Abstract

This community service activity aims to empower college students through the development of entrepreneurship skills. In the era of globalization and intense job competition, empowering students is an important key to facing economic challenges and creating jobs.The method used in this activity includes the identification and selection of college students based on their interests and motivation towards entrepreneurship. Selected students will take part in a series of training covering the basics of entrepreneurship, business planning, financial management, marketing, innovation, and communication skills. In addition, students will also receive guidance and assistance from experienced lecturers or business practitioners. They will be guided in developing business ideas and developing business plans.Assistance is also provided in business development, including the process of establishing a business, operational management, and developing networks with local communities and other related parties. Evaluation and monitoring are regularly carried out to measure the progress of students and monitor the development of businesses founded by them.The results of this activity will be disseminated through publications, counseling, seminars, and collaboration with related parties. It is hoped that student empowerment through entrepreneurship will provide benefits in the form of increased job opportunities for students, contribution to the local economy, and development of student capacity in facing the world of work. This activity is also a strategic step in improving the quality of higher education and creating an ecosystem that is conducive to entrepreneurship. By involving students in this empowerment activity, it is hoped that a young generation will be created who are creative, innovative, and ready to face future challenges.Keywords: entrepreneurship skills, empowering college students.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of digital innovation and Islamic financial technology (fintech, crowdfunding, and P2P lending) in supporting green banking practices at BSI Padang. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study to analyze the integration strategy of digital innovation and Islamic finance in environmentally friendly banking practices at BSI Padang. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews with internal and external parties of BSI, and documentation studies, with researchers present directly in the field. Data analysis used the Miles and Huberman model, with validity maintained through triangulation, member checks, audit trails, and peer debriefing to ensure that the findings reflect real conditions in the field. The results of the study show that BSI Padang has succeeded in integrating digital innovation and Islamic financial technology to support green banking practices. Innovations such as BSI Mobile, Islamic crowdfunding, and P2P lending are implemented strategically to improve service access, time efficiency, and reduce the use of physical documents. Acceptance of innovation is strengthened through education, training, and financial literacy campaigns. In addition, the commitment to sustainability is reflected in green MSME financing and CSR programs that focus on the environment.

Abstract

PSAK 73 is the latest accounting standard related to lease accounting adopted from IFRS 16. The implementation of PSAK 73 will become effective in 2020. The classification of finance leases is a type of lease that is permitted in PSAK 73 where the recognition, measurement, presentation and disclosure of right-of-use assets becomes more detailed in financial position reports. This research aims to analyze the impact of implementing PSAK 73 on rent on financial performance as seen by financial ratios. This research uses transportation and logistics sector companies as the research population. The sample selection method used a purposive sampling method and the companies that met the sample criteria were 15 companies. The analytical method used in this research is ratio analysis and statistical analysis using SPSS 23. The results of this research show that there is no significant difference in solvency ratios and profitability ratios between before and after the implementation of PSAK 73 on rents in listed transportation and logistics sector companies on the Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2017-2022.

Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan oleh guru-guru Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Ar-Razzaq Pekanbaru dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat pemahaman mereka terkait edukasi akad-akad pembiayaan syariah serta mengukur keberhasilan program pengabdian yang dilaksanakan. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini meliputi penyuluhan, presentasi, dan diskusi interaktif. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa program pengabdian ini dapat dilaksanakan dengan baik dan berjalan lancar sesuai rencana yang telah ditetapkan. Berdasarkan evaluasi, ditemukan bahwa tingkat pemahaman guru-guru Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Ar-Razzaq terhadap transaksi keuangan syariah beragam, mulai dari yang telah memahami dengan baik, yang masih ragu-ragu, hingga yang belum memahami sama sekali. Secara keseluruhan, tujuan program pengabdian masyarakat ini tercapai dengan baik berkat kolaborasi yang solid antara tim pengabdi dan kepala madrasah. Seluruh kegiatan berhasil terlaksana sesuai jadwal dan memberikan kontribusi positif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman guru terhadap konsep keuangan syariah.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh love of money, machiavellian, religiusitas dan idealisme terhadap persepsi etis mahasiswa akuntansi secara parsial dan simultan. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh dari responden melalui kuesioner. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Program Studi S1 Akuntansi Universitas Islam Negeri Sultan Syarif Kasim Riau angkatan 2018. Sampel diambil dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan menentukan jumlah berdasarkan rumus Yamane sehingga terdapat sebanyak 117 mahasiswa. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah metode analisis linier berganda. Hasil uji parsial menunjukkan bahwa variabel love of money dan machiavellian berpengaruh signifikan sedangkan variabel religiusitas dan idealisme tidak berpengaruh. Hasil pengujian secara simultan menunjukkan bahwa variabel love of money, machiavellian, religiusitas dan idealisme memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap persepsi etis mahasiswa akuntansi. Variabel independen dapat menjelaskan Persepsi Etis Mahasiswa Akuntansi sebesar 26,1%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 73,9% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak dimasukkan dalam model regresi ini.
