Abstract

The use of UV Mapping and Texture Painting Technique in Indonesia is a country that is rich in folklore. Bujang Buta is one of the folklore originating from the city of Kampar. Many people do not know about the existence of detailed folklore. In this study raised the Bujang Buta folklore which will be attractively packaged in the form of 3D animated films. In the 3D animation film there are many techniques to make it, one of which is the UV Mapping and Texture Painting techniq ues that make 3D animated films more colorful. Making this animated film uses the Blender 3D application as its main medium. Based on the results of testing and analysis, the 3D animated film Bujang Buta Folklore has been verified by LAMR experts (Lembaga Adat Melayu Riau). The UV Mapping and Texture Painting technique has been successfully implemented into the making of the Bujang Buta 3D animated film. And based on the results of a questionnaire that has been given to 37 general public and 6 people who fo llow the organization there are 10 moral messages in the 3D animated film Bujang Buta.

Abstract

Dalam lingkungan kompetisi, penentuan prioritas investasi teknologi informasi (TI) harus selaras dan mendukung strategi bisnis sehingga nilai bisnis dapat dimaksimalkan dan ancaman kompetisi dapat diminimalkan. Di samping itu, investasi TI yang dilakukan harus memiliki efisiensi yang tinggi untuk mendukung bisnis saat ini dan harus memiliki fleksibilitas yang baik untuk mengakomodasi kebutuhan bisnis mendatang. Penelitian ini akan mengukur tingkat keselarasan antara strategi bisnis dan strategi TI dengan membandingkan sebelum dan sesudah penerapan prioritas investasi bidang teknologi informasi menggunakan Quality Funtion Deployment (QFD) di Politeknik Caltex Riau dengan model yang diajukan oleh Nugroho (2010). Penilaian tingkat keselarasan menggunakan Strategic Alignment Maturity Model (SAMM) yang diajukan oleh Luftman dan Kempaiah (2007). Hasil yang didapatkan pada penerapan model prioritas investasi bidang TI menggunakan QFD dapat meningkatkan keselarasan strategis antara strategi bisnis dan strategi TI. Menurut kriteria penilaian SAMM saat penerapan pada objek studi kasus, model ini dapat meningkatkan keselarasan strategis dari level 2 (committed) ke level 4 (improved) serta mampu memperbaiki hubungan dan mekanisme kerja antara domain manajemen dan domain TI dengan adanya kesamaan level persepsi.

Abstract

The children have been introduced to English during they were in kindergarten. There are several ways that teachers can do with the students such as singing, drawing using media and doing some questions and answer. Language is the main tool for communicating in human life, both individually and social collectively. Student's language in the 4-6 years old is still not maximal, so parents and teachers play an important role in helping students to interact. Kindergarten students have started to be introduced to basic English, according to EPI (English Proficiency Index,) Indonesia is still ranked 51st out of 88 countries in the world in 2018. And it included in the low skill group. The way of learning is still using props as learning media. Therefore, technology is needed to help kindergarten students in learning basic English using 3D objects for their material. Based on the analysis of observations to kindergarten students was obtained an increase of 32.74%. In the analysis of the black box test results, it was found that all functions in the application can run smoothly according to the expected of the results. Furthermore, as the results of the analysis of interviews with kindergarten teacher stated that the game for the introduction of basic English is very helpful for the teaching and learning process.

Abstract

Indonesia is a country that has a variety of people's literature one of which is packed in the form of folklore. One of the folklore in Riau Province is Batu Belah Batu Betangkup. Many people who do not know how the story in detail and public interest to know the story of the people is still very lacking. Many people today especially the younger generation only know the stories and figures from films coming from abroad. To overcome the above problems, then made a folklore film that is packed in the form of 3D animation. Folklore taken is a folktale that comes from the province of Riau is the folklore of Batu Belah Batu Betangkup. 3D animation film has a duration of about 20 minutes. The technique used in this 3D animated film is Cinematographic Technique, where the technique is used to capture the image and combine the image into one so as if the image is moving. Based on the results of testing and analysis, this film managed to recapture the public interest to know the folklore, the level of public knowledge about this folklore has increased significantly. Truth stories and cinematography techniques in 3D animation has been verified by experts.

Abstract

In the process of the regional head election, there is a recapitulation process for the vote acquisition conducted by the KPPS (Voting Organizers Group) at each TPS (polling station). Where this process usually takes a very long time and also causes a lot of problems. In Pekanbaru City, the information on the recapitulation of the regional head election sent to the candidate pairs or the supporting party was still based on the SMS (Short Message Service) gateway which made the candidate pairs/supporting parties have to do the recapitulation manually again. From these problems, the Pekanbaru City Regional Head Election Recapitulation Information System was built using Inputs from the Telegram API that can solve these problems. From the results of testing the black box on the system by following the ISO 9126-2 standard, the results on each metric have a number of 1 and an average of 1 which means that the system's functions are in accordance with needs and expectations. In performance testing the average delay time when the bot is sent data in the form of images (command /c1) is 4.447 seconds, while when the bot is sent data in the form of text/numbers (commands other than /c1) the average delay time is less than 1.5 seconds. In the user acceptance testing, this information system is very helpful for the candidate pair and the bearer party in conducting vote recapitulation during the regional head election process and also get the results of the recapitulation of votes with detail and realtime.

Abstract

Malignant melanoma atau biasa disebut melanoma saja adalah penyakit kanker kulit dimana sel – sel kanker berkembang pada sel melanosit yang menghasilkan melamin, pigmen yang memberi warna pada kulit. Kanker ini termasuk jenis berbahaya dan mematikan. Pendeteksian dini diperlukan untuk mendapatkan penatalaksanaan medis yang efektif. Salah satu teknik deteksi melanoma menggunakan pemrosesan citra digital yang mengalami perkembangan yang sangat pesat. Salah satu tahapan pemrosesan citra digital yang sangat mempengaruhi tercapainya objektif adalah tahapan segmentasi. Dalam paper ini disajikan beberapa teknik segmentasi yang banyak digunakan dalam pemrosesan citra digital. Teknik yang dijelaskan dalam paper ini meliputi segmentasi berbasis ambang batas (threshold), segmentasi berbasis deteksi tepi (edge detection), segmentasi berbasis region dan segmentasi berbasis channel warna. Didapatkan keunikan dalam teknik – teknik yang ada dalam menentukan bercak atau lesi melanoma sesuai dengan metode dan operasinya masing – masing.

Abstract

Crime that happen anytime and anywhere requires a monitoring system to monitoring theincident. Continuous monitoring would cost media storage, because recorded video will has big size. Oneway to overcome this problem is to build a system using a webcam to record necessary moment. Forinstance is when there was a movement in a moment/event. Therefore, a monitoring system that candetect any movement in a room is needed. In this study, the problem can be solved by designingmonitoring system based Raspberry Pi. This monitoring system is created using Motion program. Motionprogram handles motion detection and stream captured by camera, otherwise the system can also send anotification when motion is detected via e-mail and upload recorded video to DropBox. In Testing processis with different lighting conditions and distance, the system has worked 100% in bright light. In the dimlight at distance of 4 meters has 95% success rate and 83.3% at a distance of 6 meters, and in the darkwithout light illumination has 0% success rate. Abstract

Computer technology developed rapidly could be used to visualize the real world, which could be developed for observation for research, learning, game development and so on. As an ecosystem with clear limited space, aquarium with various types of creatures living in it was a quite easy ecosystem to be visualized compared with other ecosystems. As an early stage of visualization, modeling was performed to a fish, as a creature in aquarium, with Belida Jawa as the focused type. By utilizing the principles and techniques of edge detection on Computer Vision, datas of form and movements of the fish in several frames of video data was processed before the manual measurement performed. Using the measurement data and Polinom Lagrange, equations of the fish’s body form and movements was formed. The equations was then tested by modeling the fish, either the form or movements, in 3D. The modeling was performed using Blender, where there was a Belida Jawa fish in the aquarium. In the testing stage, modeling using the equations obtained could be done. Furthermore, by using edge detection technique to process the data, the measurement was done more definitely and objectively. Keywords: Visualization, Modeling, Belida Jawa Fish

Abstract

Abstract The mobile phone with Bluetooth devices is a technology that available in the market in the current mobile phone devices. Bluetooth technology allows users to exchange data from one device to another device without operator assistance with unlimited distance. Utilization of Bluetooth technology are now widely among the media file sharing, remote control laptop, a Bluetooth mouse (the mouse without the wires), GPS applications, and so on. One of the utilization of Bluetooth technology is the development of applications for remote control Winamp via Bluetooth mobile phone, where the application takes advantage of Bluetooth connectivity as the media handling of the control Winamp on the laptop. There are two applications that need to be installed to perform remote control of Winamp is the application on the mobile phone and the laptop. Applications on mobile phones designed using J2ME programming languages and applications on a laptop using VB programming language. NET. Mahjuddin., M.Pd.I Keywords: Plurality, Marriage, Interfaith Fiqh Since the beginning, Islam has always been faced with a religions plurality. The phenomenon is interfaith marriage. Some Ulama’ have different opinion on marriage between religion believers. Some of them allow and the others forbid it. In this context, the urgency of this research is carried out. The writing of this thesis is very interested in studying interfaith marriages in the perspective of interfaith fiqh.Some sub-focus of this study are first, how is the interfaith marriage conception in the Islamic law perspective in legislation Indonesia and interfaith fiqh?. Second, How is the contextualization and dynamics of interfaith marriages for building a new perspective on pluralist inclusive fiqh in Indonesia? The two sub-studies will be assessed using the literature review approach. This study will use data and information with the help of material various kinds that contained in the library space such as books, magazines, texts, notes, stories, history, documents and others. Certainly, it is expected to find an overview of the main focus of the study selected.Based on several studies conducted, there are several conclusions that have been drawn up. These ara first, Interfaith Fiqh is the same as the hifd ad-dzin rule, but its meaning is not fundamental to sectoral religious egos. hifd ad-dzin is meant more to safeguard the religious rights of Allah fellow creatures. Likewise with the same dar'ul mafasid that used in istinbath of general fiqh law. The intended Mafasid is defined as damage to human rights. Both of these containers are then generally oriented to grooving, starting with humanity and tolerance. Second, interfaith fiqh offers the legal istinbath concept which refers to the awareness of the necessity of multicultural life. The fiqh paradigm must be changed based on the benefit of multicultural social relations. Certain, in that society the value that must be upheld is inclusive and plural values. So it is right, if the inclusive pluralist paradigm becomes the methodological stand of Islamic law in the matter of interfaith marriage.
