Abstract

Dapodikmen system has not yet reached its accurately and effective utilization.. The results of observation and interview done to school operators in some high schools in Palembang show that there are different factors which determine the effectiveness of the system, for example, the content of information, ease of access and availability of the system which often has not been in accordance with the users’ needs. One approach used to evaluate the effectiveness of the system is the System Utility. The approach by Kendall & Kendall, 2007 (in Martoyo, 2015:638) review the success of the system implementation from six points of view, namely possession, goal, place, form, time and actualization utility. This approach is included in the category of system effectiveness evaluation viewed from the user's expectations. The results of this study demonstrate that of the aspect of variable utility and value of the Dapodikmen system is 4, 2636. This concludes that the availability of the system in high schools in Palembang city is effective.

Abstract

This research discusses the optimization of information technology governance in STMIK Prabumulih. Which aim to get the cobit 5 framework with the condition of implementation under way to increase the value of data currently indicate that 11 domains are level 2 (repeatable) manely EDM04, EDM05, APO02, APO07, APO11, BA103, BA108, DSS04, DSS05, and MEA01. The result of the current maturity level indicate that the 2 domains are level 3 Idefined) manely APO10 and BA103, in general the strategy for improving information technology governance in STMIK Prabumulih. Then the processes and activities must be applied and documented, standardized and then integrated together according to the nedds and objectives, interviews and quetionsnaives, management result adjusted to the cobit 5 domain will be used as a value between domains. The result of the calculation of the maturity level 7 informan in the process of the results of the information technology governance maturity level in STMIK Prabumulih.

Abstract

AbstractSubmission of goods in an agency or organization is one important component of learning operational activities that can be done directly and indirectly. In ensuring the process of carrying out work, an organization cannot be separated from the facilities and infrastructure used to support the performance of a company, agency, organization and government. There are still many organizations that procure facilities and infrastructure that still use conventional methods starting with filing letters from the process of submitting goods to the distribution of goods. This causes the procurement process to be slow. In this study using data collection methods in the form of observation, interviews and literature studies. The system development method used is the Waterfall method. The results of this study are an application program for procurement of goods ranging from the process of filing the goods to the procurement approval process that can help in minimizing errors in recording the data submission of goods. This programming application was built using the php programming language with the CodeIgniter framework and MYSQL application as a database server. With this procurement programming application, the applicant's work unit does not have to make a letter and come to the facilities and infrastructure department, but it is sufficient to open this item programming application to propose the procurement of goods and can also track the submission of goods that have been rejected or accepted. This application also provides information on the status of the submission.Keywords : Procuring, Waterfall, Infrastructure,The Application SystemAbstrakPengajuan barang dalam suatu instansi atau organisasi merupakan salah satu komponen penting yang kegiatan operasional pembelajaran yang dapat dilakukan secara langsung dan tidak langsung. Dalam menjamin proses pelaksanaan pekerjaan,  suatu organisasi tidak lepas dari sarana dan prasarana yang digunakan dalam mendukung kinerja suatu  perusahaan, instansi, organisasi dan pemerintah. Masih banyak organisasi yang melakukan pengadaan sarana dan prasarana yang masih menggunakan  cara konvensional dimulai dengan mengajukan surat dari proses pengajuan barang hingga pendistribusian barang.sehingga menyebabkan proses pengadaan barang menjadi lambat. Didalam penelitian ini  menggunakan metode  pengumpulan data  yang berupa obesrvasi, wawancara dan studi literatur.  Metode pengembangan  sistem yang digunakan yaitu metode Waterfall. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah suatu aplikasi program pengadaan barang mulai dari proses pengajuan barang hingga proses persetujuan pengadaan barang yang dapat membantu dalam meminimalisir kesalahan dalam pencatatan data pengajuan barang. Aplikasi pemrograman ini dibangun dengan  menggunakan bahasa pemrograman php dengan framework CodeIgniter dan aplikasi MYSQL sebagai database server. Dengan adanya aplikasi pemrograman pengadaan barang ini maka unit kerja pengaju tidak harus membuat surat dan datang ke bagian sarana dan prasarana tetapi  cukup membuka aplikasi pemrograman barang ini untuk mengajukan pengadaan barang dan juga dapat melacak proses pengajuan barang yang telah diajukan ditolak atau diterima. Aplikasi ini juga menyediakan informasi  terhadap status dari pengajuan tersebut.Kata kunci : Pembelian, Waterfall, Infrastruktur, Aplikasi, Pengadaan Barang

Abstract

Cryptoccurency is a digital currency that is used as a medium of exchange as well as rupiah and dollars. And just like currency, Cryptocurrency also experiences value volatility or commonly reffered to as fluctuation. The purpose of this study is to estimate the fluctuating cryptocurrency value by implementing it into ontology using protégé tools. With the ontology, it can make it easier for users to find information about cryptocurrency. The results of this study indicate that ontology is one of the bases of Knowledge Managament Systems which can make it easier to systematizem, improve and accelerate knowledge management so that it is easy to understand for cryptocurrency users. Another result of this research is the creation of an ontology cryptoccurency with the blockchain subclass, users, currency, economu and factors. Each of these subclasses has more subclasses in a structured manner, and the results of making computer technique ontology in estimating the economic value of cryptocurrency are useful for users or people who want to find out more information about cryptocurrency.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang optimalisasi tata kelola teknologi informasi di Sekolah Tinggi Teknologi Pagar Alam yang bertujuan untuk mendapatkan penilaian awal dari penerapan tata kelola teknologi informasi bedasarkan COBIT 5 dengan kondisi pelaksanaan yang sedang bejalan untuk meningkatkan nilai dari tata kelola teknologi informasi pada STT Pagar Alam. Pengumpulan data dengan melakukan observasi,wawancara dan kuesioner. Hasil pengelolaan data yang disesuaikan dengan domain COBIT 5 akan dijadikan nilai antar domain. Hasil perhitungan maturity level dari 8 responden pada proses hasil nilai maturity level taat kelola teknologi informasi yang ada di Sekolah Tinggi Teknologi Pagar Alam saat ini menunjukan bahwa 9 domain mengarah pada level 2 (Repeatable) yaitu EDM04, APO01, APO04, APO07, BAI04, BAI10, DSS01, DSS03 dan MEA01. Hasil nilai maturity level saat ini menunjukan bahwa 2 domain mengarah pada level 3 (Defined) yaitu APO03 dan BAI09. Secara umum strategi strategi perbaikan tata kelola teknologi informasi di Sekolah Tinggi Teknologi Pagar Alam maka proses dan kegiatan harus ditetapkan dan didokumentasikan, distandarisasikan dan diintegrasikan bersama.

Abstract

STMIK Bina Nusantara Jaya Lubuklinggau menawarkan beasiswa Penelusuran Minat dan Kemampuan (PMDK) kepada calon mahasiswa baru, dalam hal ini untuk melakukan proses seleksi penentuan penerima beasiswa PMDK pengolahan data masih dilakukan secara manual dengan melakukan tes wawancara dan melakukan perhitungan hasil dari wawancara. Proses seleksi yang dilakukan secara manual memiliki beberapa kelemahan sehingga besar kemungkinan akan terjadinya kesalahan dalam pengolahan data. Untuk Itu diperlukannya suatu Sistem Pendukung Keputusan yang dapat mempermudah dalam penentuan penerima beasiswa PMDK. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan analisa perhitungan komparasi metode WP, SAW dan WASPAS dalam penentuan penerima beasiswa penelusuran minat dan kemampuan (PMDK). Sistem dibuat menggunakan metode SAW karena memberikan nilai Alternatif tertinggi dan memberikan hasil perangkingan yang terbaik.

Abstract

Poltekkes Palembang merupakan gabungan dari 6 Program Diploma III Kesehatan yang berada pada wilayah kota Palembang yang terdiri dari Akademi Kesehatan Gigi (AKG), Akademi Analis Kesehatan (AKK), Akademi Farmasi (AKFAR), Akademi Kebidanan (AKBID), Akademi Gizi (AKZI), Akademi Keperawatan (AKPER). Sistem Akademik Poltekkes Palembang merupakan layanan online berbasis website yang dapat memberikan kemudahan mahasiswa dalam mengelola informasi yang berhubungan dengan kegiatan akademik. Dalam memberikan kemudahan tentunya tidak terlepas dari seberapa baiknya sistem memberikan pelayanan kepada mahasiswa khususnya pada bagian User Interface, user interface yang baik dapat memberikan kemudahan dan kenyamaan bagi penggunanya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Heuristic Evaluation dengan memakai 10 variabel penilaiang yakni Help and documentation, recover from errors, help users recognize diagnose, aesthetic and minimalist design, flexibility and efficiency of use, recognition than recall, error prevention, consistency and standard, user control and freedom, match with the real wolrd, and Visibility of system status dan yang dapat memberikan hasil seberapa efektifnya suatu sistem tersebut dalam memberikan informasi kepada pengguna.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sitem akademik berbasis website Poltekkes Palembang tersebut mempunyai desain interface yang memudahkan mahasiswa sehingga tidak menimbulkan kebingungan pada pengguna, ini terlihat pada hasil score variabel tertinggi pada Visibility of system status.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the satisfaction of users of the Halodoc application by using the usability testing method. The type of data in this study is quantitative. Sampling technique in this study using purposive sampling. The data collection in this study was carried out directly, namely by means of a direct survey using google form (online) by measuring the Likert scale variable. Based on the results of multiple regression analysis, the variables that have an influence on the real condition of information users are the variables learnbility (X1), Efficiency (X2) Memorability (X3) Errors (X4), and Satisfaction (X5) have a significant influence on user satisfaction, Based on the analysis correlation coefficient relationship using SPSS is 63,812. based on the results of Fcount obtained 12.798 > Ftable 2.47, so it can be concluded that there is a relationship between X1, X2, X3, X4, and X5 together with Y. Based on the R Square value of 0.405, there is a relationship between usability testing variables and user satisfaction is 40.5% while the remaining 59.5% is influenced by other variables.

Abstract

Digital marketing of products can be called an e-marketplace because of the online or virtual meeting between sellers and buyers. The development of e-marketplace information technology has penetrated in various fields, one of which is wedding planners. To increase the digitalization of marketing or e-marketplaces for transactions in the marketing of wedding planner packages, it requires a system that can help entrepreneurs or people who have expertise in the field of wedding planners such as master of ceremonies, wedding organizers, building or aisle rentals, music, catering, and photographers who can carry out the package marketing process. Not only for entrepreneurs or people who have expertise, for the bride and groom also need a place to search and order from various types of wedding planner packages. The container in question is a system that can be used on a mobile basis, especially based on Android because it can make it easier for prospective brides, entrepreneurs, and people who have the expertise to carry out a process of buying and selling products or wedding planner packages. The system was built and designed using the Java programming language with MySQL as the database and firebase as the push notification. The system development methodology used is an iterative model. It is hoped that this research can produce an Android-based wedding planner e-marketplace application, so that the application can facilitate transactions for prospective brides, entrepreneurs, and people who have expertise.
