<![CDATA[The aim of the research is to analyze the infuence of incentives and social security on employee’s productivity. This research was done at the PT. Bandar Teguh Abadi in Pekanbaru. The populations number determined in this research are 26 respondents. As independent variables are incentives and social security. While it’s dependent variable is employee’s productivity. The results of the analysis using multiple linier regression are the incentives and social security variable are influencing to employee’s productivity. The result of the coefficient of determination could be known that 74,9 percent variation of employee’s productivity could be explained by independent variable and 25,1 percent by the other factors outside the model. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh insentif dan jaminan sosial terhadap produktivitas karyawan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada PT. Bandar Teguh Abadi di Pekanbaru. Jumlah populasi yang ditetapkan sebanyak 26 responden. Sebagai variabel indepen yaitu, insentif dan jaminan sosial, sedangkan variabel dependennya adalah produktivitas karyawan. Hasil analisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda dapat diketahui bahwa variabel insentif dan jaminan sosial berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas karyawan. Hasil analisis menggunakan koefisien determinasi diketahui bahwa 74,9 persen variasi dari produktivitas karyawan dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel bebas yang diteliti dalam penelitian ini dan 25,1 persen dijelaskan oleh faktor-faktor lain di luar model.]]>
