Abstract

A psychologically comfortable atmosphere in schools and Islamic boarding schools needs to always be sought. Moreover, the Darussalam Islamic Boarding School has thousands of students. One of the obstacles currently being faced is the insufficient quantity of guidance and counseling implementers or counselors, especially regarding their quality. Focusing on improving counseling services provided by guidance and counseling teachers and homeroom teachers, we help improve skills in providing psychological first aid to students or students who experience psychological instability. We offer training with the concept of Psychological First-aid (PFA), which is a series of actions or things that must be done to help strengthen the mentality of someone who is experiencing a crisis or unstable condition. The technique used is Appreciative Inquiry in Asset Based Community Development. As a result, homeroom teachers and guidance and counseling teachers understand the importance of psychological assistance and a series of actions provided to help strengthen the mental health of santri/students who are experiencing a crisis or unstable condition. Guidance and guidance teachers and homeroom teachers also understand the sequence of steps that must be taken when providing assistance.

Abstract

This research will discuss the interpretation of da'wah verses, specifically the Al-Qur'an contained in Surah al-Hujuraat verse 13 and its relevance in the development of multicultural da'wah in Indonesia. What this research wants to illustrate is for all readers to understand that the context of Indonesia with various cultural, religious, ethnic and linguistic backgrounds is appropriate for campaigning for da'wah with a multicultural approach. This research uses qualitative methods with a library research approach. This method relies on the analysis of various written sources such as books, books, journals, articles and other documents that are relevant to the topic under study. Several opinions of scholars such as Ibnu Kathir became references in completing this research. The principle of multiculturalism in surah al-Hujuraat verse 13 has high relevance in the context of modern society. As part of universal revelation, the Qur'an offers a wise approach on diversity and social relations. The message contained in this verse directing humanity to build bridges of brotherhood and strengthen human ties, regardless of cultural background or ethnicity.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the extent to which the specially designed Super Student seminar can increase student learning motivation compared to conventional learning methods. The object of service regarding increasing learning motivation through the Super Student Initiative seminar is located at Madrasah Aliyah (MA) Darul Magfur Blumbangan Banyuwangi. The design in this service uses a service method with the type of CBPR (Community Based Participatory Research). The stages in this service include Laying the foundation, Research Planning, Information Gathering and Analysis and Acting on findings. The result of this service is that the super studen seminar succeeded in increasing learning motivation through the Learning Plan method, Impact of Storytelling, and Increased Career Aspirations. In conclusion, the Super Student seminar plays an important role in increasing student learning motivation through a deeper personal approach, so that it can have a positive impact on student academic achievement. This service supports the implementation of seminars as an effective method to increase learning motivation in other schools.

Abstract

Activities Traditions of glorifying/glorifying the month of Muharam/Suro by Indonesian people regardless of ethnicity, belief (religion) in various regions, both urban and rural communities in parts of the Indonesian nation, carry out various activities or activities that vary according to their respective local wisdom. With the increasing richness of the cultural traditions of Indonesian society, Islam is colored by Islam as the religion adhered to by the majority of society. The contact between Islam and local culture has led to a diversity of traditions with Islamic nuances. Traditions in the month of Muharram in Indonesian society, which are generally carried out on Muharram 1-10, are represented in various forms and various activities. In Sumberagung Pesanggaran and in general the Indonesian community enters the 1st to 10th of Muharom or sweet Friday night (legi) there is a tradition of giving alms takiran/kotaan rice, market snacks, making porridge/jenang suro, giving donations to orphans, the poor. This article describes the diversity of community activity traditions during the month of Muharram/Suro from a historical and cultural perspective
