Abstract

Sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas merupakan salah satu faktor penting dalam sebuah perusahaan untuk dapat menjalankan proses bisnis sebagaimana mestinya sesuai dengan visi dan misi yang telah ditetapkan perusahaan. PT. Cindyani Tiwi Lestari salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang pengadaan serta jasa perbaikan berbagai alat berat yang di dirikan pada tahu 2014. Dalam rangka mendorong terciptanya produktivitas kinerja yang terus meningkat, maka PT. Cindyani Tiwi Lestari melaksanakan pemilihan karyawan terbaik. Sistem pendukung keputusan dapat membantu pengambil keputusan untuk mendapatkan rekomendasi karyawan terbaik menggunakan metode SAW (Simple Additive Weighting). Pada penelitian ini data yang digunakan berasal dari data internal dan data eksternal. terdapat beberapa kriteria yang dibutuhkan dalam membantu pengambil keputusan untuk memilih karyawan terbaik, yaitu disiplin, kualitas pekerjaan, kerjasama dan perilaku. Berdasarkan seluruh kriteria dan alternatif yang ada dalam penelitian ini menghasilkan Darwansyah sebagai karyawan terbaik di PT. Cindyani Tiwi Lestari dengan total nilai preferensi yaitu 2,875. Metode SAW merupakan metode yang efektif serta praktis dalam perhitungan untuk menentukan rekomendasi karyawan terbaik di PT. Cindyani Tiwi Lestari sehingga pengambil keputusan dapat mempertimbangkan rekomendasi tersebut sesuai dengan prioritas yang ditentukan.

Abstract

CCM (Care for Children’s Mental) adalah sistem pakar diagnosa dengan metode certainty factor yang dapat dilakukan di berbagai tempat dan memilih beberapa gejala yang terjadi pada anak agar sistem dapat mendiagnosa gangguan mental anak yang di alami. Diharapkan dengan adanya sistem pakar ini bisa membantu para orang tua dalam mendiagnosa secara dini gangguan mental yang anak mereka alami secara mandiri dengan bantuan seorang ahli dengan berdasarkan gejala-gejala yang dirasakan agar para orang tua peka terhadap anak dan tidak menganggap remeh hal tersebut. Manfaat lain dari sistem pakar ini adalah mempermudah dalam akses dimana saja, dan memudahkan orang tua untuk mendiagnosa gangguan anak dengan mudah. Certainty Factor merupakan suatu metode yang dapat mendefinisikan ukuran terhadap aturan atau fakta pakar untuk menggambarkan keyakinan seorang terhadap suatu masalah yang dihadapi. Guna mempermudah dan membantu para orang tua  dalam mendiagnosa gangguan mental pada anak, maka metode certainty factor mungkin dapat dijadikan salah satu solusinya. Penerapan metode Certainty Factor pada Sistem pakar diagnosa gangguan mental pada anak dengan metode certainy factor berbasis web ini dibangun dengan menggunakan database MySQL dan framework CodeIgniter (CI) serta bahasa pemrograman PHP.

Abstract

The number of tourists visiting Aceh increases every year . This is due to the fact that there are numerous kinds of tourist attraction in Aceh. These tourism objects are scattered from districts to cities in Aceh. Accessibility in reaching these tourist destinations is also effortless. It is challenging to determine which tourism object you want to visit, therefore better search more information prior visit the destination. Afterwards, prospective tourists compare and choose tourism objects that suitable with the criteria. Decision support systems can assist prospective tourists in choosing tourist destinations using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. The data used in this study derived from internal data as well as external data, several tourist destinations with several criteria to be used are alternatives to be compared. In this study, there are several criteria needed to guide prospective tourists to take decisions, such as distance, cost, facilities, time and age. This study used interviews, literature studies and data analysis method. The criteria for distance and cost are the criteria that have the greatest contribution in determining the best alternative tourist destination in Aceh. Based on the entirely alternatives and criteria in this study, the Baiturrahman Grand Mosque was chosen as the best alternative tourist destination in Aceh with a total preference value of 3. The SAW method is an effective and practical calculating method to determine the best tourist destination in Aceh, therefore the potential tourists will conviniently determine tourist destination that suitable their criteria and desires.

Abstract

There are still limited health facilities in Indonesia, especially those dealing with kidney disease and the lack of knowledge and information in the community regarding the early symptoms of kidney disease, causing the death rate caused by this disease to continue to increase every year. An expert system that can diagnose kidney disease is urgently needed to provide a solution to this problem with the hope that people can easily obtain information regarding the symptoms of kidney disease they are experiencing, and that people can make a diagnosis independently. A method called the certainty factor (CF) is used in the expert system in this study. Diagnosis of kidney disease based on various symptoms experienced by the user is the output generated by this expert system. Based on the symptoms entered by the user, the system will then look for the highest CF value and then the results will be displayed to the user. The displayed results include 17 symptoms, disease name, diagnosis results and solutions. The functional tests carried out went as expected for the three access rights, namely admin, expert and user can access all functions and no errors were found in the system, using both the Windows 8 and Windows 10 operating systems for admin, expert and user access.

Abstract

Stunting is a condition that affects the growth of toddlers and occurs when a child is two years old. One of the causes of stunting is a lack of nutritional intake over an extended period. In this case, stunting cases in Bener Meriah Regency rank as the third highest in Aceh province. One of the reasons is the lack of information received by the public regarding stunting. Several negative influences that can lead to stunting include insufficient nutritional intake during pregnancy or for toddlers over an extended period, low levels of education, as well as economic status and childcare services. Therefore, with the existence of this system, individuals affected by stunting can utilize the provided information to understand the distribution of stunting, plan more effective prevention and intervention measures. This WebGIS is built using Laravel, Leaflet, ArcGIS, and tested using a black box to check functionality, ensuring that the system runs smoothly. The testing results of the system show that it is reliable and can be used efficiently. Overall, the implementation of this system can have a positive impact on stunting intervention efforts in Bener Meriah Regency.
