Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji dan menganalisa pengaruh personal selling dan kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian fitting pipa (elbow) studi kasus pada PT. Sekawan Abadi Teknik. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian deksriptif kuantitatif dan metode analisis regresi linier berganda. Populasi dama penelitian adalah merupakan toko-toko yang menjadi pelanggan perusahaan. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 83 toko yang berada di kota Medan. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa personal selling berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian dimana nilai thitung 3,501 > ttabel 1,99 dan kualitas produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian dimana nilai thitung 6,349 > ttabel 1,99 serta secara simultan juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian fitting pipa elbow. Implikasi dari penelitian ini bahwa PT. Sekawan Abadi Teknik harus meningkatkan kemampuan personal selling perusahaan untuk memberikan pelayanan terbaik kepada para pelanggan dan menjaga kualitas produk sesuai yang dijanjikan sehingga dapat meningkatkan pembelian pelanggan.

Abstract

This research targets are to identify and analyze not only the influence of profitability towards firm value but also the ability of both dividend policy and corporate social responsibility disclosure to moderate them on companies which are listed in the consumer goods industry on Indonesian stock exchange (IDX) from 2013 to 2017. There are precisely 39 and 14 enterprises that are utilized as population and sample respectively. This study applies the purposive sampling method to generate samples from the population which had been eliminated by the devoted criteria. Data has been analyzed by using multiple regression and moderation regression analysis. The result delineates that partially, profitability and dividend policy have a significant effect on firm value, while corporate social responsibility does not affect firm value. Simultaneously, the independent variables significantly affect the dependent variable.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to analyze the influence of quick ratio, dividend per share, return on investment and debt to equity ratio on stock price in sector consumer goods industry listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange with the period of 2014-2018 partially or silmutaneouly. This research uses quantitative descriptive research. The population of this research are 38 companies and the number of sample is 9 companies. The results research of F test (simultaneous) showed that there is a significant influence between quick ratio, dividend per share, return on investment and debt to equity ratio on stock price in sector consumer goods industry listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange with the period of 2014-2018. The results research of T test (partial) showed that there is a significant influence dividend per share partially on stock price in sector consumer goods industry listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange with the period of 2014-2018.

Abstract

The discussion in this study aims to evaluate and examine how the influence of Good Corporate Governance on dividend distribution decisions with profitability as the moderating variable in companies in the consumer goods industry listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2020 period. There are a total of 209 population companies, including 128 consumer cyclical and 92 consumer noncyclical companies. Purposive sampling was used as the sampling method in this study. Secondary data was used in this study by collecting the required information from the annual report published through the official IDX website www.idx.com for the 2016-2020 period. Quantitative methods were used as the research technique with data analysis techniques based on the Partial Least Squares (PLS) model and SmartPLS software. The results of the discussion prove that institutional ownership has no impact on dividend policy, managerial ownership has no impact on dividend policy, independent commissioners has no impact on dividend policy, ROA-moderated managerial ownership with P-value = 0.456 has no impact on dividend policy, ROA-moderated independent commissioners with P-value = 0.757 have no impact on dividend policy, and ROA-moderated audit meetings where P-value = 0.009 has an impact on dividend policy, institutional ownership where P-value = 0.370 has no impact on ROA, managerial ownership where P-value = 0.005 has an impact on ROA, independent commissioners where P-value = 0.100 has no impact on ROA, audit meetings where P-value = 0.469 has no impact on ROA, and ROA where P-value = 0.033 has an impact on dividend policy

Abstract

In the property and real estate industries on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2016 to 2019, this study intends to evaluate and analyze the effect of Debt to Asset Ratio, Cash Position, and Firm Size on the Dividend Payout Ratio with Profitability as a mediating variable. The population for this study will be property and real estate companies that have been listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for at least four years. Purposive sampling was the method adopted in this study. A deductive strategy was applied in the research. The data collection technique employed in this study was a documentation study, and the type of data used was secondary data. The data is processed using the SmartPLS application and the Partial Least Square data analysis approach is used in this study. The findings of this study show that debt to asset ratio and firm size have no impact on dividend payout ratio, however cash position has a positive impact. The study's findings also reveal that profitability has no effect on the dividend payout ratio when debt to asset ratio, cash position, or business size are taken into account. It is advised that other mediating variables such as business value be replaced in future studies.

Abstract

PT. Jaya Anugrah Sukses Abadi Medan is a retail company, which sells community staples andother equipment. This company has been around for 14 years. Problems in PT. Jaya AnugrahSukses Abadi Medan lies in employee job satisfaction, where some employees feel less satisfiedcarrying out tasks in the company related to Communication, Work Discipline, and Motivation.Theories used to support this study were related to Human Resource Management closely related toCommunication, Work Discipline, Motivation, and Job Satisfaction. Quantitative descriptiveresearch type was employed as the research method of this study. The nature of this study wasdescriptive explanatory. The data collection technique carried out by using questionnaires,interviews, and documentation studies. The obtained data were then analyzed using multiple linearregressions. From the research population of 103 company employees with 30 people were chosenfor the validity test. The analysis found tcount values on the communication of 2.831, work disciplineof 2.962, motivation of 2.059, and Fcount of 6.816. The results indicate that the coefficient ofdetermination was 14.6%. It can be concluded that simultaneously and partially communication,work discipline, and motivation had a significant and positive influence on job satisfaction at PT.Jaya Anugrah Sukses Abadi Medan

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the the influence of Net Profit Margin, Debt to Equity Ratio, Total Assets Turnover, and Current Ratio to Stock Price. The sample of this study was ninety-six financial reports of Property and Real Estate companies which are listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange using a quantitive research method. The multiple regressions analyisis was used as the analysis technique. The study results showed that Net Profit Margin and Total Assets Turnover have significant influence toward Stock Price partially while Debt to Equity Ratio and Current Ratio have no influence toward Stock Price partially.

Abstract

ABSTRACTLaba atau profit merupakan salah satu tujuan utama berdirinya setiap badan usaha. Tanpa diperolehnya laba, perusahaan tidak dapat memenuhi tujuan lainnya yaitu pertumbuhan yang terus menerus (going concern) dan tanggung jawab sosial (corporate social responsibility). Pertumbuhan yangterus menerus ditinjau dari laju perkembangan harga saham, sehingga dibutuhkan suatu variabel untuk menghitung laju perkembangan harga saham dari suatu laporan keuangan suatu sektor industri atau perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menggabungkan variabel terukur yaitu fixed assets turnover, inventory turnover, dan variabel corporate social responsibility, sekaligus menguji pengaruh yang ditimbulkan setelah variabel tersebut dikombinasikan terhadap harga saham. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif yang menekankan pada hubungan kausal yang mengujipengaruh fixed assets turnover, inventory turnover, dan corporate social responsibility sebagai variabel independen terhadap harga saham sebagai varibel dependen. Proses pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan sumber data sekunder berupa laporan keuangan pada perusahaan sektor industri dasar dan kimia periode 2014-2018. Metode yang digunakan untuk pengambilan sampel adalah purppose sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan FAT memiliki nilai signifikansi 0.413 atau 0.4130.05 artinya Tidak terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara FAT terhadap variabel terikat Harga Saham. ITO memiliki nilai signifkansi 0.576 atau 0.5760.05 artinya Tidak terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara ITO terhadap Harga Saham.  Sedangkan  CSR  memiliki  nilai  signifkansi  (Sig,)  0.000   atau   0.0000.05  artinya terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara CSR terhadap Harga SahamKata Kunci : Fixed Asset Turnover (FAT); Inventory Turnover (ITO); CSR; Harga Saham
