Abstract

Good governance concept is an emerging issue in the management of publik admnistration today that emerged in the early 1990s. The system of state governace is important element in a country. In the implementation of regional autonomy, to e able to carry out its functions properly, local gomerments are required to realize goog governance in their respective regions. Good governance relates to how the local goverment both district and ciity as poliisy implementers, both national and local policies. When good governace delas with how local governments implement local level policies it also relates to how local government performance works policies to be implemented by local government.

Abstract

The Family Planning Program is not a program run solely by the central government. In the current era of decentralization, the authority of the central government regarding family planning programs must be properly decentralized, as stated in article (23) paragraph (1) of Law Number 52 of 2009 concerning Population Development and Family Development which reads, "The government and local governments are obliged to increase access to and quality of information, education, counseling, and contraceptive services.” Men's low participation in the use of contraceptives can be caused by internal and external factors. This study aims to determine the implementation of the male family planning acceptor program policy at the Family Planning Population Control Service, Women's Empowerment and Child Protection, Sumedang Regency, the obstacles encountered and efforts to overcome them. This research was conducted using qualitative methods. Data collection techniques used by observation, interviews, documentation. The data obtained was validated through: Observation persistence, Data Source Triangulation, Reference Adequacy. Research data are processed through techniques: Data reduction, Data Presentation, Conclusion Drawing, which aims to obtain data to support the final results of the study. Determination of the sample/informant in this study was carried out using purposive sampling, namely as many as 5 people. The final results of this study concluded that the implementation of the male family planning acceptor program policy at the Office of Population Control for Family Planning, Women's Empowerment and Child Protection in Sumedang Regency had not been running effectively. This is based on the lack of studies conducted by program organizers on male family planning acceptor candidates.

Abstract

Desa Dewasari Kecamatan Cijeungjing Kabupaten Ciamis termasuk salah satu desa yang pada tahun 2020 telah melaksankan pemilihan desa serentak dan telah menghasilkan kepala desa terpilih yang dilantik pada tanggal 3 Februari 2021 oleh Bupati Ciamis. Dengan demikian, pemerintahan Desa Dewasari berkewajiban menyusun RPJM Dewasari Tahun 2021-2027 sebagai bagian dari perencanan pembangunan di wilayahnya. Tujuan tulisan ini untuk mengetahui proses penyusunannya RPJMDes wajib menampung aspirasi masyarakat melalui partisipasi masyarakat desa mulai dari tingkat RT, RW, Dusun sampai dengan Desa. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan induktif. Metode deskriptif dapat diartikan sebagai prosedur pemecahan masalah yang diselidiki dengan menggambarkan atau melukiskan keadaan objek/subjek penelitian berdasrkan fakta-fakta yang tampak. Prosesnya dibentuk Tim RPJMDes yang menyelenggarakan musyawarah dari tingkat dusun dengan sebutan “Musdus” sampai pada musyawarah desa “Musdes” bersama BPD dan akhirnya musyawarah rencana pembangunan desa “Musrenbangdes” yang melibatkan semua perangkat desa, BPD, Tim RPJMDes serta para tokoh masyarakat desa dengan simpulan bahwa terbentuknya Dokumen RPJMDes adalah sebagai pedoman pelaksanaan pembangunan bagi pemerintah Desa Dewasari Kecamatan Cijeungjing Kabupaten Ciamis.

Abstract

Relationship between the Implementation of ASN E-Office Policy and the Work Effectiveness of Employees in the Communications and Information, Coding and Statistics Services, Sumedang Regency. The method used in preparing Administrative Research Practices (PPA) is a descriptive analysis method. This research variable uses variables that will be measured from an independent variable of policy implementation and a dependent variable of employee work effectiveness. What was used as a population for this researcher were all ASN employees in the Sumedang Regency Communication and Informatics, Coding and Statistics Service, totaling 35 employees and a sample of 35 people was taken. The method used is literature study, field study (questionnaire, observation).Based on the results of implementation research, the effect of policy implementation is 87.4% (very good) of the ideal criteria with a total score of 1531, and employee work effectiveness is 86.4% (very good) of the ideal criteria with a total score of 1513, the relationship between policy implementation and Work Effectiveness Employees are at a very good correlation level with a correlation coefficient of 0.834. And the influence of policy implementation on the work effectiveness of employees at the Sumedang Regency Communication and Informatics, Coding and Statistics Service obtained a coefficient of determination value of 69.5%, while the side of 30.5% was influenced by other factors that were not examined (eplison factors)

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Implementation of the Healthy Kitchen Program Policy to Overcome Stunting in Cimalaka District, Sumedang Regency. The method used is a qualitative method with a descriptive type. Data collection techniques were carried out through literature studies and field studies which included: observation, interviews, documentation and triangulation. The final results of this study conclude that the Implementation of the Healthy Kitchen Program Policy to Overcome Stunting in Cimalaka District, Sumedang Regency has been running well and provides significant benefits to the community, the government and stakeholders have responded positively to this program, but not yet fully maximized. This is indicated by the following findings: (1) lack of socialization to the community which should be carried out in each sub-district in each village (2) lack of resources, the budget for the program can be implemented optimally. The efforts made are to carry out comprehensive outreach to implementers and the community. The policy implementation of the Healthy Kitchen Program to Overcome Stunting in Cimalaka District has been running by involving various parties, including the local government, posyandu cadres, and the community. This program focuses on providing balanced nutrition education, managing healthy kitchens, and providing additional food for children at risk of stunting. Based on the results of the study, there are several suggestions, namely for this study, namely that it can increase socialization activities on a regular basis to help provide understanding to the target of socialization about the purpose and objectives of this atasi stunting program.
