Abstract

This study wass a theoretical basis for the analysis of modernization carried out by the world of Islamic education, especially in Indonesia. Abstract

This study examines the efforts of Al Azhar in modernizing Islamic education in the efforts of superior school. The conclusion of the study is the existence of modernization of Islamic education in Al Azhar school which has been around since its exist, namely by emphasizing the quality of Islamic education at that time, besides no one has quality Islamic education which integrates science and religion to achieve the superior value.

Abstract

PT. AP Tbk. A company engaged in the integrated textile industry, one of the companies that produce various types of high-quality production in yarn manufacturing. Problems that occur at PT. AP Tbk. Superior in yarn processing facilities. In the layout production facility has not been used optimally, location settings are not optimal. found a step back that caused the distance to be far away. For that, it is necessary to restructure the layout of these machines so that the total distance of material handling is faster. Based on the results of research and data processing using a systematic Layout Lay out method, the layout is more efficient when compared to the layout before repair. With the SLP method, two alternative layout locations are produced which can minimize the distance of the material flow and the cost of material handling. Layout 1 can save a distance of 45 meters by issuing material handling costs of 3881.52 rupiah from the initial layout, while layout 2 can save a distance of 57 meters by looking for material handling costs of 4744.08 rupiah from the initial layout. Thus, layout 2 is more recommended so that activities and production results are more optimal and handling of cost material becomes smaller.

Abstract

Dalam beberapa bulan terakhir ini permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh perusahaan adhesive adalah masalah pengiriman barang ke pelanggan yang tidak sesuai dengan jumlah yang diorder. Bilamana permasalahan ini tidak segera ditangani bukan tidak mungkin pelanggan akan pindah ke pesaing lain. Untuk meningkatkan performa on time in full pengiriman barang jadi ke pelanggan melalui pendekatan six sigma dengan metode DMAIC yang bertujuan mendapatkan solusi terbaik untuk tujua ini. DMAIC merupkan suatu metode yang menggabungkan beberapa teori analisis dan statistik untuk pemecahan masalah yang sebenarnya (root cause). Tahapan yang dilakukan dalam metode ini adalah Define (definisi), Measure (Pengukuran), Analysis (analisa), Improve (perbaikan) dan Control (pengawasan). Tools yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini diantaranya adalah 5-why analysis. Dari penelitian yang dilakukan, maka faktor penyebab yang dapat mengakibatkan performa OTIF tidak sesuai target dapat diketahui. Begitu juga untuk tindakan perbaikan dan pengontrolan setelah perbaikan bisa diketahui dan dapat diimplementasikan.

Abstract

Manajemen Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja sudah ada secara global maupun di Indonesia, namun pada pelaksanaannya masih banyak terjadi kecelakaan dan penyakit akibat kerja, di Perusahaan Injection Molding Tangerang juga masih terdapat kecelakaan meskipun manajemen K3 sudah berjalan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengevaluasi Sistem Manajemen Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja di departemen Painting dan mengetahui perbaikan SMK3 di departemen Painting Perusahaan Injection Molding Tangerang. Metode yang di pakai adalah menggunakan HIRADC (Hazard Identification Risk Assesment and Determaining Control) yang terdiri dari identifikasi masalah, penilaian resiko dan pengendalian resiko. Hasil penelitian dari sembilan proses yang ada di departemen Painting, proses yang paling kecil kemungkinan resiko kecelakaannya adalah proses cleaning dan finishing dan proses dengan kemungkinan resiko paling besar adalah proses perawatan sprayboth dan setelah dilakukan perbaikan HIRADC dan perbaikan lapangan dapat diketahui pada tahun selanjutnya (2017) angka kecelakaan kerja di departemen Painting mengalami penurunan. Kata Kunci : K3, hazard identification, risk assessment, determining control.

Abstract

Permasalahan keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja untuk anggota organisasi terutama perusahaan sekarang ini menjadi hal yang sangat penting dalam perkembangannya. Selain menjamin keselamatan dan kesehatan pekerjanya juga menjadi salah satu hal untuk meningkatkan produktifitas dan efisiensi kerja. Untuk itu banyak perusahaan yang mulai menerapkan sistem manajemen keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja dalam mengoperasikan perusahannya. Penerapan sistem manajemen ini menggunakan metode hiradc. Metode ini sudah banyak dipakai di perusahaan yang telah menerapkan OHSAS 18000. Metode hiradc diaplikasikan mulai dari identifikasi kegiatan pada unit kerja sampai potensi bahaya yang dapat ditimbullkan dari kegiatan atau aktifitas pekerjaan tersebut. Sehingga dengan mengetahui potensi bahaya maka akan dapat dilakukan tindakan perbaikan (corrective action) dan pencegahannya (preventive action). Implementasi dengan metode hiradc di bagian produksi pada perusahaan pengolahan kayu ini menekankan aktifitas yang terjadi pada penggunaan mesin hot press dan mesin panel saw yang frekuensi penggunaannya paling tinggi. Pada mesin hot press terdapat 4 hiradc yang menunjukkan 4 aktifitas utama yang terjadi pada mesin tersebut. Sedangkan pada mesin panel saw terdapat 3 HIRADC.Kata kunci : unsave act, unsafe condition, hiradc, corrective action, preventive action

Abstract

The production process in the manufacturing industry still uses human resources in working, there are manual handling conditions that can cause fatigue in workers. A worker's fatigue can affect the worker's attitude, where workers move in an unergonomic manner, such as working with the wrong body posture. As in the production in the plastic cutting machine manufacturing industry where the operator's long work posture activities such as standing, squatting, bending and doing repetitive movements can cause fatigue, discomfort, and pain in the limbs so that it is necessary to analyze the work posture to reduce the risk of musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) by using ergonomic analysis, namely the Rapid Upper Limb Assessment (RULA) method and the Nordic Body Map questionnaire. The results of the RULA assessment of operators showed a high level of risk, the assessment of grinding machine operators, lathe operators, milling machine operators, and welding operators showed action level 3, and the assessment of painting operators showed action level 4. Suggestions for improvement were made by changing the operator's body posture when working, such as grinding machine operators, milling machine operators, welding operators, and assembly operators obtaining action level 2 and the proposed body posture of lathe operators and painting operators obtaining action level 1.Keywords: Ergonomics, Posture, Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs), Rapid Upper Limb Assessment (RULA), Nordic Body Map

Abstract

PT Alba Unggul Metal faced several operational problems in its production activities. In this study, the focus is on standard products owned by PT Alba Unggul Metal, especially SDG type cabinets, due to delays in delivery schedules caused by scarcity of raw materials, most are SDG type cabinets. The purpose of this study was to plan the raw material requirements for SDG type cabinets so that there is no scarcity of raw materials in the warehouse. The method used is the Economic Order Quantity method, the Period Order Quantity method and the Min-Max method. After analysis and discussion, it is known that the Economic Order Quantity method is the most optimal method compared to the Period Order Quantity method and the Min-Max method. Then the Company can better control inventory and delivery time of raw materials by using the EOQ method. As an example of the calculation for an SD SPCC plate measuring 0.7mm x 2440mm x 1220mm with an optimal order quantity of 512 pieces for one order, 157 safety stocks, reorder point when stock is 493 sheets, and order frequency 24 times a year. After implementation and data sampling for three months in April, May and June 2023 there was no shortage of raw materials which caused a delay in the delivery schedule for SDG type cabinets.Keywords : Inventory control, Economic Order Quantity, Period Order Quantity, Min-Max, Reorder Point, Safety Stock.

Abstract

Advances in industrial technologies are growing rapidly, the Company is trying to make periodic improvements to maintain its competitiveness by selecting the correct working method, the Tangerang ceramic industry is an industry engaged in the manufacture of porcelain, in January-December 2021 the production output never reaches the given standard company. The purpose of this research is to find out the cause of the non-achievement of the production target in January-December 2021, find the root of the problem and provide improvements to the non-achievement of the production target. The method used in this study is Line Balancing to calculate the line efficiency value of the Tangerang ceramic industry and find bottleneck stations that result in not achieving production targets, in this study fishbone diagrams and 5why are also used as additional tools to find the root of the existing problems. The results of this study indicate that the production value on the biscuit loading assembly line is 77.56% with a bottleneck at the finishing station with a cycle time of 32.82sec, or a standard time of 36.102 sec exceeding the standard takt time given to achieve the target of 1,800 pcs/shift by Therefore, improvements were made by increasing the number of special finishing operators, replacing raw materials with better quality, re-setting the machine or upgrading some spare parts, every item to be dismantled has been prepared near decha. From the results of the improvement in production output from January to March 2022, it increased by 84.83%. Keywords: Line Balancing, Porcelain, Bottle Neck, Fishbone Diagram, 5 Why,  Line Efficiency, Calculation of Standard Time.
