Abstract

The Effect Of Flight Network Pattern in South Kalimantan on Travel Time And Travel Cost: According to the data of the Statistics Central Agency of South Kalimantan, air transport passengers departing from the airports in South Kalimantan during December 2016 were 163,715 passengers. On the other hand, the number of passengers traveling from Trisakti Banjarmasin Port in December 2016 were 1,833 passengers. These data indicate that air transport is preferable as a mode of transportation in South Kalimantan. The change of airport class according to the Minister of Transportation Regulation No. 69 Year 2013 makes possible changes in travel patterns that is an addition to a new route of TanjungKotabaru which has a distance of 82.2 km with a travel time of 11 minutes and the estimated tariff for this route of Rp. 863.900. Menurut data Badan Pusat Statistik Kalimantan Selatan, jumlahpenumpang angkutan udara yang berangkat melalui bandara di Kalimantan Selatan selama bulan Desember 2016 sebanyak 163.715 orang. Sedangkan jumlah penumpang angkutan laut yang berangkat melalui pelabuhan Trisakti Banjarmasin pada bulan Desember 2016 sebanyak 1.833 orang. Dari data tersebut dapat diindikasi bahwa penduduk Kalimantan Selatan lebih banyak menggunakan pesawat sebagai moda transportasi. Perubahan kelas bandara menurut Peraturan Menteri Perhubungan No. 69 Tahun 2013 menyebabkan terjadinya perubahan pola perjalanan yaitu penambahan rute baru TanjungKotabaru yang memiliki jarak 82,2 km dengan waktu tempuh 11 menit dan perkiraan tarif untuk rute ini sebesar Rp. 863.900.

Abstract

The Minister of Transportation Regulation No.69 of 2013 set the national master plan of the airport in 2020 and 2030 including the airports in the Province of South Kalimantan. This causes a change in the role of the airport in South Kalimantan so effected on travel pattern change and affect on passengers trip distribution. Therefore, an analysis is needed to predict passenger travel patterns in the future. Data of passenger movement from Syamsudin Noor Airport, Gusti Syamsir Alam Airport, and Bersujud Airport analyzed by Exponential Smoothing Forecasting Method. While Tanjung Warukin airport is analyzed by multiple regression analysis method. The result of this study is in 2020 there is a new route that is Tanjung-Kotabaru predicted as many as 1.773 passengers using the route, it gives influence on demand of airport in Kotabaru that is from 299.203 people will be 300,976 people. The newly operated Tanjung-Banjarmasin route has the potential to survive as indicated by the number of passengers in 2020 of 5942 people.

Abstract

In the management of a good irrigation system will increase the production of irrigation areas because in the Operation of an Irrigation Network should always pay attention to the Availability of Water and Water Needs and how to divide the existing water regularly and evenly so that all plants grow well. To supply water to the paddy fields and will be divided to each plot through the floodgates with an open-close system with equitable distribution so that the Water Availability and Water Needs are still metatalltimes. The research location of the Danda Besar Swamp Irrigation Area (DIR) is located in Rantau Badauh District, Barito Kuala Regency. From the results of the analysis of water availability, the minimum water requirement is 37,760 lt/sec/ha in January 1 during the rice planting season. Maximum irrigation water demand is 711,558 lt/sec/ha in April 1, which is when preparing land for palawija (maize)
