral literacy through Pancasila values 2) Implementation of Pancasila values 3) Implication of students' moral literacy through Pancasila values. The purpose of this study is to describe literacy, Pancasila values and its implications for students of Jombang State Elementary School. This research used a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques were carried out by 1) interview, 2) documentation, 3) observation. Observation. Data analysis includes data reduction, data interpretation or data collection, presentation, data verification and conclusion drawing. The results of this study show that 1) Pancasila moral literacy planning includes several stages, namely: the habituation stage, the coaching stage, and the learning stage. 2) The values of Pancasila in Jombang State Elementary School include divine value, human value, unity value, populist value, and justice value. 3) The implication can realize the learning atmosphere and learning process to make more active students to develop their potential who have spiritual strength, religion, self-control, personality, intelligence, noble character, and skills needed for themselves, society, nation and state.

Abstract

Education in Indonesia is undergoing significant transformation influenced by technological advances, policy changes, and the challenges of globalization. This article discusses the role of Total Quality Management (TQM) as a strategic approach to improving the quality of education, while also addressing the challenges faced by the national education sector. The purpose of this study is to explore the application of TQM in creating quality education through continuous improvement, stakeholder engagement, and strong leadership. This study uses a literature review method to analyze various relevant references. The results of the study indicate that TQM contributes to improving the quality of education through the integration of the principles of planning, implementation, evaluation, and continuous improvement. TQM also facilitates the active involvement of all stakeholders, including educators, students, and the community, to promote a culture of quality. In addition, the application of technology in education is recognized for its potential in improving the effectiveness of learning and administration. The successful implementation of TQM requires adequate infrastructure, continuous training for teachers, and policies that support educational equality and innovation. This implementation is expected to be able to create a globally competitive education system, producing innovative and highly competitive graduates.
