Abstract

A dynamic environment accompanied by the rapid development of science and technology requires every organization to innovate in order to survive and develop better than before, including nirlaba organizations such as the government organization. Dinas Perhubungan Kabupaten Tegal is a government organization thatis identical with a rigid work pattern. However, as one of the organizations that engage in public services,Dinas Perhubungan Kabupaten Tegal is required to be innovative to solve problems, improve performance and provide the best service for the community. This study aims to analyze the effect of organizational learning and transformational leadership on employee innovative work behavior and the role of work engagement as a mediator. The sampling technique that is used in this research is the saturated sample technique of 49 employees. The method of data collection is using questionnaire by distributing it to all employees of Dinas Perhubungan Kab. Tegal who are selected as the samples. Data analysis is carried out using the Partial LeastSquare (PLS) method by using SmartPLS version 3 software. The research results show that organizationallearning and transformational leadership prove significantly to have a positive effect on employee innovative work behavior, and work engagement is proven to be able to mediate the effect of organizational learning andtransformational leadership on employee innovative work behavior. These findings indicate that to improve employee innovative work behavior, it is necessary to have organizational learning, apply transformational leadership and increase work engagement.

Abstract

Psychological well-being as a prerequisite for work engagement through the expression of physical, cognitive and emotional resources. This, refers to the state of happiness in work assignments. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of occupational stress and psychological contract on work engagement through psychological well being as an intervening variable. The sample of this study was 33 people from a population of 33 employees KCP Bank Jateng Pasar Johar. The method of determining the sample using saturated sampling. Data analysis using multiple linear regression models with two models and multiple tests. The results of testing the first model hypothesis shows that occupational stress has a statistically significant and negative effect on psychological well being and psychological contract has a statistically positive and significant effect on psychological well being. The results of testing the second model hypothesis show that psychological well being statistically has a positive and significant effect on work engagement, occupational stress has a statistically negative and significant effect on work engagement and psychological contract has a positive and significant effect on work engagement. Hypothesis testing results show that occupational stress is calculated independently that there is an indirect effect on work engagement, namely through psychological well being as an intervening variable and psychological contract by means of calculation that there is an indirect effect on work engagement, namely through psychological well being as an intervening variable

Abstract

This research aims to provide an analysis of arguments regarding environmental education and environmental concern in the future. Based on the importance of educating the public or society about environmental awareness, several research agendas are recommended for future research, namely 1) Psychological theory such as motivation, both intrinsic and extrinsic factors, can be adapted to clarify the motivation of students or the community in taking environmental education which has an impact on environmental behavior, 2) Sociological theory such as social identity theory will be interesting to explain the behavior of student or community related to green concern, 3) stimulant organism response theory, 4) Concerning green consumption, 5) Research topics on green education and green concern that adapt cultural theory will be interesting and be a comprehensive perspective.

Abstract

This study intends to analyze how service quality and corporate image influence customer decisions to take productive credit mediated by trust in Bank Jateng Wanadadi Sub-Branch. Productive credit customers were used as the population in this study, which consisted of KLKK (Employee Cooperative Credit Linkage) customers, KWU (Enterprise Credit), KUP (Productive Business Credit), MSME and Cooperative Credit, Extra Credit, Mitra Jateng 25 Credit, and KUR (KUR). Samples were taken through non-probability sampling method using saturated samples. Respondents were 162 customers who were used as samples. Data analysis used SEM analysis, bootstrapping method, and VAF method. The results of the study indicate that (1) the customer's decision to take productive credit at Bank Jateng Wanadadi Sub-Branch is influenced by service quality; (2) the customer's decision to take productive credit at Bank Jateng Wanadadi Sub-Branch is not influenced by the company's image; (3) service quality affects customer trust in Bank Jateng Wanadadi Sub-Branch; (4) corporate image affects customer trust in Bank Jateng Wanadadi Sub-Branch; (5) the customer's decision to take productive credit at Bank Jateng Wanadadi Sub-Branch is influenced by trust; (6) there is a mediating effect of trust on service quality in influencing customer decisions to take productive credit at Bank Jateng Wanadadi Sub-Branch; and (7) there is no mediating effect of trust on company image in influencing customer decisions to take productive credit at Bank Jateng Wanadadi Sub-Branch.
