Abstract

AMMI (Additive Main Effect Multiplicative Interaction) model for interactions in two-way table provide the major mean for studying stability and adaptability through genotype × environment interaction (GEI), which modeled by full interaction model.  Eligibility of AMMI models depends on that assumption of normally independent distributed error with a constant variance.  In the case of non-normal data distribution, the appropriateness of AMMI model is being doubtful. Transform the observation by power family of Box-Cox transformation is an effort to handle the non-normality. AMMI model then can be applied to the transformed data appropriately following by the use of ordinary least square for estimating parameters.  This approach is investigated by applying them to (i) a count data of pest population of Poisson distribution, which came from a study of leave pest in soybean genotype, and to (ii) a study of rice genotype stability of filled grain per panicle (Binomial data).  One must be carefully considered what the meaning of the transformation in the AMMImodels and Biplot AMMI.

Abstract

الإسلام لا يمارسه فقط الأشخاص الذين يتحدثون العربية ، ولكن يعتقد أن اللغة العربية مهمة لدراسة الإسلام. من بين الدول التي لا تتحدث العربية ، إندونيسيا هي أكبر دولة إسلامية في العالم. تماشياً مع هذه الظاهرة ، يدرس العديد من المسلمين الإندونيسيين اللغة العربية في المدارس والمدارس الداخلية الإسلامية والجامعات. يقدم تعلم اللغة العربية فرصًا وتحديات ، مثل التنوع المتزايد للغات في إندونيسيا ، ومن واجب المؤسسات التعليمية تصميم تعلم اللغة العربية وفقًا لاهتمامات وتطلعات متعلمي اللغة العربية وتوفير التسهيلات للمساعدة في تقدم التعلم المستدام. لتحقيق أهداف التعلم هذه ، من الضروري معرفة دافع الطلاب لتعلم اللغة العربية ومستوى اللغة الذي يريدونه ، حتى يتمكنوا من وضع استراتيجيات مستقلة لتحسين تعلمهم. يقدم هذا المقال دراسة عن دوافع الطلاب لتعلم اللغة العربية في معهد دورات اللغة العربية في كيديري ، جاوة الشرقية ، إندونيسيا. كشفت نتائج الدراسة أن الطلاب الذين يدرسون اللغة العربية في معهد دورات اللغة العربية في كيديري بجاوة الشرقية لديهم دوافع مختلفة لتعلم اللغة العربية. توفر هذه الدراسة معلومات مهمة حول دافع الطلاب الإندونيسيين لتعلم اللغات الأجنبية

Abstract

Modules play an important role in learning, especially in physics subjects. Validity testing is conducted to assess the suitability of a teaching module. A module is considered valid when validators have declared it to be so. In this case, the researcher aims to analyze the validity of the presentation system of a problem-based learning (PBL) physics module on Circular Motion and its Applications. The method used is descriptive-qualitative. The descriptive-qualitative method is employed to describe the validity and suitability of the presentation system of the PBL-based physics module on Circular Motion and its Applications. This way, it can be determined whether the created physics module's presentation system is valid. Based on the validation results of the 'Physics Teaching Module Based on Problem-Based Learning (PBL) on Circular Motion and its Applications,' it is stated that this module meets the criteria for presentation and has been revised based on suggestions and feedback from the validator

Abstract

Abstract: UIN Maliki Campus Malang aspires to score the people who put forward the dhikr, though, and good deeds. These values ​​are reported to dhikr, fear of Allah, quality of life, earnest and critical, and want to be delivered knowledge. PKPBA is a unit at UIN Malang that is interesting to be used as an initial object that implements the values of Ulul Albab. This type of research is field research, located at UIN Malang. By using qualitative, this research is expected to obtain information from reality, and facts as well as gain a new understanding of the problems of implementing values ​​on the Ulul Albab campus. This research shows that the values ​​of Ulul Albab are developed and developed on this campus, which is evident in the process of learning Arabic at PKPBA. Besides preparing students for Arabic, PKPBA also shapes the personality and character of students in the first year. Values, Arabic learning conducted at PKPBA is loaded with the provisions of Ulul Albab language and values.

Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to analyze the validity of scientific argumentation-based e-books in training students' critical thinking skills. This research uses the Research and Development (R&D) research type with the ADDIE development model (analysis, design, development, implementation, evaluation). At the analysis stage, questionnaires and interviews were distributed to understand the needs of students and teachers for learning media. At the design stage, the e-book design is adjusted to the learning objectives of temperature and heat material, critical thinking skills indicators, and scientific argumentation indicators. At the development stage, the e-book was validated by three validators who are physics experts. Based on the results of validation by three validators, the average percentage content aspects of 92.80% in the very valid category, language aspects of 91.70% in the very valid category, and presentation aspects of 95.00% in the very valid category. So that the scientific argumentation-based e-book developed is declared valid and decent to application as physics learning media to train students' critical thinking on temperature and heat material. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis validitas e-book berbasis argumentasi ilmiah dalam melatihkan keterampilan berpikir kritis peserta didik. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian Research and Development (R&D) dengan model pengembangan ADDIE (analysis, design, development, implementation, evaluation). Pada tahap analisis (analysis) dilakukan penyebaran angket dan wawancara untuk memahami kebutuhan peserta didik dan guru terhadap media pembelajaran. Pada tahap desain (design) perancangan e-book yang disesuaikan dengan tujuan pembelajaran materi suhu dan kalor, indikator keterampilan berpikir kritis, dan indikator argumentasi ilmiah. Pada tahap pengembangan (development) dilakukan validasi e-book oleh tiga validator yang merupakan ahli fisika. Berdasarkan hasil validitas oleh tiga validator diperoleh persentase rata rata aspek isi sebesar 92,80% dalam kategori sangat valid, aspek kebahasaan sebesar 91,70% dalam kategori sangat valid, dan aspek penyajian sebesar 95,00% dalam kategori sangat valid. Sehingga e-book berbasis argumentasi ilmiah yang dikembangkan dinyatakan valid dan layak diterapkan sebagai media pembelajaran fisika untuk melatihkan berpikir kritis peserta didik pada materi suhu dan kalor. Abstract

This service aims to improve the effectiveness and quality of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teaching at MTs AZ-Zainiyah I Paiton Probolinggo through the accompaniment in the use of audio-visual media. The method used is Community Service (PKM) activities involving several stages: preparation and planning, training in the use of audio-visual media, preparation of lesson plans (RPP), implementation of audio-visual media in teaching, evaluation and monitoring, and reporting and dissemination of results. In the preparation and planning stage, needs identification and activity planning are carried out involving PAI teachers and the school principal. Training is provided to PAI teachers to operate and integrate audio-visual media into teaching. The lesson plans are then prepared by integrating the media. Implementation is conducted in the classroom with observations from the PKM team to ensure the effectiveness of the application. Evaluation and monitoring are conducted to measure results and provide feedback. This activity concludes with the preparation of reports and publication of results. The results of this service show an increase in student interest and participation in PAI learning. Teachers also show improved ability to integrate the media into teaching. Evaluation indicates a significant improvement in the quality of learning. From the results of this service, it can be concluded that the accompaniment in the use of audio-visual media is effective in enhancing the effectiveness and quality of PAI teaching at MTs AZ-Zainiyah I Paiton Probolinggo.

Abstract

This paper aims to explore the concept of istiṭā‘ah in hajj according to Ibn ‘Āshūr ini his Tafsir al-Taḥrīr wa al-Tanwīr and implementation. This study employs a qualitative approach, specifically library research, utilizing written literature as the primary data source. The findings indicate that Ibn ‘Āshūr’s view Istiṭā‘ah encompasses both physical and financial capabilities Physical capability means that the individual must be in good health and able to undertake the journey for Hajj, while financial capability refers to having sufficient funds without neglecting the basic needs of their family. The implementation of this understanding allows for someone to delegate their Hajj to another person if they are suffering from a severe illness or have passed away. Conversely, performing Hajj is prohibited for those relying on loaned funds or still in debt, as these conditions are considered to not meet the Istiṭā‘ah requirement.

Abstract

Starting with the significant rapid development of economic growth in Madura moreover the existence of cigarette Madurese workers, the authors are interested to study deeper about it and also the Islamic education contribution to the changing of Madurese social relations. Because of this phenomenon, shifting of social relations did not only happen in household relations but also massively happens in Madura. This research uses phenomenological approach to understand the phenomenon faced by the subject of the research, here the cigarette women workers. By using functional relation theory by Talcot Parson and social feminist theory by Fatimah Mernissi, the authors analyze this shifting and find the following results; social relation shifting pattern of madurese cigarette workers happens because of the increased understanding about gender relation, while the process of shifting can be seen In the patterns of family’s leaderships which are more democratic and responsive to women, and Madurese women have already been believed as leaders in some sides of society. Meanwhile, the Islamic education is the endogenous factor which grows and becomes the Madurese women’s characteristic so that Madurese women tend to firmly hold the Islamic norms in their lives. Madurese women’s social relation is built on the strong religious foundation and this makes the family and social life in Madura become the place to preserve worship.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi pelibatan pemberdayaan karyawan di MTsN 1 Kudus sebagai upaya meningkatkan kinerja dan kepuasan kerja. Pelibatan pemberdayaan karyawan mengacu pada pemberian wewenang, tanggung jawab, dan dukungan kepada karyawan untuk berpartisipasi aktif dalam pengambilan keputusan dan pengembangan diri di lingkungan kerja. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi pemberdayaan karyawan di MTsN 1 Kudus dilakukan melalui pelibatan dalam pengambilan kebijakan, peningkatan kapasitas melalui pelatihan, serta komunikasi yang terbuka dan transparan antara pimpinan dan karyawan. Kendala yang dihadapi meliputi resistensi terhadap perubahan dan keterbatasan sumber daya, namun dengan strategi yang tepat kendala ini dapat diatasi. Implementasi pemberdayaan karyawan berdampak positif terhadap peningkatan motivasi, produktivitas, dan rasa memiliki terhadap lembaga. Rekomendasi dari penelitian ini adalah perlunya peningkatan berkelanjutan dalam program pemberdayaan untuk memperkuat kualitas sumber daya manusia di MTsN 1 Kudus.

Abstract

This research focuses on the synergy between teachers and parents in shaping the character and discipline of early childhood students at TK Nurul Huda. Early childhood is a critical period for emotional and intellectual growth, where both parental and educational roles are essential in instilling values such as discipline and good behavior. The study reveals that cooperation between teachers and parents plays a crucial role in developing discipline and academic skills such as reading, writing, and counting. The findings highlight various strategies for strengthening this partnership, including setting shared educational goals, fostering effective communication, and engaging parents in school activities. The research also identifies supporting and hindering factors in building a strong synergy, such as the availability of communication tools and the level of parental awareness regarding the importance of discipline. This study emphasizes the importance of a collaborative approach between teachers and parents in achieving quality educational outcomes for young learners.
