Abstract

Pelayanan dilaksanakan tidak membeda-bedakan latar belakang baik pekerjaan maupunusia serta jenis kelamin, semuanya mendapatkan hak yang sama untuk menerima layanan sesuai denganketentuan, mengacu kepada standar operasional prosedur yang telah ditetapkan, baik secara individumaupun tim kerja dalam melaksanakan standar baku pelayanan, semua pelayanan dilakukanmengedepankan kemudahan dalam proses pelayanan maupun proses pengaduan atas layanan yangdiberikan, pelayanan dilaksanakan tepat waktu dan semaksimal mungkin, namun demikian terdapatkendala, karena belum didukung oleh fasilitas yang lengkap, sehingga berpengaruh terhadap pelayanantetapi pekerjaan sesuai dengan standar operasional prosedur walaupun terdapat kendala dari segisarana dan prasarana, komitmen dan keseriusan dari pemberi layanan dalam meningkatkan pelayananyang lebih baik pada pasien maupun masyarakat tidak berbelit-belit dalam pelaksanaan pelayanan,sebab kesehatan sangat menentukan kualitas kerja, tidak ada aktivitas yang mendapatkan hasil maksimalbila pemberi pelayanan dalam kondisi tidak sehat. Kesehatan adalah hak seluruh warga masyarakatyang fundamental sehingga negara bertanggungjawab atas kesehatan dan hak hidup sehat masyarakatnyabaik secara individu maupun secara kelompok, masyarakat mampu maupun yang kurang mampu secaraeknomis karena masyarakat merupakan bagian yang integral dan tidak terpisahkan dari kehidupanbermasyarakat dan berbangsa dan bernegara.

Abstract

Peningkatan dan pengembangan Sumber daya aparatur pemerintah Kecamatan telah dilaksanakan melalui pendidikan dan pelatihan seperti bidang ketata usahaan yang mencakup pendidikan kerasipan dan surat menyurat, bidang pemerintahan mencakup pembuatan surat dan penetuan nomor surat yang berkenaan dengan pemerintah Kecamatan serta pengelolaan keuangan menggunakan buku kas umum (BKU), buku kas pembantu penerimaan, buku kas pengeluaran.Selain itu bidang kemasyarakatan mencakup tatacara pembuatan laporan kependudukan, pendataan penduduk, pembuatan surat menyurat seperti surat keterangan memperoleh kartu tanda penduduk, kartu keluarga, akta kelahiran, serta surat keterangan miskin (tidak mampu) bagi warga kurang mampu. Camat telah melaksanakan tugas pokok dan fungsinya dengan baik sesuai kewenangan yang dilimpahkan kepadanya. Pengembangan sumberdaya aparatur telah dilaksanakan melalui pendidikan dan pelatihan, kepeminpinan yang baik dan pemberian motivasi kerja, sarana prasarana serta anggaran.

Abstract

Manajemen pelayanan di ruang Instalasi gizi dilaksanakan sesuai standar yang telah ditentukandan merujuk pada SOP Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Ade Muhammad Djoen Sintang, pelayanan khususnyamenu makanan dilakukan perencanaan dengan pola sistem pengorganisasian, pengarahan (pelaksanaan)sampai pada pengawasan distribusi makanan maupun bahan makanan pasien yang dapat meningkatkangizi pasien, pengolahan makanan, proses penyajian makanan pada pasien dilakukan oleh ahli gizi, tujuannyauntuk memastikan itu sehat sehingga layak di berikan pada pasien. Namun demikian letak dapur tempatpengelolaan makanan pasien belum layak karena berdekatan dengan ruang isolasi kamar jenazah dan ipal(mesin pengolah limbah). Selain itu, tenaga gizi juga masih kurang sehingga dapat mengalami keterlambatandalam pelayanan pendistribusian makanan.

Abstract

According to the Republik of Indonesia’s Constitution, serving the community has become the duty of the government. Public, servants carry out this duty by providing services that are straightforward, certain, secure,transparent, efficient,ecomical, fair and timely in accordance with establishhed protocols. The purpose of this study is to outline and evaluate how public service are being implemented at the sub-district office. This study employed a descriptive qualitative methodology with two different data sets : perimary and secondary. The study’s findings demonstrate that service standards align with the primary responsibilities and activities of the public services divisions, including data and material gathering and task execution for the public servicec division.

Abstract

Savings and Loan Cooperatives (SLC) play a significant role in increasing the economic income of communities as part of their mission to elevate people's livelihoods and eradicate poverty. The development of cooperatives focuses on improving member welfare based on the principles of by the members, for the members, and from the members. Member empowerment is carried out through education and training, which serve as one of the prerequisites for cooperative membership. Members are obligated to deposit funds in the form of share savings, which consist of principal and mandatory savings. Principal savings are made once during membership, while mandatory savings are paid monthly, with the amount determined through the Annual Members' Meeting. Additionally, cooperatives offer voluntary savings as non-share savings with an interest rate of 14% per year. Share savings cannot be withdrawn if they are being used as loan collateral, and they can only be withdrawn by the owner or through a proxy with a notarized power of attorney.The empowerment program encompasses various aspects of individual development, including increasing knowledge, skills, entrepreneurship, welfare, and moral responsibility, particularly in loan repayment. This study aims to analyze the empowerment and development of savings and loan cooperatives. The research employs a descriptive method with data collected through interviews and observations.The results show that empowering members of savings and loan cooperatives through education, training, and motivation can enhance their independence in improving their economy and income.

Abstract

The land acquisition policy for development purposes in the public interest in Bukit Segaloh Village is carried out through purchase or other terms of compensation for land ownership surrendered by the owner for development without coercion and is done consciously based on an agreement so that no issues arise. The research aims to analyze how the implementation of land acquisition policy in Indonesia, the challenges faced, and the solutions that can be offered to realize justice and efficiency in development implementation. The research objective is to analyze the implementation of land acquisition policy for development purposes in the public interest and the challenges faced, as well as solutions that can be offered to realize justice and efficiency in development implementation. The land acquisition procedure has been carried out through the surrender of land rights and sale-purchase agreed upon by the parties concerned. The land surrendered still uses a land certificate (SKT), granting land rights controlled directly by the state to one or several people jointly or a legal entity. The landowner does not determine the amount of compensation but is based on an agreement. The agreement is made considering the limited budget for land acquisition and the source of funds used by policymakers for land acquisition. Implementation of policies related to land acquisition has been carried out through coordination, communication, and mutual agreement.

Abstract

The improvement and development of apparatus resources are carried out through education and training, such as in the field of administration, which includes education in archiving and letter writing. In the field of government, it includes making letters and determining letter numbers related to sub-district government, as well as financial management, such as general cash books, auxiliary cash books for receipts, and expenditure cash books. Additionally, in the field of community affairs, it includes procedures for making population reports, population data collection, and making letters such as certificates of obtaining identity cards, family cards, birth certificates, and certificates of economic inability (poverty). Besides government training, there are also training for civil servants and promotion training. With education and training, it can add experience and skills or expertise in carrying out tasks, thereby increasing efficiency and reducing costs. This study aims to describe and illustrate the improvement and development of apparatus through education and training, as well as motivation and coaching for employees. This type of research uses qualitative descriptive research, which describes the actual situation in the field, while the research subjects are the Head of Sub-district and the Head of Employee Development Section. Data collection tools used are interview guidelines, observation, and documentation. Based on the research findings, it can be concluded that the development of apparatus resources has been carried out through training and education, as well as good coaching and work motivation. The suggestion that can be proposed is that education and training, motivation, and coaching should be carried out continuously and maintained.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the performance of village officials at the Village Office. The research participants consisted of the Village Head, the Village Secretary, and the Chairperson of the Village Consultative Body (BPD). This study employed a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The findings indicate that the performance of the village officials has been carried out effectively. This is reflected in their ability to prepare the Village Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBDes) and the Village Government Work Plan (RKPDes), as well as to implement various planned programs. Furthermore, the village officials have performed their duties and functions in accordance with their assigned responsibilities. Their accountability is also demonstrated through the provision of public services characterized by professionalism, timeliness, and dedication in completing every task. Based on the research findings, it can be concluded that the performance of the village officials has been in accordance with their primary duties and functions. Nevertheless, efforts are still needed to improve the quality of human resources, particularly in updating population data on a monthly basis and ensuring the timely input of the village financial management system. In addition, enhancing discipline, professionalism, and work commitment is essential to further improve the quality of public services provided to the community.
