Abstract

When quality education is not always accessible for youth in rural areas, non-formal education has provided a key alternative for the character and career of youth in villages. This role of non-formal education has been enhanced recently by the distribution of government village funds. Non-formal education has had a key role in the development of youth in villages. This paper elaborates on the role of village funds (dana desa) and non-formal education in managing agribusiness supported by village youth in Sleman Regency, Yogyakarta. This paper is based on mixed research method that combined quantitative and qualitative methods of data collection. Samples were taken by proportionally in five villages in three sub-districts with a total sample of 60 village youth using simple random sampling. Quantitatively, the data is processed using multiple linear regression analysis, and qualitative data is analysed by simple descriptive. The results show that the dominant use of the fillage fund for infrastructure and lack of allocation for agriculture and youth empowerment activities. Nonetheless, the use of the village fund allocations to improve village roads has provided access and transportation of crops, and this can supports the sustainable management of organic zalacca agribusiness. Additionally, the improved management of the sustainable agribusiness made possible by the road construction. Ultimately, this paper points at the importance of youth attitude in the prospect of organic zalacca agribusiness.Keywords: Non-formal education; Organic zallaca; Sustainable agribusiness managemen; Village funds (dana desa); Village youth.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the participation of employees in building the corporate image of PT Sang Hyang Seri Persero UBD Klaten Office. The research unit is all employees in the UBD Klaten Regional Office, which is as many as 30 people as a sample. The analysis was carried out by qualitative descriptive analysis with Likert analysis tools. The results showed that the total distribution of employee participation in building the company's image was in the low category. Employee participation in the form of quality assurance has a high participation compared to employee participation in service, social interaction and self-appearance

Abstract

The one of problem in agriculture sustainability occur in the support of human resources aspect, marked by a decline in the number of people working in the agricultural sector and a decreasing in the interest of youth to work in agriculture sectors. Therefore needed for agricultural regeneration to overcome these problems. One of the institutions that play a role in agricultural regeneration is the Agricultural Vocational School. This study aims to analyze the assessment role of Agricultural Vocational Schools in DI.Yogyakarta (Special Region of Yogyakarta) towards agriculture sustainability with a variety of psychological indicators of students, This research was conducted at DI. Yogyakarta in four Agricultural Vocational Schools, using quantitative approaches and descriptive analytical basic methods. The total sample was 200 students at SMKN (Vocational School) 1 Cangkringan, SMK MM 52 Perkebunan Yogyakarta, SMKN 1 Pandak and SMKN 1 Nanggulan. The sample obtained by simple random sampling technique. The data obtained were analyzed by SEM (Structural Equation Modeling). The results of the role level analysis indicate that Agricultural Vocational Schools often play a role in the sustainability of agriculture with role level of (75.72%). SEM analysis shows that the role of Agricultural Vocational School towards agriculture sustainability has a negative effect as -0.25. Factors that influence the role of Vocational were personality reflected in motivation, perception and participation of 0.51, and school facilitation reflected in the role of the principal, teacher's role and curriculum quality of 0.45.

Abstract

Fortifying salt with iodine is one of the government's strategies to achieve food and nutritional security. Iodine deficiency can hinder mental and intelligence development, affecting the quality of Human Resources. Pati Regency can contribute to strengthening food fortification with the potential of its salt-consumption SMEs. However, the test results stated that 40.70% of the salt consumption of SMEs in Pati needed to meet standards. The fortification program is implemented and integrated into the government and private sectors. Successful fulfillment of product quality by SMEs requires effective collaboration between development institutions and business actors and good coordination between the development institutions. Institutional design contributes to the collaboration process that occurs. This research aims to analyze the institutional design and problems in collaboration with development actors to develop consumer salt SMEs in the Pati Regency. The research uses qualitative methods, collecting data through observation, in-depth interviews, document studies, and FGDs. The development of consumer salt SMEs in Pati Regency involves government institutions at the district level, namely the Ministry of Trade and Industry and Bappeda, at the provincial level, namely the Ministry of Industry and Trade and BBPOM in Semarang, as well as non-government organizations, namely the NGOs Nutrition International Indonesia and APROGAKOB. Institutional design in collaboration with actors developing iodized salt SMEs requires strengthening the dimensions of basic rules, participation, exclusive forums, and transparency. Strengthening the institutional dimension will increase collaboration so that the potential of Pati Regency can support strengthening the fortification of salt consumption
