Abstract

Pengelolaan persampahan suatu kota bertujuan untuk mengurangi sampah yang dihasilkanpenduduknya, yang secara tidak langsung turut memelihara kesehatan masyarakat serta menciptakansuatu lingkungan yang bersih. Saat ini pengelolaan persampahan menghadapi banyak permasalahanterutama akibat semakin besarnya timbulan sampah yang dihasilkan masyarakat baik produsen maupunkonsumen. Keterlibatan pemerintah sangat dibutuhkan dalam kegiatan operasional persampahan,meliputi tahap pengangkutan, pengolahan, pembuangan akhir, dan pemanfaatan sampah. Tujuan penelitianini untuk mengetahui implementasi dalam pengelolaan sampah ditinjau dari komunikasi serta sarana danprasarana.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang “Implementasi Sistem Informasi Kepegawaian (SIMPEG).Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan Implementasi Sistem InformasiManajemen Kepegawaian. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah jenispenelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini mengacu pada StandarOperasional Prosedur Pelaksanaan SIMPEG belum memiliki JUKNIS sebagai acuan penggunaanSIMPEG, namun penerapan SIMPEG sudah berjalan dengan baik. Berdasarkan dari SumberDaya Manusia Pelaksana SIMPEG sudah cukup baik, namun perlu adanya peningkatanmaupun penambahan jumlah pengelola SIMPEG dan memberikan BIMTEK kepada operatorSIMPEG agar terciptanya intergrasi data antar SKPD di lingkungan Pemerintahan. Berdasarkandari indikator sarana dan prasarana perlu adanya penambahan, pembaharuan baik fisik maupunnon fisik yang berkaitan dengan pengembangan kelangsungan SIMPEG. Berdasarkan hasil penelitiantersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa Implementasi Kebijakan SIMPEG di Badan Kepegawaian danPengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Kabupaten Sintang sudah berjalan dengan baik, namun perluadanya peningkatan demi terciptanya intergrasi data.

Abstract

Motivasi merupakan salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi keberhasilan siswa. Seseorang akan mendapat hasil yang diinginkan dalam belajar apabila dalam dirinya terdapat keinginan untuk belajar. Motivasi dapat berfungsi sebagai pendorong untuk pencapaian hasil yang baik. Seseorang akan melakukan suatu kegiatan karena ada motivasi dalam dirinya. Adanya motivasi yang tinggi dalam belajar akan mencapai hasil yang optimal. Tujuan penelitian yang ingin dicapai yaitu untuk mengetahui hubungan motivasi belajar dengan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran IPA Kelas VII  Sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri 3 Sintang. Penelitian dirancang dengan metode kuantitatif diskriptif. Data Penelitian berupa data motivasi belajar siswa dan hasil belajar siswa, dalam penelitian ini adalah nilai ulangan umum bersama. Berdasarkan analisis data dengan korelasi Person Product Momen, diperoleh hasil nilai r tabel = 0,2353, dan nilai r hitung = -0,22, dengan dk= 48. Hasil penelitian menunjukan tidak terdapat hubungan yang positif antara motivasi belajar dengan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran IPA di Sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri 3 Sintang.

Abstract

Issues regarding the inequality of authority at the internal level of accountability organizers as well as vertically hierarchical and horizontal, as well as power relations between the community and accountability organizers give rise to anomalies in accountability practices at the village level. The purpose of this research is to analyze the dynamics of accountability in the era of Sustainable Development Goals with the bestpractice of Nangai Amen village, Lebong Regency, Bengkulu Province as the research locus, the determination of the locus is based on the village government aligning the village program with the Sustainable Development Goals, in addition, there was misappropriation of Village Funds committed by the former leadership of the village government. The type of research used used a qualitative approach. The informants were determined using a snowball technique that was closely related to the main informants in the Village Fund accountability. The findings of the research are that the involvement of many actors in the accountability mechanism creates paradoxes in the process. Political-economic intervention at the vertical level of the accountability organizing institution influences the Village Fund management policy and the accountability reporting mechanism for the use of the Village Fund. Furthermore, the overlapping authority of institutions at the horizontal level as well as, the bureaucratic aspects inherent in the accountability organizing institution add to the problems faced in the accountability process. Furthermore, the power relations between the village government and elite community groups in utilizing the Village Fund for group interests extend the dynamics of accountability in the management of the Village Fund

Abstract

This research aims to evaluate the implementation of good governance principles in Village Fund management in Kuala Kuayan Village, Mentaya Hulu District, East Kotawaringin Regency. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The results showed that the implementation of good governance principles in Village Fund management in Kuala Kuayan Village has been running, but there are still some obstacles, especially regarding transparency and accountability principles. This research found that community participation in Village Fund planning is quite good, but involvement in supervision is still limited. Transparency of Village Fund budget information is not yet optimal, while accountability for Village Fund reporting has been carried out in accordance with applicable regulations. The effectiveness and efficiency of fund management still need to be improved through more targeted programs. This research recommends the need to strengthen the capacity of village officials, increase socialization of Village Funds to the community, and improve village financial information systems to support transparency and accountability.

Abstract

This research discusses the transformation of juvenile delinquency among Generation Z from physical spaces to digital environments. Modernization and technological advancements have shifted delinquent behavior from traditional acts such as street brawls to virtual actions like cyberbullying, dissemination of harmful content, and identity manipulation. Data indicates a 65% increase in digital-based juvenile delinquency cases over the past five years, with 92% of teenagers accessing the internet for an average of 7 hours per day. Contributing factors include low digital literacy, lack of parental supervision, social media algorithm influence, and weak regulatory frameworks. This study analyzes the distinct characteristics of delinquency in both physical and digital domains and proposes comprehensive strategies for prevention, such as integrating character education, enhancing digital literacy, and fostering multi- stakeholder collaboration. The phenomenon calls for a redefinition of the roles of educational institutions and increased parental involvement in shaping resilient digital character. A cross-sectoral approach is essential to develop a generation that is both technologically adept and morally grounded.
