Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership style, organizational communication and work motivation on employee performance At PT.Alfa Scorpii. The independent variables in this research are leadership style, organizational communication and work motivation, while the dependent variable is the employee performance. The method of analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 19. Result of research indicate that leadership style have influence and signifikan to employee performance. While organizational communication and work motivation have no effect and not significant to employee performance. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, komunikasi organisasi dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Alfa Scorpii Pekanbaru. Variabel independen dalam penelitian ini adalah gaya kepemimpinan, komunikasi organisasi dan motivasi kerja sedangkan variabel dependen adalah kinerja karyawan. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan SPSS 19. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan memiliki pengaruh dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Sementara komunikasi organisasi dan motivasi kerja tidak berpengaruh dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.
