Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini aitu untuk menganalisis persepsi  mahasiswa tentang pembelajaran E-Learning terhadap minat belajar pada mahasiswa program studi bimbingan konseling di Universitas Cenderawasih. Penelitian ini menggunakan asosiatif kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini mahasiswa BK 2016-2020 di universitas cenderawasih. Penentuan ukuran sampel diambil menurut tabel Isaac dan Michael dengan taraf kesalahan 5% dengan jumal sampel 89 mahasiswa. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan metode Non-Probability Sampling dengan teknik Accidental Sampling. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh persepsi pembelajaran oniline terhadap minat belajar pada mahasiswa, dimana p (sig) = 0,000<0,05. Adapun koefisien determinan (r2) dari hubungan antara variabel bebas X dengan variabel terikat Y adalah sebesar r2 = 0,362. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa variabel persepsi pembelajaran online berkontribusi terhadap minat belajar pada mahasiswa sebesar 36,2%. Hasil persepsi tentang pembelajaran e-learning sebesar 64.02% dari yang diharapkan dan minat belajar sebesar 68.05%.

Abstract

Permasalahan mengenai perkembangan individu yang masih sering di bahas ialah mengenai perkembangan kognitif manusia. Salah satu aktifitas yang melibatkan kognitif manusia ialah belajar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana kontribusi self efficacy dan regulasi emosi terhadap kejenuhan belajar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif korelasional dengan populasi sebanyak 153 orang  mahasiswa Prodi Bimbingan dan Konseling FIP UNIMED yang terdaftar pada Agustus-Desember 2021 dan sampel penelitian sebanyak 111 orang siswa dan ditentukan dengan menggunakan teknik proportional random sampling. Alat ukur pada penelitian ini berupa instrumen self efficacy, instrument regulasi emosi dan instrumen kejenuhan belajar dengan menggunakan skala model Likert. Analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif, regresi sederhana dan regresi ganda. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa semakin tinggi self efficacy pada diri mahasiswa akan mampu mengurangi kejenuhan belajar, selain itu rendahnya regulasi emosi negatif pada diri mahasiswa akan mampu mengatasi kejenuhan belajar pada mahasiswa.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui adanya hubungan pola asuh dan kepedulian orang tua terhadap kedisplinan belajar siswa kelas VIII F dan G di SMP negeri 5 kota jayapura. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan instrument yang berupa kuesioner. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 60 siswa, sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 52 siswa yang ditentukan dengan rumus Isaac dan Michael.dengan taraf kesalahan 5% selanjutnya teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara random. Hasil penelitian ini terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan dengan variabel pola asuh orang tua diperoleh nilai sebesar +0.752 (X1) dengan sig 0.030 < 0,05. Variabel kepedulian orang tua mendapatkan nilai +0.473 (X2) dengan sig 0,015 < 0,05. Kesimpulan dari hasil penelitian terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan pola asuh dan kepedulian orang tua dengan kedisiplinan belajar siswa kelas VIII F dan G di SMP Negeri 5 kota Jayapura.

Abstract

The low student achievement is indicated because it is influenced by the level of game online and students learning motivation. The purposes of this study are 1) to determine the effect of online game addiction and learning motivation on learning achievement. 2) what is the percentage of the effect of online game addiction and learning motivation on learning achievement. Amounted 132 students with a sample 100 students who were determined by taking Non-Probability Sampling with the Accidental Sampling technique. To collect the data used questionnaire. Data analysis using regression test. The results of this study indicate that online game addiction and learning motivation contribute to student achievement by 65.1%. This means that 65.1% of the factors that effect student achievement are game addiction and learning motivation. The results obtained in this study can be used as input for BK teachers in an effort to reduce online game addiction and learning motivation with student achievement.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Emotional Regulation and Self-esteem on Academic Self-Adjustment. The method used is quantitative correlational. This research was conducted in the counseling study program in January-February 2021. The population of this study were students of the Guidance and Counseling Study Program at Cenderawasih University Class of 2016,2017,2018,2019 and 2020 with a total of 115 students. Based on the Slovin formula, 89 samples were obtained using the Proportionate Stratified technique. Random Sampling. The data collection technique used an emotional regulation questionnaire, a self-esteem questionnaire and an academic adjustment questionnaire with a Likert scale assessment. This study uses simple and multiple regression data analysis. The results of this study indicate that: there is an effect of emotional regulation on academic self-adjustment with the results of R2 = 38.9% and the effect of self-esteem on academic self-adjustment with the results of R2 = 62.6%. There is an effect of emotional regulation and self-esteem on academic self-adjustment, with the result of R2 = 69.3%, while the remaining 30.7% is influenced by other variables outside of this study.

Abstract

Tujuan dilakukan penelitian ini yaitu: 1) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi profesional terhadap kinerja guru bimbingan dan konseling SMA-SMK Se-Kota Jayapura., 2 Untuk mengetahui pengaruh dukungan sistem terhadap kinerja guru bimbingan dan konseling SMA-SMK Se-Kota Jayapura, 3) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kompetensi Profesional dan dukungan sistem terhadap kinerja guru bimbingan dan konseling SMA-SMK Se-Kota Jayapura. Metode penelitian yang dipakai adalah metode kuantitatif. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian survey dengan jenis survey cross-sectional. Dalam penelitian yang dilakukan menggunakan sampling jenuh. Dengan demikian, maka seluruh guru SMA dan SMK di kota Jayapura menjadi sampel yang berjumlah 36 orang. Hasil dari penelitian ini kompetensi Profesional berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru bimbingan dan konseling. Dukungan Sistem  berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. Kompetensi Profesional dan dukungan sistem berpengaruh kinerja guru bimbingan dan konseling.

Abstract

The objectives of the present study were: 1) to analyze the correlation between self-management and study habit, 2) to analyze the correlation between academic self-adjustment and study habit, 3) to analyze the magnitude of the correlation between self-management, academic self-adjustment and study habit of the college student. This is a quantitative study that applies multiple correlational analysis method. The study population involved Guidance and Counseling students from the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Cenderawasih University, Class of 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020 as many as 60 students. The research sampling of the study employed non-probability sampling through total quota sampling method. The utilization of the method allowed all students to be the research sample. Based on the research findings, there was no significant correlation between self-management and study habit of the college student. There was a significant correlation between self-adjustment and study habit of the college student. There was a correlation between self-management with self-adjustment and study habit of the college student. Meanwhile, the simultaneous contribution of self-management with self-adjustment and study habit variables was 35% (0.350) while the other 65% was determined by other variables that affect study habit.

Abstract

Dalam kehidupan, rasa percaya diri sangat penting dimiliki oleh setiap individu. Karna dengan rasa percaya diri, individu mampu melakukan sesuatu dengan baik, terutama pelajar yang masih dalam masa-masa perkembangan.Namun faktanya, dikelas VIII SMP NEGERI 1 Sumber Kabupaten Cirebon masih banyak peserta didik yang memiliki rasa kepercayaan diri yang rendah. Hal ini dibuktikan berdasarkan hasil wawancara kepada guru BK SMP NEGERI 1 Sumber. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa baik efektivitas layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan media film pendek berbasis virtual terhadap kepercayaan diri peserta didik kelas VIII SMP NEGERI 1 Sumber. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif eksperimen dengan desain True Eksperimen dan pola desain Pretest-Pottest Control Group Design. Teknik pengumpulan data digunakan adalah angket kepercayaan diri. Teknik analisis data yang di gunakan adalah analisis deksriptif dan analisis inferensial dengan menggunakan program SPSS 25. Hasil penelitian ini didapatkan nilai Sig (92failed) dari uji independent simple t test sebesar 0,000 yang artinya lebih kecil dari 0,05. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada perbedaan rata-rata sikap kepercayaan diri peserta didik antara kelompok eksperimen (117,27) dan kelompok kontrol (90,87).

Abstract

Mubaligh or Da'i are human beings who live in the mind of Islam, moving to exalt the religion of Allah with all the power they have as an obligation that must be carried out based on Allah's orders. Da'i are also called the subject of da'wah or called preachers who are engaged in da'wah according to their respective abilities. IPNU is one of the organizations in Indonesia and is an autonomous body of Nahdlatul Ulama, an organization that accommodates male students. This organization is called the Nahdlatul Ulama Student Association, abbreviated as IPNU which is educational, familial, social, and religious in nature. IPPNU is one of the organizations in Indonesia and is an autonomous body of Nahdlatul Ulama, an organization that accommodates female students. This organization is called the Nahdlatul Ulama Student Association, abbreviated as IPPNU which is educational, familial, social, and non-profit in nature. to increase understanding of religious values.

Abstract

This research aimed to determine the correlation between andragogy learning as well as learning skill and student learning outcome. The present research applied a quantitative research approach with multiple correlational analysis method where the data collection was carried out through questionnaire technique in the form of questionnaires and documentation. The research population involved students from the Guidance and Counseling Program, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Cenderawasih University batch 2018, 2019, 2020 and 2021 as many as 101 students. The determination of the sample was performed by total sampling technique in which the researcher used the entire sample with a total of 101 students. The research findings showed a correlation between andragogy learning and learning outcome with a Pearson correlation value of 0.502, a correlation between learning skill and learning outcome with a Pearson correlation value of 0.445 and a correlation between andragogy learning and learning skills and learning outcomes where the correlation coefficient was indicated by an R value of 0.573. Meanwhile, the simultaneous contribution of andragogy learning as well as learning skill and learning outcome was 32.8% (0.328) while the other 67.2% were determined by other variables not examined in this research. The conclusion of this research was that there was a fairly strong correlation between andragogy learning as well as learning skill and student learning outcome.
