Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh kompetensi sumber daya manusia untuk layanan kualitas dokumen impor di PT Sarana Logistik Umum Jakarta. Judul penelitian ini diangkat berdasarkan pengalaman yang menunjukkan penurunan jumlah pengguna layanan selama lima tahun terakhir. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan uji statistik regresi linier sederhana. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, data yang diperoleh persamaan regresi sebagai berikut: Y = 23,6 + 0,405X. Berdasarkan analisis data statistik, indikator penelitian ini adalah valid dan variabel yang dapat diandalkan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hipotesis "r hitung" adalah lebih besar dari r tabel (0,651> 0,266) dengan tingkat signifikansi 6,095, sehingga hipotesis ini diterima dan ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara kompetensi sumber daya manusia terhadap kualitas pelayanan impor dokumen di PT Sarana Umum Logistik. Kata Kunci :  Kompetensi, Sumber Daya Manusia, Kualitas Layanan.This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of human resource competence to quality services of import documents in PT Sarana Public Logistics Jakarta. The title of this research was appointed based on experiences that showed a decrease in the number of service users over the last five years. This research is a quantitative study using statistical testing of simple linear regression. Based on the results of the study, the data obtained the following regression equation: Y = 23.6 + 0,405X. Based on statistical data analysis, the indicators of this study are valid and variables are reliable. The results showed that the hypothesis “r hitung” was greater than r table (0.651> 0.266) with  a significance level of 6.095, so that this hypothesis was accepted and there is a positive and significant effect between human resource competence towards service quality of import documents in PT Sarana Public Logistics. Abstract

The purpose of study are to know and analyze factors that influence accounting students on career interest as accounting educator. Some factors that affect the career interest as accounting educator are work experiences, educational background, opportunity cost, and the perception of the profession accounting educator. Primary data in this study is collected by 90 accounting students in Satya Wacana Christian University. Data analyzers used in this study is multiple regression analysis method. Based on the partial test, the hypothesis on the work experience variable is rejected, while for the other three variables, educational background, opportunity cost and perception of accountant profession, are accepted. Keywords: work experience, educational background, opportunity cost, perceptions on the profession as accounting educator and interests on the profession as accounting educator.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Break-Even Point (BEP) of Clorot Cemethut MSMEs in Purworejo during 2022-2024 as a basis for pricing and production optimization. Quantitative descriptive methods are used to calculate BEP, Margin of Safety (MoS), and optimal production volume. The results show fluctuations in BEP and MoS each year which are influenced by fixed costs, variables, and sales. Variations in production BEP indicate the minimum amount of sales required so that MSMEs do not suffer losses. MoS increased rapidly in 2024, providing flexibility in pricing strategy. It is recommended that MSMEs evaluate BEP and MoS periodically to adjust their strategies to market dynamics, increase profitability, and improve business sustainability. This study provides a better basis for decision making in facing competition and market changes.
