Abstract

This classroom action research aims to improve the creativity and learning outcomes of mathematics class XII SMK N 1 Gedangsari academic year 2017/2018 using Flipped Classroom learning model. From the research result, the average creativity of the students before the action is 61.45% and then in the first cycle increased to 63.39% and in the second cycle increased to 72.42%. In the achievement of KKM value in pre cycle to cycle 1 increased by 12.90% from 48.39 % to 61.29% and in cycle 1 to cycle 2 increased by 19.35% from 61.29% to 80.65%.

Abstract

Capital structure is one of the important information for companies to archieve their goals. The aim of this research is to analyze the effect of asset structure, growth, and liquidity toward capital structure. The sample of this research are 96 observations from listed public manufacturing companies ofindonesian stock exchange year 2007-2009. Sample collected using Cluster Proporsional Random Sampling. Hypothesis tested using multiple regression and the result shows only liquidity has significance effect toward capital structure. Abstract

This study aims to comprehensively examine the types of digital learning media used in thematic learning at the elementary school level, evaluate their impact on students’ participation and learning interest, and analyze the challenges in their implementation. Using a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach guided by the PRISMA protocol, more than 20 scholarly articles published between 2017 and 2025 were analyzed. The findings reveal that digital media such as Canva, PowerPoint, Quizizz, Google Classroom, e-Modules, Android-based applications (Smart Apps Creator, Quizland), digital booklets, and learning management platforms like Kahoot and Moodle have contributed to increasing students' engagement, conceptual understanding, and the effectiveness of formative assessments. However, obstacles remain, including low digital literacy among teachers, limited infrastructure, and the lack of pedagogical ICT training. This study highlights the need for systemic support through continuous teacher training, equitable access to technology, and the development of localized digital content as strategies for sustainable integration. The use of digital media in thematic learning should not be viewed merely as a technical shift, but rather as a transformative step toward a more collaborative, contextual, and creative educational paradigm in the digital age.
