Abstract

The existence of God is in essence impossible to shift, but, in fact seems to experience a shift that appears in human efforts to respond to the mission call. Efforts to "narrow" the meaning, purpose and impact of understanding the "true love and mission" for His people here are in contrast to God's love that cannot be separated from His essence. God himself wants His love to be part of His ransom people, so this is where "mission" becomes the logical implication of God's existence as a mission initiator that has been, is being, and continues to be done through His chosen people in every age in (community). The author used qualitative method with text and language analysis approaches. Based on research results in the "text" it can be understood that God's love enables Him to send His only begotten Son to fulfill His mission. Then in His grace; The Son continues the Father's mandate to disciples to become a "community" sharing the love of God the Father. This task is then passed on to the present generation specifically for graduates of Theological/Christian Religious College.

Abstract

Abstract:Paulo Freire gave his ideas in the field of education, which also influenced the praxis of education at various families, stages, levels, types, and objectives, including Christian religious education. In his argument, Freire rejects the wrong and oppressive education pattern with the slogan "Pedagogy of the Oppressed" oriented to the banking method pattern. If so, how to understand the revolutionary and innovative learning model of Christian religious education from Paulo Freire's perspective? The author uses a qualitative method with a library research approach. It is understood that the revolution and innovation of learning in Christian religious education should continue to be echoed and, as far as possible, packaged and connected to the context of actual problems in people's lives simultaneously, which leads to the call to "liberate." This effort indeed leads to the quality of graduates who can compete in various competitions now and in the future. So the revolutionary and innovative learning model in Christian religious education in Freire's perspective always emphasizes freedom, and the learning model is patient in dealing with actual problems and dares to hold back against various inequalities in a positive way through dialogue and dares to make positive changes for optimal results. Abstrak: Paulo Freire memberikan gagasannya dalam bidang pendidikan yang turut mempengaruhi praksis pendidikan pada berbagai rumpun, tingkat, jenjang, jenis dan tujuannya, termasuk pendidikan agama Kristen. Dalam argumentasinya, Freire menolak pola pendidikan yang salah dan bersifat menindas dengan slogan “Pedagogi of the Oppressed” yang berorientasi pada pola banking method. Jika demikian, bagaimana memahami revolusi dan inovasi model pembelajaran pendidikan agama Kristen dalam perspektif Paulo Freire? Penulis menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan kepustakaan (library research). Maka dipahami bahwa revolusi dan inovasi pembelajaran pendidikan agama Kristen sebaiknya terus dikumandangkan dan sedapat mungkin dikemas dan dihubungkan dengan konteks persoalan aktual dalam kehidupan masyarakat secara simultan yang mengarah pada panggilan “membebaskan”. Upaya ini tentunya bermuara pada mutu lulusan yang mampu bersaing dalam berbagai persaingan pada masa kini maupun ke depan. Maka model pembelajaran pendidikan agama Kristen revolusionis dan inovatif dalam perspektif Freire selalu menekankan aspek kebebasan, sabar menghadapi berbagai persoalan aktual dan berani menahan diri terhadap berbagai ketimpangan secara positif melalui dialog serta berani melakukan perubahan ke arah yang positif untuk hasil yang optimal.

Abstract

The understanding of human origins according to philosophical anthropology greatly elevates humans to become equal or even higher than God. On the other hand, there is also a view that tends to reduce the position of humans to be equal like the concept of Homo Sapiens, or lower with other creations which is certainly contrary to the text of the Bible. And ironically, today there are some Christians who are confused about the purpose of God's creation in His Image and Likeness. This study uses a qualitative method with literature study as a data collection technique that is correlated with observation and theological interpretation. Therefore, it is emphasized that humans are creatures created by God in His Image and likeness as men and women who are commensurate with representing themselves as micro theos and microcosms because they are endowed with a unique potential to realize the imperative cultural mandate, namely “to multiply, to multiply. and fill the earth and rule over it according to God's purpose according to Genesis 1:26-28.”

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to present a relevant, dynamic and conceptual PAK learning concept as a learning effort in shaping students' life skills. It is understood that PAK is an education that pivots on the teachings of Jesus Christ. Meanwhile, discipleship is related to teaching that aims to form a person. On the other hand, life skills reach as the ability to survive naturally and positively against the various challenges faced. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques, namely Grounded Theory. Simultaneous elaboration of several theories combined with observation and interview data at SDTK Sabda Harapan Sentani. The results obtained from this study confirm the validity of PAK, discipleship and life skills as an integral part and are familial, biblical, applicable and conceptual. This leads to efforts to produce outputs that have the fighting power in life that leads to knowing oneself, living harmoniously in society, critical and creative thinking, christocentric learning and vocational understanding.Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetengahkan suatu konsep pembelajaran PAK yang relevan, dinamis dan konseptual sebagai upaya pemuridan dalam membentuk life skill peserta didik. Dipahami bahwa PAK menekankan pendidikan yang berporos pada ajaran Yesus Kristus. Sementara itu, pemuridan berkaitan dengan pengajaran yang bertujuan membentuk kepribadian seseorang. Pada sisi yang lain, life skill dipahami sebagai kemampuan survaive seseorang secara alamiah dan positif terhadap berbagai tantangan yang dihadapi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif diskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data yaitu grounded Theory. Elaborasi beberapa teori dipadukan dengan data observasi dan wawancara di SDTK Sabda Harapan Sentani secara simultan. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini menegaskan kalidansi PAK, pemuridan dan life skill sebagai bagian yang utuh dan bersifat kekeluargaan, alkitabiah, aplikatif dan konseptual. Pemahaman ini mengarah pada upaya menghasilkan output yang memiliki daya juang dalam kehidupan yang mengarah pada kecakapan mengenal diri sendiri, kehidupan yang harmonis dimasyarakat, berpikir kritis dan kreatif, kecakapan akademis dan kecakapan vokasional yang bersifat kristosentris.
