Abstract

PO Handoyo Dumai is a company engaged in the field of transportation. PO ticket reservation system Handoyo PO is still a manual that passengers come directly to the ticket purchasing counter, prospective passengers have to wait to queue other than that difficult officer in serving every prospective passengers in ordering tickets still using manual recording. So it takes a system that can handle this problem, which serves as a bridge to simplify and speed up the process of booking tickets at PO Handoyo Dumai without requiring passengers to take the time to come to the ticket purchasing counter in the form of mobile devices with Android operating system. The system has been designed to apply PIECES method analysis with 6 variables: Performance analysis 86% complete performance quickly, information analysis 84% provide useful information, economic analysis (economy) 93% provide savings, control analysis (Control ) 88% safe data error, 85% efficiency (85%) efficiency analysis, and service analysis 86% system quality is excellent in service, User Acceptance Test 100% runs well according to performance, information, economical, control, efficiency, also service, and Black Box Testing has been approved based on 17 test items by the client and can run after the expected results

Abstract

Clinic as one agency that provides health services to the general public who require the existence of an information system. In providing services and information on Clinic Annisa Medika 2 still not using a computerized system. The service is for example: patient registration is still done by the patient must come directly to the clinic, do not have queue system in treatment, some patients who want to do health consultation often experience disappointment, and medical record management which have many weaknesses such as difficulty search for files, allowing the occurrence of damage and errors of writing and reading. Therefore, built a web-based clinical information service system using laravel framework with MVC design (Model-View-Controller) that can provide information about registration of medication, queue treatment using queue with priority with priority provisions that list online, offline, and seat number. Testing the system is done by 2 ways of testing black box and statisfaction scale. From the black box test results that have been done based on 33 test items indicate that the system has been 100% successfully built in accordance with the expected. Similarly, the test results statisfaction scale by measuring the understanding how satisfied users in using software that has been made to show that the average patient satisfaction is 0.03, physician satisfaction is 0.13 and the satisfaction of the officer is 0.39 with a big value of 0, the greater the value then the qualifications assessed increasingly good.

Abstract

Beberapa faktor penentu masyarakat memilih layanan pengiriman barang 3PL antara lain berupa faktor harga, pengiriman, kerjasama, kualitas dan teknologi informasi. Pencarian solusi dari fenomena masyarakat pekanbaru dalam mengambil keputusan pemilihan layanan 3PL dapat dilakukan dengan metode Fuzzy AHP. Fuzzy AHP merupakan suatu metode pengambilan keputusan dengan menggabungkan antara fuzzy logic dengan metode AHP. Hasilnya adalah kriteria kerjasama menempati urutan bobot tertinggi sebesar 0.28 Untuk alternatif pengiriman barang terbaik adalah POS Indoensia menempati peringkat pertama dari total bobot 2.85 dilanjutkan JNE 2.66, Indah Cargo 2.54 dan untuk TIKI dan Pahala Express menempati urutan yang sama dan terakhir dengan bobot yang sama yaitu 2.46.

Abstract

Dalam rangka mengurangi kegemukan pada anak dan remaja, penting untuk melakukan perencanaan makan dan tumbuh kembang optimal. Dengan kondisi saat ini, para orang tua akan sangat membutuhkan sebuah pengetahuan tentang asupan makanan dan nutrisi yang diperlukan oleh anak dan remaja. Dalam mengatasi masalah ini, maka diperlukan aplikasi yang dapat digunakan sebagai perencanaan optimal menu makanan bagi anak dan remaja untuk pencegahan secara dini penyakit diabetes dari segi pola makan yang teratur dan takaran makanan yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan kalori. Penelitian ini merancang dan membangun sebuah aplikasi yang bernama Kids Menu Care yang dapat digunakan oleh orang tua atau anak/remaja yang teridentifikasi dalam kondisi pradiabetes. Aplikasi ini dibangun dengan menggunakan konsep Constraint Satisfaction Problem dan algoritma backtracking untuk penelusuran solusi/ menu makanan yang tepat.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi yang begitu pesat membuat banyaknya muncul media sosial yang salah satunya adalah Facebook. Dengan adanya Facebook, pengguna dapat saling bertukar informasi dan berinteraksi tanpa harus bertemu. Pada Facebook, pengguna dapat mengunggah status tanpa adanya batasan unggahan. Dari status Facebook pengguna dapat diketahui kepribadian seperti apa yang dimiliki oleh pengguna. Akan tetapi menganalisa kepribadian secara manual kebenarannya tidak bisa diketahui. Untuk menangani hal ini dibuatlah sebuah sistem yang dapat menganalisa kepribadian pengguna Facebook berdasarkan status yang pernah diunggahnya. Dari status Facebook pengguna dapat diambil informasi dengan menggunakan Facebook API dan mengolahnya menggunakan text mining. Setelah diolah status tersebut di kelompokkan menggunakan algoritma Support Vector Machine. Algoritma ini termasuk kedalam supervised learning dan merupakan metode klasifikasi yang menggunakan fungsi linear untuk mendapakan hasil yang terbaik.Hasil keluaran dari sistem ini berupa kepribadian Ekstrovert dan Introvert berdasarkan status yang pernah dibuat sebelumnya untuk menjadi tolak ukur oleh pengguna Facebook tersebut. Dari 158 data status Facebook didapatkan hasil pengujian sebesar 83,3% dari hasil perbandingan antara pengeluaran sistem yang dibuat dengan sistem yang telah ada. Pada pengujian black box didapatkan hasil 100% sistem dapat berjalan sesuai fungsinya. Sistem ini telah diuji kebergunaannya berdasarkan hasil kuesioner pada 50 orang pengguna Facebook sebesar 90,45%.

Abstract

In supply chain management and logistics systems, the transportation costs often represent an important part. The design of transportation network offers a great potential to reduce costs, time as well as improve service quality. Hence, determining the efficient solution for large-scale of transportation problems is an important task in the field of operations research, where the problem can be formulated as the Facility Location problem (FLP). The FLP seeks to locate a number of facilities to serve a number of customers. Systematic approach to the FLP have been studied in the operations research literature, yet the best possible result in rapid computational time is still unknown. Meanwhile, Benders decomposition is an exact algorithm that allows the solution of very large linear programming problems, quickly and optimally. In this research, we consider the Capacitated Facility Location Problem (CFLP). We seek to address the facility location strategy such that the location of hubs, the allocation of supplier/client nodes to hubs, as well as the inter-hub freight transportations, in order to achieve an efficient network design system. The main goal of the model is to find the global optimal solution of large-scale problem in reasonable computation time.

Abstract

The selection of the best lecturer is a form of institutional appreciation for the lecturer's contribution in carrying out the Tri Dharma of Higher Education. At Multimedia Nusantara Polytechnic (MNP), this process is still done manually so it tends to be subjective and inefficient. This study aims to determine the best lecturer using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method based on five criteria: Research (C1), PKM (C2), EDOM/Learning (C3), Publication (C4), and IPR (C5). Data were obtained through interviews and documentation from the MNP Research and Collaboration section. The calculation results show that the Publication criterion has the highest priority weight of 0.3953 (39.53%), followed by EDOM 0.2395 (23.95%), Research 0.1730 (17.30%), PKM 0.1194 (11.94%), and IPR 0.0728 (7.28%). Of the 19 lecturers evaluated, lecturer H was ranked first with a final score of 0.1511, followed by lecturer I with a score of 0.0996 and lecturer L with a score of 0.0819. The application of the AHP method has been proven to produce a more systematic and objective ranking compared to manual assessment.

Abstract

The automotive service industry faces escalating challenges in inventory management, necessitating digital transformation strategies that can overcome traditional operational limitations. This research explores the implementation of the Odoo Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system at Tama Jaya Motor, utilizing the Accelerated SAP methodology to address critical inventory management challenges such as inaccurate stock recording, inefficient goods movement tracking, and delayed procurement processes. However, this study identifies that the main issues in inventory management can hinder operational efficiency and business competitiveness. Here we propose a systematic approach using Porter's value chain analysis to map and optimize business functions across primary and supporting activities, focusing on integrating Sales, Inventory, Operations, Finance, and Customer Service modules. The implementation results demonstrate significant operational improvements, including increased stock recording accuracy, reduced procurement decision-making time, and improved service time efficiency. These findings contribute to the knowledge of the transformative potential of integrated information systems in automotive service businesses, offering a robust framework for digital transformation that enhances operational efficiency, reduces costs, and improves overall business competitiveness. In a broader context, this research not only addresses immediate technological needs but also provides insights into strategic digital integration, highlighting the critical role of advanced ERP systems in modern business management. Ultimately, this study presents a practical approach to navigating the complexities of technological innovation in service-oriented industries, demonstrating how systematic implementation can drive meaningful operational improvements.

Abstract

This study focuses on integrating an inventory management system for Rendy Audio, a small retail company with only four employees that installs and customizes vehicle audio systems, using the open-source ERP Odoo. The purpose of a centralized digital system that connects inventory operations with real-time procurement and sales data is to improve order processing, inventory management, and stock visibility. Rendy Audio intends to use Odoo's Inventory module to automate manual processes, reduce stock discrepancies, and gain real-time visibility into stock levels, order statuses, and inventory locations. This study follows a four-phase methodology that includes preparation and planning, data collection and analysis, system design and prototype, and deployment including user training. The results suggest that utilizing Odoo improves customer service, reduces order processing time, and improves inventory tracking accuracy. These findings support Odoo ERP's efficacy as a scalable and reasonably priced inventory management solution tailored to the needs of small merchants.

Abstract

The selection of the best students in higher education requires an objective and measurable assessment system because it involves many criteria. This study aims to design a Decision Support System (DSS) using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method for selecting the best students in the E-Commerce Logistics Study Program, Multimedia Nusantara Polytechnic. Data were obtained through interviews, paired comparison questionnaires, and institutional documents. The AHP method was implemented through hierarchical construction, paired comparisons, normalization, and consistency tests. The results showed that the Inspirer criterion had the highest weighting of 57.96%, followed by Improver 30.99%, and Pioneer 11.05%. All matrices had a Consistency Ratio (CR) value below 0.1, thus being declared consistent. Based on the final calculation results, Student V obtained the highest score of 1.06 and was recommended as the best student. The developed system is able to produce objective and transparent recommendations in the best student selection process.
