Profiling and identifying individual users is an approach to help recognize intrusions in a computer system. User profiles are important in many applications since they record highly user-specific information - profiles are basically built to record information about users or for users to share experiences with each other. Thus, user profiles are used to aggregate relevant information about a userâs activities, and to identify patterns in their behavior. This research uses the n-gram analysis method for characterizing each userâs style, and can potentially provide accurate user identification. As a result, n-gram analysis of a users typed inputs offers another method for intrusion detection as it may be able to both positively and negatively identify users. The contribution of this research is to assess the use of a userâs writing styles in both natural language as a user profile characteristic that could enable intrusion detection where intruders masquerade as real users.

Server virtualization is one system that uses energy and can work simultaneously. In this study the comparison of OpenVZ based hypervisors with kernel virtual machine (KVM) hypervisors will be compared on a virtual private server (VPS) machine. The research method uses PPDIOO developed by Cisco in network system design. The phases in the PPDIOO method are Prepare, Plan, Design, Implement, Operate and Optimize. The results of this study are OpenVZ-based virtual machines are more stable than KVM because the level of efficiency of existing resources is more efficient use of OpenVZ-based virtual machines with data using 0.8% CPU performance and 589mb of memory, the level of use of KVM-based virtual machine resources is greater with 65.4% CPU performance and 2824 mb memory, OpenVZ-based virtual machines that are able to run without large resources, while KVM-based virtual machines while working together require very large resources.

Dengan berkembangnya ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi maka proses belajar-mengajar di Universitas Bina Darma kini semakin cangih, proses pembelajaran telah didukung dengan sistem e-learning sebagai salah satu sistem penunjang atau proses pembelajaran, dan ada sesi belajar seperti ruangan kelas yang bergatian, mahasiswa yang datang dan menunggu di depan kelas jika dosen nya datang mahasiswa baru bisa masuk kelas,dan jika dosen tidak hadir tampa informasi terlebih dahulu ke mahasiswa dari situ lah mahasiswa sering komplain kepada dosen, dosen yang datang terlambat, dosean yang jarang hadir, komplain mengenai nilai pada KHS mahasiswa nilainnya kosong ketika di cetak, KHS nilai yang salah, oleh karena itu perlu di rancang sistem informasi layanan komplain (helpdesk) mahasiswa terhadap dosen berbasis android yang nanti nya akan menyampaikan komplain dari mahasiswa kepada program studi sistem informasi.sistem ini juga akan memberikan notifikasi kepada mahasiswa dan pemerima komplain. Perancangan sistem ini menggunakan metode Rapid application Deveploment (RAD) dan Unifed Modeling Language (UML).

Control of information technology governance at this time is very influential for the organization in achieving its strategic objectives. Technology has become an important part in supporting a service, including in Dr.H. Ibnu Sutowo Baturaja. The hospital has SIMRS in supporting its services. So that governance should be well planned. This research was conducted to evaluate the management of information technology that supports the SIMRS. The results of this study are to find out the value of the level of maturity in Dr. H Ibnu Sutowo Baturaja. Evaluations were carried out using the standard COBIT 5 measurement framework. The focus of this study was the domain of Ensure Resource Optimization (EDM01), Manage the IT Management Framework (APO01) (APO07), Build, Acquire and Implement (BAI04) and Monitoring, Evaluation and Access (MEA01).

IT Service Management (ITSM) is a management concept in providing information technology services properly and successfully to customers, it can also be a method of processing philosophical systems that are centered on the IT service consumer perspective on the company's business. The service management of an organization is basically implemented in the form of the functions of the organization's functions (functions) and the processes that are carried out (processes) in managing and changing the resources (resources) of the organization into the values expected by the customer. ITIL or the summary of the Information Technology Infrastructure Library is a general framework that describes best practices that provide guidance on how Information Technology (IT) service providers should run IT service management. One of the organizations that provide IT services is PT. Telkom, which has an IndiHome application for customers who want to use internet or cable TV services. This research evaluates maturity level the information technology infrastructure that supports IndiHome's business processes at PT. Telkom Bengkulu. So that with this assessment can see the achievement of performance at PT. Telkom Bengkulu. The focus of this research is the domain service operation on ITIL V3.

IT services are one of the important factors in business operations in the technical document control division. The document control technical division is a division that has a vital role in supporting the construction, production and maintenance processes. This study aims to design a service catalog management using the ITIL V3 framework. The stages in designing this catalog are problem identification, data collection, data analysis, domain mapping based on the ITIL version 3 framework, domain determination, and e-catalog management design. And this research produces an e-catalog management application that contains information about the service descriptions in the technical division of document control and management of incidents that occur.

Based on observations of the business process flow at the Siti Fatimah Hospital, the background for this study was the medical record document and ICD-10 code which was carried out manual diagnosis, making it difficult for the medical record section in the proper and fast CHAPTER arrangement of the ICD-10 code. The International Statistical Classification of Diseases and Related Health Problems (ICD) can be used to calculate or record a valid patient history of hospitalization. The Cross-Industry Standard Process For Data Mining (CRISP-DM) method is used in this study to become a strategy to describe the problem in general from the domain or research unit. While the machine learning algorithm for multiclass classification uses the Naïve Bayes algorithm, Support Vector Machine, Logistic Regression to create a diagnostic model for medical action. This study predicts ICD-10 chapter categories from medical action records from electronic medical records. With this research, it is hoped that machine learning can facilitate the medical record section in predicting the ICD-10 chapter category by analyzing electronic medical record data using the Chapter ICD-10 Decision Support System information system

Kinerja jaringan nirkabel terletak pada physical link dan paling berpengaruh adalah kondisi fisik seperti jarak, karena semakin lemah radio frekuensi yang dapat di terima dan menjadikan akses kejaringan lambat, selain itu penghalang berupa tembok tebal (Fresnel Zone) dan gangguan sinyal berdekatan (interferensi Co -Channel) dari komponen lain bisa juga menurunkan kualitas sinyal yang di terima enduser. Dari pemasalah-permasalahan yang terjadi yang dapat mempengaruhi kinerja keseluruhan jaringan AP adalah parameter QoS (Quality of Service) seperti delay, jitter, troughput, dan paket loss. bertujuan untuk mengetahui kinerja jaringan nirkabel yang optimal untuk memberikan kualitas jaringan yang  baik dari aspek fisik sehingga jaminan QoS yang di berikan disesuaikan dengan aplikasi yang digunakan serta efisiensi terhadap jaringanWireless LAN (Hotspot) di Universitas Bina Darma untuk setiap enduser.

ABSTRAK Kabupaten Musi Banyuasin adalah salah satu kabupaten di Sumatera Selatan yang telah menyediakan atau menerapkan e-government untuk melayani semua lapisan masyarakat. Contohnya adalah penerapan Muba Smart Regency diantaranya program Pemerintah Kabupaten Musi Banyuasin (Muba) melalui Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Musi Banyuasin dalam mencetuskan program Muba Siaga 112. Walaupun, Kabupaten Musi Banyusin telah menerapkan e-Government untuk melayani setiap lapisan masayarakat, tetapi masayarakat desa belum secara merata untuk dapat menikmati layanan tersebut. Hal ini dikarenakan kondisi yang ada berikut ini : Infrastruktur di Kabupaten Musi Banyuasin tidak merata dan keadaan geografis Kabupaten Musi Banyuasin masih banyak persawahan dan rawa-rawa. Kabupaten Muba juga melalui tangan dingin Bupati Dodi Reza Alex Noerdin juga melakukan pembangunan Muba Command Centre dan pemasangan CCTV dibeberapa sudut kota Sekayu yang terkoneksi dengan Polres Muba dan Pemkab Muba sebagai tanda dimulainya Muba Smart Regency. Dalam waktu yang tidak terlalu lama Kabupaten Muba masuk dalam gerakan 100 Smart City Indonesia. Sehingga ke depan Bupati Muba tidak hanya fokus pada pembangunan infrastruktur digital saja, melainkan pembangunan komunitas digital juga dilakukan.

Salah satu fungsional dari data mining adalah analisis asosiasi. Asosiasi sering disebut analisis keranjang pasar karena biasa digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi item-item produk yang kemungkinan dibeli oleh konsumen bersamaan dengan produk lain. Pada penelitian ini metode asosiasi diterapkan untuk melihat pola laju pertumbuhan antar sektor ekonomi penyusun Produk Domestik Regional Bruto (PDRB) di wilayah Provinsi Sumatera Selatan dan Bangka Belitung. Data yang diteliti adalah data kurun waktu tahun 1993 hingga tahun 2018. Adapun algoritma yang digunakan dalam melakukan analisis asosiasi adalah algoritma apriori. Pengolahan data mengikuti tahapan proses knowledge discovery from data (KDD) dengan bantuan perangkat lunak Rapid Miner. Hasil akhir penelitian ini diperoleh dari 17 sektor ekonomi yang ada terdapat 7 buah pola hubungan antar sektor ekonomi di Provinsi Sumatera Selatan dan 14 buah pola hubungan antar sektor ekonomi di Provinsi Bangka Belitung. Melalui penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberi manfaat bagi pemerintah, khususnya pemerintah kedua provinsi, dalam merancang program pembangunan untuk masa yang akan datang. Penelitian ini juga dapat digunakan pada penelitian yang lain sebagai referensi pengaplikasian analisis asosiasi data mining di luar data transaksi belanja.
