Abstract

Teknologi yang semakin berkembang pesat, menuntut adanya kebaharuan pula dalam metode promosi atau periklanan produk. Adanya pengetahuan dan keterampilan yang masih terbatas para pelaku UMKM mengenai hal tersebut, menjadikan kegiatan pelatihan untuk pembuatan iklan produk sangat perlu diterapkan guna membantu usaha mereka agar lebih dikenal dan mampu menarik pembeli dengan bentuk promosi yang lebih interaktif. Inilah yang kemudian tim Pengabdian pada Masyarakat dari Jurusan Teknik Informatika Universitas Trisakti lakukan, dengan mengajarkan cara membuat iklan produk berbentuk animasi dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak daring berupa Animatron. Dalam pelaksanaannya, pelatihan ini diikuti secara daring melalui Google Meet oleh 12 orang (6 panitia dan 6 peserta) terdiri dari 2 sesi, yaitu sesi pengenalan dasar Animatron dan sesi studi kasus pembuatan iklan promosi produk kopi. Berdasarkan hasil kuisioner awal saat pendaftaran, diketahui bahwa 100% peserta belum pernah menggunakan Animatron untuk membuat iklan dan sebanyak 66.7% peserta beriklan melalui media sosial Instagram. Dan dari hasil evaluasi pelaksanaan kegiatan, didapat umpan balik yaitu 60% peserta menyatakan mampu menerapkan Animatron secara mandiri dan pelatihan ini sangat berguna dalam mempromosikan usaha mereka nantinya. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelatihan pembuatan iklan produk berbasis animasi ini telah berhasil memberikan pengetahuan serta keterampilan para pelaku UMKM untuk membuat iklan produk dengan mudah dan lebih menarik dalam bentuk animasi.

Abstract

Makin maraknya beberapa media promosi membuat persaingan penjualan produk semakin tinggi pula. Jenis media konvensional pun mulai ditinggalkan dan banyak beralih ke media teknologi seperti videotron atau layar-layar LCD. Penggunaan media tersebut tentunya perlu didukung dengan isi konten promosi yang menarik pula dalam mengiklankan produk, terutama produk-produk yang diperkenalkan oleh para UKM. UKM di Indonesia sering kali menghadapi berbagai masalah seperti promosi, pemasaran dan penjualan. Inilah yang kemudian akan coba diatasi dalam kegiatan PKM kali ini, dimana akan dibuat sebuah pelatihan untuk para pelaku UKM dalam mengembangkan konten iklan berbasis animasi guna mempromosikan produk-produk yang dijual oleh mereka. Pelatihan ini pada tanggal 16 Mei 2020 telah berlangsung terdiri dari dua sesi, dimana sesi pertama adalah memperkenalkan software online Animaker untuk membuat iklan animasi. Sesi kedua adalah sesi praktek, dimana secara daring para peserta diberikan petunjuk tahap demi tahap dalam membuat iklan animasi, dengan kasus iklan penjualan makanan & minuman. Sebagai tambahan akhir sesi, kegiatan ini juga memberikan sesi kuis berhadiah dengan menggunakan aplikasi Kahoot, kepada para peserta untuk menjawab beberapa pertanyaan seputar materi kegiatan. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi dari 8 peserta yang hadir purna waktu melalui kuisioner, diketahui bahwa sebanyak 87.5% peserta menilai pelatihan ini mudah dipahami, 100% peserta menilai pembicara sudah menjelaskan materi cukup baik, 100% peserta mengatakan pengaturan waktu sudah tepat, dan sebanyak 62.5% dari peserta akan mengimplementasikan hasil pelatihan tersebut ke dalam toko/usaha yang mereka jalankan. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa dari kegiatan pembuatan iklan produk berbasis animasi ini telah memberikan manfaat yang cukup terlihat dan berhasil diterima dengan baik oleh peserta

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of developing previous studies that have successfully applied the science of graphology to analyze digital handwriting and characteristics of his personality through shape based feature extraction, which in the present study will be applied one method of psychological tests commonly used by psychologists to recognize human’s personality that is Enneagram. The Enneagram method in principle will classify the personality traits of a person into nine types through a series of questions, which then calculated the amount of the overall weight of the answer. Thickness is what will provide direction personality type, which will then be matched with the personality type of the result of the graphology analysis of the handwriting. Personality type of handwritten analysis results is processed based on the personality traits that are the result of the identification of a combination of four dominant form of handwriting through the software output of previous studies, that Slant (tilt writing), Size (font size), Baseline, and Breaks (respite each word). From the results of this research can be found there is a correlation between personality analysis based on the psychology science to the graphology science, which results matching personality types by 81.6% of 49  respondents data who successfully tested.

Abstract

Dengue hemorrhagic fever is one of the most dangerous diseases which often leads to death for the sufferer due to delays or improper handling of the severity that has occurred. In determining that severity level, a specialist analyzes it from the symptoms and blood testing results. This research was developed to produce a system by applying Deep Neural Network approach that is able to give the same analytical ability as a doctor, so that it can give fast and precise decision of dengue handling. The research stages consisted of normalizing data to 0 – 1 intervals by Min-Max method, training data into multilayer networks with fully connected and partially connected schemes to produce the best weights, validating data and final testing. From the use of network parameters as much as 10 input units, 1 bias, 2 hidden layers, 2 output units, learning rate of 0.3, epoch 1000, tolerance rate 0.02, threshold 0.5, the system succeeded in generating a maximum accuracy of 95% in data learning (60 data), 87.5% on data learning and non-learning (40 data), 85% on non-learning data (20 data).

Abstract

Model Pembelajaran Jarak Jauh (PJJ) menjadi salah satu cara yang dipandang efektif mencegah penyebaran Covid-19, walaupun tidak berarti pembelajaran ini lebih lebih baik dibandingkan dengan tatap muka langsung. Kendala yang umumnya dihadapi guru adalah pengelolaan sistem PJJ serta guru terbebani menuntaskan kurikulum. Waktu pembelajaran berkurang, mengakibatkan guru tidak mungkin menuntaskan beban jam mengajar, dan tidak mudah bagi guru berkomunikasi dengan orang tua siswa sebagai partner di rumah ketika anak menerapkan PJJ. Untuk meringankan beban akademik perlu dilakukan penyederhanaan administrasi dalam pembelajaran via daring ini, perlu memanfaatkan aplikasi yang sudah tersedia secara gratis, dalam kegiatan ini digunakan Google Apps dan Scratch. Pada pelaksanaannya, kegiatan dilakukan secara daring melalui kanal Zoom selama tiga jam sebanyak empat sesi, yaitu sesi pengenalan Google Apps, pengenalan Scratch, studi kasus Google Apps, dan studi kasus Scratch.  Berdasarkan hasil pengisian kuisioner dari 18 peserta yang telah mengikuti workshop ini, didapat 100% peserta sudah pernah menggunakan Google Apps, dan hanya 27% peserta yang pernah mengenal dan menerapkan Scratch sebagai media pembelajaran.

DOI:10.17014/ijog.9.3.329-336Extreme climate change has almost begun to show symptoms just about in all countries, including Indonesia. At the beginning of 2020, some parts of Indonesia were flooded due to high rainfall intensity. In fact, in DKI Jakarta area the potential for flooding often arrive early. For this reason, an appropriate disaster pattern analysis system needs to be developed and implemented to prevent the incident from recurring by planning better handling. The model framework that was built to create a visualization system for disaster patterns in this study consisted of five stages, namely the image processing stage in the map image, the placement of the coordinates of the affected area, interpolation with the B-Spline method, extrapolation with the Von-Neumann law, and the accurate evaluation of the formed disaster pattern mapping. Through this model framework, it is expected to produce a system design for informative disaster pattern mapping.

Abstract

In the current pandemic situation, learning in schools is one of the challenges for the people of Indonesia. Continuing face-to-face studies is still quite difficult to implement, and requires another safe alternative as a way out in the form of utilizing e-learning. This is what Trisakti University will try to implement in community service activities this time for high school/vocational school teachers in the form of e-learning management training, in order to improve knowledge, knowledge and skills in managing educational web content through Moodle. In its implementation, this activity is completed from the preparation stage to the evaluation and documentation stage with a period of approximately 3 months. Based on the results of the activities attended by 140 high school teachers from Vocational High Schools in Jakarta and its surroundings, it was found that 85.7% stated that they had never used Moodle as a learning medium, and 75.8% of the participants were satisfied following this training because it had provided them with knowledge and skills in making learning content on the web. So it can be concluded that this activity has been successfully implemented.
