Abstract

Pengambilan keputusan harus dilakukan berdasarkan pertimbangan-pertimbangan tertentu agar keputusan yang diambil dapat bersifat objektif, karena pengambilan keputusan yang dilakukan tanpa pertimbangan yang benar dapat mengakibatkan keputusan yang diambil menjadi kurang objektif. Logika fuzzy merupakan salah satu metode untuk melakukan analisis sistem yang mengandung ketidakpastian. Pada penelitian ini digunakan metode mamdani dengan fungsi implikasi Min dan Prod dan defuzzifikasi dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode centroid. Dari analisis yang telah dilakukan maka didapatkan output dengan fungsi implikasi Max-Prod lebih besar dibanding Max-Min, maka sebelum menyelesaikan suatu kasus seharusnya dilakukan pertimbangan terhadap pemilihan fungsi implikasi yang sesuai.Decision-making should be performed based on the certain considerations in order to obtain objective decisions since the decision made without proper consideration can lead to less objective. Fuzzy logic is one of the methods for analyzing systems that contain uncertainty. In this reserch, we use implication functions Min and Prod in Mamdani method and defuzzifikasi performed by using the centroid method. From the earlier analysis done, we obtained the final results of Max-Min and Max-Prod where the Max-Prod implication functions manually produces the greater value than Max-Min, then before completing a case consideration should be done to the selection of an appropriate implication function.

Abstract

Community service activities are carried out at Bintang Timur Kindergarten in Pematang Siantar in order to help children at an early age understand android educational games that are suitable for consumption by the child himself. Educational games as a support for children's cognitive development so that parents must understand various types of educational game applications, how to choose the right educational games, and how to install on cellphones. The implementation method used is presentation, demonstration, practice, brainstorming, and sharing about educational games to the Principal at Bintang Timur Kindergarten, Pematang Siantar.  This activity was carried out through three stages, namely 1) socialization, 2) mentoring, 3) monitoring and evaluation. The results of the implementation of this activity are:  1) understanding of android educational games as a support for children's cognitive development in the very good category.  This is indicated by the percentage of indicators of achievement of recognizing educational games (96%), choosing educational games (89%), installing educational games (93%), and implementing educational games (86%); 2) obtained a positive response as seen from the attendance indicator of participants reaching 93% of the target and enthusiastic participants during the activity from the beginning to the end of the activity. The ultimate goal of introducing educational games is that parents are IT literate so that they are able to monitor their children in using cellphones, especially when playing games.

Abstract

In the management of the facilities and infrastructure system at the Environment Agency, computerized systems such as Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel have been used to manage facilities and infrastructure data. However, this method still has many drawbacks, such as making it difficult to search for data and can make it vulnerable to losing data facilities and infrastructure if the computer device is damaged or lost, so that it can make it difficult for the agency to re-record again. The purpose of this research is to produce an information system for the management of facilities and infrastructure data at the Langkat Regency Environmental Office. can provide faster and more accurate information to those who need it. and can make it easier and save time in obtaining information on facilities and infrastructure at the Environment Agency. Research Methods Using data collection techniques in the form of Observation, Interviews, Documentation and Literature Studies and the system development tools using Flowcharts, DFD and ERD. The website-based Facilities and Infrastructure Information System at the Langkat Regency Environment Office is very helpful. With this system, all data on the management of Facilities and Infrastructure can be managed more neatly and easily. This system can also make work easier to be faster and more efficient because all data can be accessed anytime and from anywhere

Abstract

The existing academic system at Taman Siswa Private Vocational School Padang Tualang already uses computerized systems such as Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word which are used by Administration employees to manage school reports and data. However, this system has shortcomings such as making it difficult to search for data, the possibility of data being lost, and also when providing school information it is still done by interacting with the community to provide an overview of the school's background. Therefore, a school information system website is needed that can display the school profile, school facilities, announcements, organizational structure, and can input student data, teacher data, and lesson schedules. The data collection methods used in this research are observation, interviews, documentation and literature study. The method used in the system is the agile method and to design the system process design it is created using UML (Unified Modeling Language). This research resulted in an information system design at the Taman Siswa Padang Tualang Private Vocational School. In creating this School Information System the author used the PHP and MySQL programming languages as databases. From this research process, a school website was produced which succeeded in increasing the efficiency of teachers, students and the community regarding information related to the Padang Tualang Taman Siswa Vocational school.

Abstract

In today's digital era, the demand for advanced and user-friendly healthcare devices is increasing. This research aims to design and develop a real-time heart rate detection device using an ESP32 microcontroller and a pulse sensor connected to a web platform. This device is designed to continuously monitor the user's heart rate and provide online data access, facilitating easier health monitoring.The methodology used in this research includes the design of hardware and software. The ESP32 microcontroller was chosen for its advantages in Wi-Fi connectivity and good data processing capabilities. A pulse sensor is used to detect the heart rate, while a web platform is developed to display real-time heart rate data. The research results show that this custom-built heart rate detection device can effectively detect and display real-time heart rate data. The data sent to the web platform can be accessed via computer or smartphone, making it easier for users or medical personnel to monitor health conditions remotely. In summary, this heart rate detector based on the ESP32 microcontroller and pulse sensor successfully meets the need for real-time heart rate monitoring and can be accessed via the web. Further development can be done to improve accuracy and integration with other medical systems.
