<![CDATA[The object of this research was on PT. Indah Logistik Pekanbaru, which is one of the companies engaged in provision of goods delivery services . The objectives of the research are to analyze the influence of style of leadership on the performance of employees PT. Indah Logistik Pekanbaru. To analyze the influence of motivation on the performance of employees PT. Indah Logistik Pekanbaru. To analyze the influence of the discipline on the performance of employees PT. Indah Logistik Pekanbaru. This research used a descriptive quantitative method. Its population was all of the employees of PT. Indah Logistik Pekanbaru which amounted 38 people. And were taken by using a census method by taking the entire population.The data of the research were gathered through questionnaire. The data were analyzed by using a multiple linear regression technique of analysis. The results of the research are as follows There is a positive and significant effect of the style of leadership factor on the perfomance of employees PT. Indah Logistik Pekanbaru. There is a positive and significant effect of the motivation on the perfomance of employees PT. Indah Logistik Pekanbaru. There is a positive and significant effect of the discipline factor on the perfomance of employees PT. Indah Logistik Pekanbaru. Objek penelitian ini adalah pada PT. Indah Logistik Pekanbaru yang merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang penyediaan jasa pengantaran barang. Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. IndahLogistik Pekanbaru, untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Indah Logistik Pekanbaru, untuk menganalisis pengaruh disiplin terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Indah Logistik Pekanbaru. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT. Indah Logistik Pekanbaru yang berjumlah 38 orang. Pengambilan sampel dengan metode sensus yaitu seluruh jumlah populasi. Teknik Pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode angket. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh positif yang signifikan antara gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT.Indah Logistik Pekanbaru. Ada pengaruh positif yang signifikan antara motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan PT.Indah Logistik Pekanbaru.
