Abstract

ABSTRACT improve the performance issue is a very important issue and is closely related to in particular the organization's progress and the progress of a country in general. The human ability can also be enhanced by providing motivation tepat.Dan can be seen clearly that the organization will only succeed in achieving dansasarannya if all components of the organization strives to present the work yangoptimal order to achieve productivity and one of them with good motivation. Research conducted by the author of " factors influence Motivation on Employee performance at PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Daop III "The Cirebon.objective of this study was to determine the development of Influence Factors Motivation on Employee Performance at PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Daop III Cirebon. The hypothesis that the authors ask is: "There is a positive and significant influence between motivation factor on the performance of employees at PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Daop III Cirebon "where Ha Ho accepted and rejected. This type of research is descriptive verification by the writer, and the author uses survey research methods later in the process, the author uses quantitative methods. The development of employee motivation at PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Daop III Cirebon considered quite good, it will affect the implementation of the work of each employee. Implementation of employee performance at PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Daop III Cirebon on both criteria. This shows that employees do their work well, too. However, it should be improved in order to achieve maximum results. Motivation positive and significant effect on the performance of employees at PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Daop III Cirebon, seen from the r value of 0.358. From the analysis results obtained influence the motivation to 12.8%. While the performance is influenced by another factor of 100% - 12.8% = 87.2% ABSTRAK Masalah meningkatan kinerja merupakan suatu masalah yang sangat penting dan erat kaitannya dengan kemajuan organisasi pada khususnya dan kemajuan suatu negara pada umumnya. Kemampuan manusia juga dapat ditingkatkan dengan memberikan motivasi yang tepat.Dan dapat dilihat dengan jelas bahwa organisasi hanya akan berhasil mencapai tujuan dansasarannya apabila semua komponen organisasi tersebut berupaya menampilkan kerja yangoptimal agar tercapainya produktivitas dan salah satunya dengan motivasi yang baik. Penelitian yang penulis lakukan mengenai “Pengaruh Faktor Motivasi Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pada PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Daop III Cirebon”. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perkembangan Pengaruh Faktor Motivasi Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pada PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Daop III Cirebon. Hipotesis yang penulis ajukan adalah: “ Terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara faktor motivasi terhadap kinerja pegawai pada PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Daop III Cirebon” dimana Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak. Jenis penelitian yang penulis gunakan adalah deskriptif verifikatif, dan penulis menggunakan metode penelitian survey kemudian dalam prosesnya penulis menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Perkembangan motivasi pegawai pada PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Daop III Cirebon dinilai cukup baik, hal ini akan berpengaruh terhadap pelaksanaan hasil kerja masing masing pegawai. Pelaksanaan kinerja pegawai pada PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Daop III Cirebon pada kriteria baik. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa pegawai melaksanakan pekerjaan dengan baik pula. Namun, harus lebih ditingkatkan lagi agar mencapai hasil yang maksimal. Motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Daop III Cirebon, terlihat dari nilai r sebesar 0,358. Dari hasil analisa didapat pengaruh motivasi terhadap 12.8%. Sedangkan kinerja dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain sebesar 100% - 12.8% = 87.2%

Abstract

Performance as an ability that a person has includes knowledge and skills. In the world of work, performance is the capacity that exists in a person to fulfill his work responsibilities so as to produce good output. The employee's performance will be said to be successful and optimal if it is in accordance with the company's desired results. The need for information systems to produce optimal employee performance is needed by computers based on Information Technology (computerization), so that it is not only able to optimize employee performance but also facilitate decision making for management because the data and information produced are fast and accurate. To find out the influence of management information system on employee performance, research was made. Thepurpose of this study is to analyze and test the influence of management information system on employee performance. In this study the population is PT Arta Boga Cemerlang Cirebon Branch,Jln. Nyi Gede Cangkring No. 99. To make it easier, save time, effort and cost, the researchers determined the size of the sample based on the Slovin formula. The sample obtained was 55 employees. Data analysis tools used in this study are validity and reliability test, significance test (t test), product moment correlation test (r test), determination coefficient (R2),and linear regression. From this research, it can be concluded that there is a positive and significantinfluence between management information system and employee performance, this can be seen from the results of the study showed a correlation of 0.68 and t calculate = 6,75. From the calculation result t calculate greater than t table which is 6.75 > 2.021; thus Ho hypothesis is rejected and ha alternative hypothesis accepted, i.e. there is a significant influence between management information system on employee performance. The coefficient value of determination of 0.46 or 46%,means that the variation in employee performance change(Y) is influenced by management information system (X) by 46%and the remaining 54%isinfluenced by other factors that are not calculated. Regression test results showed that management information system variables had a positive effect on employee performance with a coefficient of0.96. Abstract

Basically, humans want to work is to meet the needs of both physical and spiritual needs. If relative needs are met then the serenity and concentration of work will increase so that discipline will be better. Work discipline will improve work effectiveness and productivity.Increased work productivity will further ensure the achievement of goals and continuity of the company. In improving the productivity of work leaders must strive to provide welfare in the form of adequate compensation both in the form of material and non-material to employees in order to increase work discipline. When satisfaction is achieved from work, this will stimulate them to improve their work discipline, so that work productivity increases and the goals and goals of the company will be achieved. In the preparation of this thesis researchers took the object of research on most employees at PT. Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk. Cirebon with permanent employees status. With the reason that the level of compensation obtained by employees is closely related to the level of discipline in an effort to optimize the company's goals. From the results of the above research can authors conclude as follows: 1. Implementation of compensation, PT.Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk. Cirebon can be said to be good, but still need more improvement. 2. Employee discipline level of PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk., Still need to be improved again this will impact to decreasing overall performance. 3. From the results of the correlation test of 0.857 states that a strong / strong relationship between the variable compensation with the variable discipline. At the real level = 0.05 from the result of analysis it turns out H: P> 0 received, that is very high correlation, which means between variable compensation (X) with variable discipline (Y) there is a very high/ strong relationship with H alternative accepted, hypothesis 0 rejected, supported with result that t count> t table that is 7,05> 1,725.

Abstract

Perubahan lingkungan dan perkembangan teknologi yang semakin maju menjadi latar belakang PLN untuk terus meningkatkan kinerja pegawai. Dibutuhkan langkah kebijakan dengan memanfaatkan penerapan teknologi informasi, kebijakan otomatisasi, sarta pengelolaan data secara terpusat. Penerapan Sistem Informasi Manajemen PDKB diharapkan dapat memudahkan unit pelaksana untuk membuat workorder diteruskan kepada tim PDKB yang langsung diketahui oleh manajemen. Sehingga permintaan pemeliharaan jaringan tanpa padam diharapkan lebih cepat dan lebih banyak dilayani. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah kurangnya hasil kinerja pegawai PDKB-TM PT PLN (Persero) Area Cirebon. Adapun salah satu yang menyebabkan kurangnya hasil kinerja pegawai diduga dipengaruhi oleh penerapan sistem informasi manajemen yang kurang baik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pelaksanaan sistem informasi manajemen, kinerja pegawai dan analisis sistem informasi manajemen terhadap kinerja pegawai PDKB-TM PT PLN (Persero) Area Cirebon. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif analisis. Meneliti pada populasi atau sampel tertentu, pengumpulan data menggunakan instrument penelitian, analisis data bersifat kuantitatif / statistik, dengan tujuan untuk menguji hipotesis yang telah ditetapkan. Populasi penelitian sebanyak 80 orang dengan jumlah sampel yang diharapkan 100% mewakili populasi adalah sama dengan jumlah anggota populasi itu sendiri, sehingga jumlah sempel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 80 responden. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan dan analisis data, uji validitas > 0,514; uji realibilitas > 0,514; uji koefisien korelasi 0,781 termasuk dalam kategori kuat; uji koefisien determinasi 0,61 atau 61%; serta persamaan analisis regresi linier Y=14,725 + 1,133X. Kesimpulan bahwa penerapan Sistem Informasi manajemen memiliki hubungan positif yang kuat dan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai sebesar 61%. Abstract

This research is a descriptive verification study using a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Prunabon Global Supplies Indonesia. The research sample was selected using random sampling techniques to obtain the experimental and control groups. Based on the results of data processing, that PT. Prunabon Global Supplies Indonesia in the training method using the hall method. The results showed that in the experimental group some employees responded positively to training with an average value of 81.26, while the average in the control group was 75.51. The percentage increase from before and after treatment in the experimental group was 10% while the control group was 5.29%. And the statistical hypothesis test shows a significant value (t) 0,000 is smaller than α determined (0.05) or seen from the hypothesis testing criteria obtained t count greater than t table (3.849 ≥ 1.669) thus H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. This shows that training is very influential in increasing employee work productivity.

Abstract

Abstract

Dalam suatu organisasi perusahaan kunci keberhasilan bukan hanya terletak pada produk atau jasa yang dihasilkan namun juga seberapa jauh upaya pimpinan dalam meningkatkan disiplin kerja pegawainya. Kepemimpinan merupakan salah satu kunci dalam kehidupan suatu perusahaan. Kepemimpinan dapat dikatakan sebagai cara dari seorang pemimpin dalam mengarahkan, mendorong dan mengatur seluruh unsur-unsur di dalam kelompok atau organisasinya untuk mencapai suatu tujuan organisasi. Pemimpin yang sukses adalah apabila pemimpin tersebut mampu menjadi pencipta dan pendorong bagi bawahannya dengan menciptakan suasana dan budaya kerja yang dapat memacu disiplin para pegawainya. Seorang pemimpin harus mampu mempengaruhi para bawahannya untuk bertindak sesuai dengan visi, misi dan tujuan perusahaan. Pemimpin juga harus mampu memberikan wawasan, membangkitkan kebanggaan, serta menumbuhkan sikap hormat dan kepercayaan bawahannya. Sehingga hal ini dapat meningkatkan disiplin kerja pegawai pada perusahaan tersebut.Adapun metode penelitian yang dilakukan adalah metode deskriptif dan korelasional. Deskriptif adalah suatu masalah yang dibahas dengan cara mengumpulkan, mengelola, dan menyajikan data sehingga dapat memberikan gambaran tentang pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap disiplin kerja pegawai sehingga pada akhirnya dihasilkan suatu kesimpulan. Untuk analisis dan mengintrepretasikan data secara kuantitatif, digunakan alat bantu statistik sehingga memudahkan penafsiran data mentah yang diperoleh. Koefisien Korelasi (uji r) Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan diperoleh r sebesar 0,668 mengandung arti terdapat hubungan yang positif dan kuat sebesar 0,668 antara kepemimpinan dengan disiplin kerja. Koefisien determinasi (uji r2) pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap disiplin kerja pegawai adalah sebesar 44,6 % atau sebesar 0,446. Sedangkan faktor lain yang mempengaruhi disiplin kerja pegawai adalah mencapai 100 % - 44,6 % = 55,4 %. Uji Signifikasi (uji t) t hitung sebesar 6,536 lebih besar dari t tabel yaitu 2,000 atau jatuh pada daerah penolakan Ho, dengan demikian hipotesis alternatif diterima. Artinya ada pengaruh antara kepemimpinan dengan disiplin kerja pegawai. Regresi Linear, dihasikan persamaan Y = 21,04 + 0,984 x yang mengandung makna bahwa apabila nilai X dinaikan satu satuan, maka nilai Y akan naik sebesar 0,984 pada tingkat konstanta 21,04.

Abstract

Indonesia has cultural diversity that is the pride of the Indonesian people. Indonesian culture has its unique variations and types. However, the development of the times and the era of openness have led to the entry and development of foreign cultures, which are more in demand by some people because they regard foreign cultures as modern. This results in the younger generation preferring a new culture which may be considered more attractive and practical compared to the local culture. This cultural diversity cannot be separated from the creative economy, which is believed to be a new wave in world economic trends after the biotechnology, information and communication era. As a new wave in the world's thought discourse, it raises various pros and cons from various groups and organizations. This research uses a descriptive analysis method. The research results and discussion show that creative economy-based industries can be developed more broadly using a culture-based approach. With its enormous cultural wealth, Indonesia has great potential and opportunity to become the centre of the world's creative economy. Technological developments in the Industry 4.0 era brought about many changes, especially in the creative industry, where there were many creative industry fields whose developments were greatly assisted by the presence of the Industry 4.0 era.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the conditions of the Islamic work environment and how significant the influence of the Islamic work environment is on the performance of employees at PT Bina Informatika Solusi Cirebon. This research is a type of descriptive research with hypothesis testing. This study's population was all PT Bina Informatika Solusi Cirebon employees, totalling 50. The entire population is taken as a sample, so it is called population research and does not use sampling techniques. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire that has been tested beforehand and tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used is correlation coefficient analysis, determination coefficient test, hypothesis testing, and simple regression testing. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant influence between the work environment system (X) on employee performance (Y) with a regression equation of Y = a + bx or Y = 3.010 + 0.946 x and with a coefficient of determination (r2) of 0.6034 or 60.34%. In comparison, the remaining 39.66% is influenced by other variables not observed in this study and uses the t-test, which yields if t (table) at α 0.05 or 5%, it is obtained at 2.009, then t (count ) is higher than t (table), namely 8.59> 2.009. This means that there is a significant influence of the Islamic work environment variable (X) on employee performance (Y) at PT Bina Informatika Solusi Cirebon.
