Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Indriya Lifeart Development di Jakarta. Metode yang digunakan adalah explanatory research dengan teknik analisis menggunakan analisis statistik dengan pengujian regresi, korelasi, determinasi dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini kompensasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 48,2%, uji hipotesis diperoleh t hitung > t tabel atau (7,960 > 1,995). Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 34,6%, uji  hipotesis diperoleh t hitung > t tabel atau (5,995 > 1,995). Kompensasi dan lingkungan kerja secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan persamaan regresi Y = 10,510 + 0,452X1 + 0,302X2 dan kontribusi pengaruh sebesar 55,7%, uji hipotesis diperoleh F hitung > F tabel atau (42,054 > 2,740).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio terhadap Retun on Equty pada perusahaan manufaktur di Bursa Efek Indonesia subsektor makanan dan minuman. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan pengambilan data sekunder berupa laporan keuangan 7 perusahaan periode 2014-2021, metode penentuan sampel yang dipakai adalah metode purposive sampling dimana laporan keuangan dibuat data panel dan diolah dengan software Eviews 9. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Current ratio (X1) tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Return on Equity (Y). Dimana hasil pengujian t hitung lebih kecil darpada t table (0.603619 < 2.00575) dengan nilai signifikansi 0.5487 > 0,05 maka Ho diterima dan H1 ditolak. Debt to Equity Ratio (X2) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Return on Equity (Y). Dimana hasil pengujian t hitung lebih besar daripada t table (2.187078 > 2.00575) dengan nilai signifikansi 0.0332 < 0,05 maka Ho ditolak dan H1 diterima. Current Ratio (X1) dan Debt to Equty Ratio (X2) secara simultan tidak bepengaruh signifikan terhadap variable Return on Equity (Y) dimana hasil pengujian  F hitung lebih besar dari F table 2.359812  < 3.17 dan ditunjukan juga dengan nilai probabilitasnya lebih besar dari tingkat signifikan (0.104289 >  0,05 ) , jadi  Ho diterima dan H1 ditolak.

Abstract

Waste management through community-based initiatives such as waste banks plays a significant role in improving environmental quality and economic welfare. This Community Service Program (PKM) titled “Improving Waste Bank Management to Enhance Community Welfare in Cicalengka Village, Tangerang Regency” was carried out to strengthen the management capacity of Bank Sampah Sinaran Mentari. The program aimed to increase the knowledge, skills, and awareness of the community in managing waste more effectively to generate economic value and support environmental sustainability. The PKM activity was conducted on November 2, 2025, involving eight lecturers from Universitas Pamulang as facilitators and forty-nine participants who are members of the waste bank in Cicalengka Village. The implementation method consisted of three stages: preparation, execution, and reporting. The activities included material presentation, practical sessions, group discussions, and question-and-answer sessions. The training covered waste sorting techniques, financial management of waste banks, and strategies for marketing recycled products. The results showed an improvement in participants’ understanding and motivation in managing waste systematically and productively. Additionally, participants demonstrated increased capability in organizing and documenting waste transactions, which contributes to enhancing their household income. Overall, this PKM activity successfully empowered the community to manage waste banks as sustainable social enterprises.

Abstract

Human resources and soft skills are critical components for the improvement of educational institutions. At Yayasan Pendidikan Islam Tajaul Karomatu in Tangerang Regency, there is a need to enhance the competencies of teachers, staff, and student leaders to support the quality of education. This community service program (PKM) aimed to improve the quality of human resources and soft skills of the school members. The PKM was carried out on October 5, 2025, by six lecturers from Universitas Pamulang, involving 24 participants consisting of teachers, school staff, and OSIS members. The program was conducted in three stages: preparation, implementation, and reporting. The implementation involved a combination of methods, including material presentation, practical exercises, discussion, and question-and-answer sessions. The results showed that participants significantly increased their understanding and application of effective communication, teamwork, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Participants also reported enhanced confidence in performing their professional and organizational duties. Furthermore, the interactive methods encouraged active engagement, allowing participants to immediately practice the skills learned. This PKM demonstrated that structured training programs could effectively improve both technical competencies and interpersonal skills, contributing to the overall development of the school community. The collaboration between universities and schools provides a sustainable model for human resource development in educational institutions.
