Abstract

Pekuwali (2018) has conducted research into the classification of metagenome fragments using spaced k-mers. Optimize the arrangement of features using Genetic Algorithms. Pekuwali (2018) concluded that the best arrangement of features or called chromosomes is 111111110001 with a fitness value of 85.42. Chromosome 111111110001 produces 336 features of extracting DNA fragments. This research aims to find out which features influence classi fi cation and the resulting accuracy. The method used is the Mean value. The mean value method was chosen because the data distribution is normal or close to normal. This study concludes that the influential features in the classification are features 22 to 27 with an accuracy of 78.83% and features 38 to 43 with an accuracy of 79.67%.

Abstract

The East Sumba Regency Maritime and Fisheries Service (DKP) is responsible for developing the fisheries sector. However, the process of submitting aid proposals still uses less efficient methods. To overcome this problem, researchers developed an Android-based application for submitting aid proposals online. This application allows aid applicants to upload proposal files electronically quickly and accurately. The use of this application is expected to reduce the costs and risks of physical travel and save time in the proposal collection process. This application development method uses the waterfall method, through the stages of planning, analysis, design, implementation and testing. Testing shows that this application functions well and has high feasibility based on the System Usability Scale (SUS). In this way, this application can speed up and simplify the process of submitting aid proposals at the East Sumba DKP.

Abstract

The development of technology as a medium for delivering information has provided great benefits for business owners, including in the field of wedding equipment rental. However, Nellysalon Waingapu in Waingapu faces several problems, such as a lack of complete information in promotional media and manual rental records. To overcome this problem, the development of a web-based Wedding Equipment Rental Information System is proposed. This system allows customers to get detailed information about rental packages, prices and status of rented items. Apart from that, this system also helps business owners in storing and processing rental data quickly and accurately. The development method used is the waterfall model from SDLC. Test results show that this system is well received by users, with an average score of 70.6 in the SUS test. Thus, the Wedding Equipment Rental System at Nellysalon Waingapu is suitable for use by system users..

Abstract

The Sumba Christian Church (GKS) Jemaat Makamenggit, located in East Sumba Regency, has a substantial number of congregants, including 425 members at the central Makamenggit church. Financial management activities, such as revenue from Children's Offerings (PA), Diakonia, and building funds, are still carried using notebooks and calculators. This method is not only time-consuming and also prone to recording errors and reduces transparency in financial reporting. This poses challenges in meeting regulatory requirements and maintaining the trust of the congregation and related stakeholders. In the current digital era, transparency and accuracy in financial reporting are essential needs. To address this challenge, a web-based information system which aims to speed up the process of calculating incoming and outgoing money and financial reporting. With this new system, the recording process, which typically takes 1-2 days, can be simplified to just 10-15 minutes. The use of a web-based system also provides real-time access to financial data for various stakeholders, such as church administrators, congregation councils, and supervisory bodies, regardless of geographical constraints. The proposed system will enable the church treasurer to manage church finances more efficiently, reduce reporting time, and meet applicable regulatory demands.In an effort to speed up the financial calculation process at GKS Makamenggit, this financial information system was developed using the waterfall method. It is hoped that the results of this research will help financial treasurers to manage incoming and outgoing finances and with this system, financial reporting will be more transparent and efficient.

Abstract

The design of a data processing information system is currently in great demand. By designing a data processing information system, the community, especially the congregation and administrators at the Sumba Christian Church (GKS) Lambanapu, can be facilitated in the process of data processing and providing information quickly, precisely and accurately, so that efficiency and effectiveness of church work are achieved. In this study, the author uses various writing methods including data collection techniques, waterfall methods, and system development methods. Creating an information system in church data processing that should be able to improve service performance and be able to provide fast and accurate information. So that it can help the process of church member data collection and can be a means of conveying information to church members. Creating a web-based system used for congregation or congregation data at the Sumba Christian Church (GKS) Lambanapu which contains applications for member registration, baptism registration, marriage blessing registration, sidi registration, registration for borrowing worship facilities and infrastructure, as well as downloading member documents, and news about church activities.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem pemantauan kualitas air kolam ikan nila berbasis IoT dengan penerapan logika fuzzy Mamdani serta notifikasi Telegram bot untuk membantu peternak mengurangi potensi kematian ikan nila akibat penurunan kualitas air. Sistem menggunakan tiga parameter utama yaitu suhu, pH  dan tingkat kekeruhan air yang diukur secara real-time melalui sensor DS18B20, pH-4502C dan sensor turbidity. Data hasil pengukuran akan diproses menggunakan logika fuzzy Mamdani untuk menentukan kelayakan air dan dikirim ke pengguna melalui Telegram. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu membaca parameter air dengan baik, memproses data melalui logika fuzzy Mamdani secara akurat, serta mengirimkan notifikasi kepada pengguna secara real-time ketika kondisi air terdeteksi tidak ideal. Sistem diharapkan dapat membantu peternak ikan nila, khususnya di SMK Negeri 3 Pahunga  Lodu, dalam memantau kualitas air kolam dan mengambil langka antisipatif untuk mengurangi potensi kematian ikan secara massal.
