Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan siswa terhadap sarana prasarana yang telah dimiliki oleh sekolah, dengan metode logika fuzzy model mamdani yang dibantu oleh software matlab. Fuzzy logic serta perhitungan manual. jika dibandingkan dengan penggunaan himpunan tegas (crisp) penggunaan logika fuzzy merupakan sistem yang linguistik sehingga lebih mudah dan efisien didalam mengkomunikasikannya. Sebagai input yang digunakan adalah 5 variabel yaitu bangunan sekolah, ruang belajar, laboratorium, perpustakaan dan sarana ibadah ditambah tingkat kepuasan sebagai output. Dari hasil yang dicapai nanti akan menggambarkan nilai kepuasan pada setiap variable sehingga dari pengolahan matlab akan menemukan nilai ouput yang dicapai.

Abstract

The feasibility of a home for family residence is the basis for growing and developing a better family life. The roof, floor, and walls are data on the indicator of the feasibility of the house at the time of the survey. The need for a system that can display RTLH locations in the Web Geographic Information System (WebGIS) accompanied by detailed RTLH data and photos. This study explains how the system tracks the location of RTLH survey data officers using Android GPS, then represents it on WebGIS. The tracking method starts when the clerk fills out the home data input form via the Android application. Location coordinates in the form of latitude and longitude will be detected automatically and become input parameters accompanied by photos and RTLH data details. Offline data will be stored in SQLite then sent to MySQL via database synchronization while online. The purpose of this research is to establish a location tracking system for RTLH survey officers to facilitate the validation process of data suitability between data and facts in the field. This system managed to track the location of RTLH survey officers by being marked by the appearance of markers on the Google Map on the WebGIS application. From a total of 14,949 houses in Kota Solok in December 2018, there were 938 RTLH. From 938 RTLH, the coordinates of the location of latitude and longitude are 100%.

Abstract

Houses and other types of housing are things that cannot be separated from the needs of human life. The house function as a place to refuge, a place to live, and to gather with family. Proper housing is the basic need of all people who will strengthen the family, as the main pillar of the nation's strength, at the same time acting as a bastion against various health risks. The properness of a house for family housing becomes the basis for the growth and development of a better family life. Roofs, floors, and walls (aladin) are indicator data of whether a house is proper or not at the time of the survey. An adaptive, flexible and interactive computer-based system is used to solve unstructured problems so the more valuable decisions can be produced. This study describes how to process data using fuzzy logic methods. The expected result is to support the decision whether or not a house is feasible are in accordance with the facts and location data in the field. To determine which housing are categorized as severely damaged, moderate and lightly damaged by using the fuzzy logica method with roof, floor and wall variables as input variables so that local governments will find it easier to sort work priorities in the short, medium and long term

Abstract

Banyak hal yang sudah dilakukan pihak manajemen dalam sebuah organisasi sebagai upaya meningkatkan kualitas Sumber Daya Manusia, diantaranya kantor KPU kota Payakumbuh yang terdiri dari Pegawai daerah, organik, dan tenaga kontrak, akan tetapi secara keseluruhan mempunyai peran beragam dalam menciptakan kualitas pekerjaan yang telah ditentukan dan diatur dalam undang-undang dan perundangan. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan metode sebagai berikut: penelitian perpustakaan, penelitian lapangan dan penelitian laboratorium. Dari penelitian ini dihasilkan sistem informasi penilaian performance pegawai secara keseluruhan pada kantor KPU Kota Payakumbuh, dimana dengan sistem ini melibatkan atasan, komisioner, pegawai PNS maupun tenaga kontrak serta tugas dan tanggung jawabnya, mempermudah dalam pembuatan laporan penilaian prestasi kerja pegawai sistem komputerisasi lebih afektif dan efisien serta mempunyai nilai tambah bila dibanding dengan sistem manual. Kata Kunci : Performance, Efektif, Efisien, Kesalahan, Manual dan Penilaian

Abstract

Indonesia is one of the countries that often experiencing natural disaster, both because of geological factors and because of human activities. For example, floods or landslides. These kind of disasters also experienced by West Sumatra, especially in the city of Padang. Post-disaster control that had happened in Padang before meet some difficulty in processing data victims. Family has to recognize the identity and characteristics of the victims while there are not enough hints about the location of the disaster. A government agency for Disaster Management (BPBD) made the information system for searching the disaster victims in the Padang City easier for some stakeholder especially the families of the victims to identify their families. Data will be fast and easy to accessed by anyone, especially by family in identifying their missing family members. This system also can provide information about the searching location.

Abstract

Penggunaan Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi sangat dibutuhkan di era sekarang. Para guru ditutuntut untuk mampu mengoperasikan komputer yang merupakan bagian ketrampilan hard skill yang sangat diperlukan, terutama program Microsoft Excel yang sangat membantu dalam perhitungan dan membuat laporan keuangan. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilatar belakangi dari permasalahan mitra yang sering kewalahan dalam membuat laporan keuangan sekolah. Laporan keuangan selalu dibuat secara manual dalam bentuk buku. Padahal setiap instansi selalu meminta laporan setiap semester harus dalam bentuk soft dan hard dengan software Ms Excel. Metode yang digunakanpada pengabdian ini adalah metode ceramah, diskusi dan praktek. Diharapkan dengan adanya pelatihan Ms Excell ini peserta dapat memahami dan meningkatkan pengetahuanya dalam pemanfaatan aplikasi microsoft excel sebagai penyusunan laporan keuangan sekolah.
