Abstract

Kinerja guru mencerminkan performance seorang guru dalam melaksanakan tugasnya untuk mencapai tujuan pendidikan. Dalam kenyataannya maksimal tidaknya kinerja guru dipengaruhi banyak faktor.Kepedulian masyarakat melalui MBS yang disalurkan melalui peran Komite Sekolah dan Kepemimpinan  Transformasional  Kepala Sekolah merupakan dua faktor diantara faktor-faktor yang lain yang dapat mempengaruhi kinerja guru. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh; (1)  Peran Komite  Sekolah terhadap kinerja guru, (2)  kepemimpinan transformasional Kepala Sekolah terhadap kinerja guru, dan (3)  Komite Sekolah dan kepemimpinan transformasional Kepala Sekolah secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja guru. Jenis penelitian ini kuantitatif dengan  metode  korelasional. Populasi sebanyak  49 guru  SMP Negeri 5 Bojonegoro diambil sebagai sample. Metode pengumpulan dengan  kuesioner. Analisis data  menggunakan regresi linier, analisis regresi ganda menggunakan aplikasi SPSS for Windows Release 14.0.  Hasil  penelitian: (1)  Komite Sekolah berpengaruh  secara  signifikan terhadap kinerja guru, kontribusi pada kinerja guru  sebesar 49.6%; (2) Kepemimpinan Transformasional Kepala Sekolah berpengaruh  secara  signifikan terhadap kinerja guru, kontribusi  pada  kinerja gurusebesar  36,0%,  (3) Komite Sekolah dan  Kepemimpinan  Transformasional  Kepala Sekolah secara bersama-sama berpengaruh  secara  signifikan terhadap  kinerja guru, kontribusi sebesar 52,3%  Hasil penelitian ini Lembaga dapat memanfaatkan hasil temuan guna  penetapan kebijakan makro terkait peningkatan kinerja guru. Sebagai acuan bagi sekolah  untuk pengambilan  kebijakan  mikro  terkait peningkatan kinerja guru, dan dapat dijadikan  acuan penetapan kebijakan operasional terkait peningkatan kinerja guru.   Kata Kunci : peran komite sekolah, kepemimpinan transformasional, Kinerja guru DOI :10.5281/zenodo.3472122

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the differences between stock prices, abnormal return and trading volume before and after dividend payout of the Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Timur Tbk. The research methodology used is quantitative method with panel data types (cross section and time series) and the source of data derived from secondary data obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Mechanical sampling using purposive sampling method with daily data and the study period from 2015 to 2017. The data analysis technique used is the calculation of the share price, abnormal stock returns and trading volume, the study of events from 40 working days before the event, period, and during the 20 working days after the announcement of the dividend payout, as well as two different test average of pairs (t-test) to see the closeness of the relationship between the two variables with a significance level of 5%. The results of this study indicate that the stock price method approach the results obtained there are differences in stock prices before and after dividend payout of Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Timur Tbk period 2015 to 2017. Meanwhile, the abnormal return approach the results obtained there is no difference of abnormal return before and after dividend payout of Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Timur Tbk period 2015 to 2017. Similarly, the volume of stock trading method approach result that there is no difference in the volume of stock trading before and after dividend payout of Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Timur Tbk period 2015 and 2016. But the result in 2017 show that there are differences in trading volume of the stock before and after the dividend payout of Bank Pembangunan daerah jawa Timur Tbk.

Abstract

This research analyzes the hadith narrated by Imam Abu Daud, number 4681, concerning the concept of al-Wala' wal-Bara', a crucial pillar in understanding Muslim social relations and creed, as it is often misinterpreted leading to exclusive or even extremist attitudes towards non-Muslims. Employing a descriptive qualitative method and library research, the analysis involves an external approach (hadith takhrij, jarh wa ta'dil, i'tibar sanad, and matan criticism) and an internal approach (textual understanding from hadith commentaries and contextual understanding based on contemporary thought, especially Sheikh Yusuf al-Qaradawi's approach). The findings indicate that the hadith is graded hasan in both its chain of narration (sanad) and text (matan). Substantively, it teaches that love and hate for the sake of Allah signify perfect faith. This study concludes that al-Wala' wal-Bara' must be understood in a balanced way to avoid misuse to justify intolerance. The research also highlights the clear distinction between loyalty (al-wala'), a matter of creed, and tolerance, a social principle. Loyalty to Allah and His religion does not negate fair and good treatment of non-Muslims, provided they are not hostile to Islam. The implication is the importance of a moderate approach in understanding hadiths related to interfaith relations so that Islamic values of rahmatan lil 'alamin (mercy to all worlds) can be realized in social practice.
