<![CDATA[Test study aims to determine the effect of working environment, working discipline and compensation of employee performance at Permaisuri Autoshop Car Service.This test uses multiple linear model. The research sample of 35 respondents who are employees at Permaisuri Autoshop Car Service Pekanbaru.Independent variabels used include working environment, working discipline dan compensation test result showed that the three variabels tested simultaneously significant effect on the performance of employees at Permaisuri Autoshop Car Service Pekanbaru. Only partially working dicipline that significantly. Working environtment dan compensation is not significant. Variabel working environment, working discipline dan compensation affects 36,5% of the employee performance while the remaining 63,5% is affacted by other variabels that are not included in the research model. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja, disiplin kerja dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan di Bengkel Mobil Permaisuri Autoshop Pekanbaru. Test ini menggunakan model regresi linier berganda. Sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 35 responden yang merupakan karyawan bagian operasional Bengkel Mobil Permaisuri Autoshop Pekanbaru.Variabel Independen yang digunakan meliputi lingkungan kerja, disiplin kerja dan kompensasi.Hasil test menunjukan bahwa ketiga variabel yang diuji secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan di Bengkel Mobil Permaisuri Autoshop Pekanbaru.Secara Parisal hanya disiplin kerja saja yang berpengaruh secara signifikan.Lingkungan kerja dan kompensasi tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan. Variabel Lingkungan kerja, disiplin kerja dan kompensasi berpengaruh 36,5% terhadap Kinerja karyawan sedangkan sisanya 63,5% dipengaruhi oleh variabel-variabel lain yang tidak termasuk ke dalam model penelitian.]]>
