Abstract

This research aimed to determine the correlation between andragogy learning as well as learning skill and student learning outcome. The present research applied a quantitative research approach with multiple correlational analysis method where the data collection was carried out through questionnaire technique in the form of questionnaires and documentation. The research population involved students from the Guidance and Counseling Program, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Cenderawasih University batch 2018, 2019, 2020 and 2021 as many as 101 students. The determination of the sample was performed by total sampling technique in which the researcher used the entire sample with a total of 101 students. The research findings showed a correlation between andragogy learning and learning outcome with a Pearson correlation value of 0.502, a correlation between learning skill and learning outcome with a Pearson correlation value of 0.445 and a correlation between andragogy learning and learning skills and learning outcomes where the correlation coefficient was indicated by an R value of 0.573. Meanwhile, the simultaneous contribution of andragogy learning as well as learning skill and learning outcome was 32.8% (0.328) while the other 67.2% were determined by other variables not examined in this research. The conclusion of this research was that there was a fairly strong correlation between andragogy learning as well as learning skill and student learning outcome.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi kendala dalam implementasi layanan BK berbasis multikultural di SMAN 1 Jayapura, Papua, dengan fokus pada aspek kompetensi konselor, hambatan teknis, dan dukungan kebijakan sekolah. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus.  Subjek penelitian dipilih secara purposive dengan mempertimbangkan kriteria inklusi. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, dengan delaman informan, yang terdiri dari kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah bidang kurikulum, dua guru BK, dua guru mata pelajaran, dan 2 siswa (dengan latar etnis dan agama yang beragam).  Selain itu melakukan observasi partisipatif, dan studi dokumentasi. Untuk menjamin keabsahan data, digunakan teknik kredibilitas melalui perpanjangan pengamatan, trianggulasi sumber dan teknik, diskusi teman sejawat, dan member checking. Analisis data dilakukan melalui tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan/verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sekolah belum memiliki program layanan BK multikultural yang tertulis dan terstruktur. Praktik multikultural yang ada masih bersifat implisit dan belum menjadi bagian integral dari layanan konseling. Tiga kendala utama yang teridentifikasi meliputi: (1) keterbatasan pemahaman guru BK terhadap konsep dan strategi konseling multikultural; (2) minimnya dukungan manajerial terkait sarana, alokasi waktu, dan kebijakan pendukung; serta (3) rendahnya keterlibatan orang tua dan pemangku kepentingan eksternal. Temuan ini mengindikasikan perlunya pengembangan model layanan BK berbasis institusi yang mengintegrasikan perspektif multikultural secara sistemik. Penelitian ini memiliki keterbatasan pada ruang lingkup lokasi tunggal dan keterlibatan terbatas dari pihak eksternal, sehingga disarankan adanya penelitian lanjutan dengan cakupan dan partisipasi yang lebih luas.

Abstract

This seminar aims to overcome the crisis of the shortage of guidance and counseling (BK) teachers in Jayapura City and improve the efficiency of counseling services in schools, especially with the increasing student ratio. Through this seminar, it is expected to create a deep understanding of the importance of efficient counseling services by optimizing collaboration between counseling teachers, subject teachers, parents, and related professionals. The method of conducting the seminar included lectures, discussions, and questions and answers, and went through three main stages: preparation, implementation, and evaluation. The targets of the activity were counseling teachers at junior high, high school, and vocational school levels in Jayapura City. From the results of the evaluation, which included five questions, an average score of 80% was obtained, indicating an increase in participants' understanding of the importance of technology utilization in counseling services and the need for cross-party collaboration to support the smooth and efficient counseling services in schools. This activity indicates that the seminar contributed positively to improving the professional competence of counseling teachers, as well as strengthening systematic support for counseling services in schools to effectively reach more students.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to empower the youth in Kemtuk Gresi District to be ready to embark on digital careers, where digital skills are highly needed in the job market. This program is designed to equip participants with a strategic understanding of digital career opportunities as well as technical skills and non-technical skills such as effective communication and professional networking. (networking). Through interactive seminars and workshops, participants learn the use of digital technology, content management, and personal branding strategies. Participatory methods and group discussions help participants develop skills that align with the current needs of the job market. The results of the activities show a significant increase in participants' understanding of technology as a career development tool and the enhancement of technical skills that support their readiness in the digital job market. In addition to basic skills, participants were also introduced to sustainable career planning strategies in the digital era. This program successfully guided the youth of Kemtuk Gresi to become more adaptive and ready to face global challenges with skills and knowledge that enable them to pioneer digital careers.
