Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of learning facilities and student learning motivation towards the independence of student learning. The result of the research shows that there is positive and significant influence of learning tool (X1) on learning independence (Y). It is obtained by tvalue (2,159) with p = 0,034 <0,05 and ttable at 5% significant level with df = 78 equal to 1,991. There is a positive and significant influence of learning motivation (X2) on learning independence (Y). It is obtained tvalue (7,858) with p = 0,000 <0,05 and ttable at 5% significant level with df = 78 equal to 1,991. There is a positive and significant influence of learning facilities (X1) and learning motivation (X2) simultaneously to the independence of learning (Y). This shows the coefficient of double correlation RY (1,2) = 0,746 and R² = 0,557 and price Fvalue equal to 48,980 with p = 0,000 <0,05 and Ftable = 3,11 at 5% significant level. Coefficient value X1 = 0,186 and X2 = 0,647, constant number equal to 8,650 so that can be made regression equation Y = 8,650 + 0,186X1 + 0,647X2. The higher the learning means (X1) and the learning motivation (X2), the higher the learning independence (Y). Coefficient of Determination is R² of 0,557. Means 55,7% learning independence is explained by learning tools and learning motivation. Meanwhile, 44,3% is explained by other factors not discussed in this study. The study concludes that partially, learning facilities and student learning motivation has a positive and significant effect on student independence (self-sufficiency) in learning. In addition, both learning facility and motivation have a positive and significant effect on student learning independence or sense of self-sufficiency. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh fasilitas belajar dan motivasi belajar siswa terhadap kemandirian belajar siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan sanara belajar (X1) terhadap kemandirian belajar (Y). Hal ini diperoleh dengan nilai thitung (2,159) dengan p = 0,034 <0,05 dan ttabel pada 5% tingkat signifikan dengan df = 78 sama dengan 1,991. Ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan motivasi belajar (X2) pada kemandirian belajar (Y). Diperoleh nilai thitung (7,858) dengan p = 0,000 <0,05 dan ttabel pada taraf signifikan 5% dengan df = 78 sebesar 1,991. Ada pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan dari fasilitas belajar (X1) dan motivasi belajar (X2) secara bersamaan terhadap kemandirian belajar (Y). Hal ini menunjukkan koefisien korelasi ganda RY (1,2) = 0,746 dan R² = 0,557 dan harga Fhitung sebesar 48,980 dengan p = 0,000 <0,05 dan Ftabel = 3,11 pada taraf signifikan 5%. Nilai koefisien X1 = 0,186 dan X2 = 0,647, bilangan konstan sebesar 8,650 sehingga dapat dibuat persamaan regresi Y = 8,650 + 0,186X1 + 0,647X2. Semakin tinggi nilai sarana belajar (X1) dan motivasi belajar (X2), semakin tinggi kemandirian belajar (Y). Koefisien Determinasi adalah R² 0,557. Berarti 55,7% kemandirian belajar dijelaskan oleh alat belajar dan motivasi belajar. Sementara itu, 44,3% dijelaskan oleh faktor-faktor lain yang tidak dibahas dalam penelitian ini. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa secara parsial, baik ketersediaan sarana prasaran belajar dan motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan pada kemandirian mahasiswa, dari dari kedua variable tersebut motivasi mempunyai pengaruh lebih besar. Secara simultan ketersediaan sarana prasarana dalam belajar dan pembelajaran, serta motivasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kemandirian belajar.

Abstract

Jamur Tiram merupakan peluang usaha yang belum digiatkan dengan baik padahal olahan produk ini diminati masyarakat dan hingga sekarang masih belum dapat memenuhi kebutuhan pasar sehingga harga jualnya menjadi mahal. Rumah Aspirasi Pemuda Bangka Belitung menggagas ide membudidayakan Jamur Tiram dan Blok kompos. Dipilih Jamur Tiram, karena bahan baku tersedia cukup banyak dan memiliki lahan yang baik. Sedangkan blok kompos adalah upaya diversifikasi atas olahan limbah sampah warga yang sudah dilakukan. Kelurahan Pangkalarang memiliki potensi yang baik untuk budidaya jamur tiram. Namun, warga belum mengetahui secara baik tentang jamur tiram, manfaat, maupun cara budidayanya. Unit pengelolaan limbah sampah mengolah hanya menjadi pupuk kompos, sehingga perlu pengenalan bahan pembuatan dan praktik blok kompos. Oleh karena itu, perlu dilakukan kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PkM) untuk mengatasinya. Kegiatan dilakukan dalam dua sub kegiatan. Pertama adalah membuat blok kompos dan kedua budidaya jamur tiram. Kedua sub kegiatan tersebut meliputi tahap survei, persiapan, sosialisasi, pelatihan, dan monitoring. Materi sosialisasi yang disampaikan adalah pemanfaatan dan pembuatan blok kompos serta pengenalan jamur tiram, manfaat, syarat tumbuh, dan cara budidaya jamur tiram. Disampaikan juga prospek peluang pasar. Produksi jamur tiram sudah 3 kali panen, yaitu bulan Agustus, September dan Oktober. Manfaat yang diperoleh adalah usaha baru yang dapat meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat.

Abstract

Globalisasi dan kemajuan teknologi menciptakan persaingan yang ketat di industri minuman. Banyak produsen dalam negeri bersaing berebut pasar menawarkan beraneka kategori produk, merek, kemasan serta strategi pasar yang menarik. Salah satunya, PT. Sumber Kopi Prima, sebuah perusahaan produksi kopi dalam negeri yang memproduksi Kopi Dalam Kemasan. Gaya hidup kaum urban saat ini sangat dipengaruhi oleh perkembangan zaman dan teknologi. Perubahan pun mulai dirasakan dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan. Hal-hal yang dulu tidak menjadi kebutuhan primer, berubah menjadi bagian dari keseharian yang tidak dapat mereka tinggalkan, seperti halnya ritual “ngopi”. Tahun 2019, PT. Sumber Kopi Prima dengan brand Caffino muncul membawa varian rasa kopi berkualitas untuk masyarakat Indonesia. Dengan menyasar kaum muda dan kaum profesional yang jumlahnya terbilang banyak dan masih menyukai minuman manis sehingga, strategi komunikasi pemasaran disesuaikan menggunakan gaya yang disukai orang muda. Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui tanggapan konsumen mengenai iklan Coffino di media televisi, mengetahui kesadaran merek oleh konsumen terhadap Coffino, pengaruh iklan terhadap kesadaran Kopi Caffino. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode survey terhadap penikmat kopi Gen-Z Kota Pangkalpinang, data dianalisis dengan analisis statistik melalui regresi sederhana. Persamaan regresi sederhana Y=5,654+0,314, dimana nilai r=0,438, berarti terdapat hubungan linier positif, sedangkan dari hasil uji hipotesis diperoleh thitung sebesar 4,223 lebih besar dari dari ttabel artinya H0 ditolak sedangkan H1 diterima dan KD sebesar 19,2% dan 80,8% dipengaruhi variabel lain yang tidak diteliti. Ini membuktikan bahwa penikmat kopi Gen-Z berhasil terjebak dalam perangkap strategi komunikasi iklan Caffino yang mengalahkan merek pionir bahkan merek lokal sekalipun.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the description of Quality of Work Life and Employee Motivation in UPBJJ-UT Pangkalpinang, and its influence is partially and simultaneously so that it can get information to increase motivation which will improve the quality of organizational performance. The research method used is descriptive quantitative approach with cross sectional design. The sample in this study amounted to 30 samples. The type of data used is the primary data. Data analysis technique using multiple linear regression test. The results showed that (1) The overall variables had a high average value that is in the category of 3.41-4.20 and the variable of pride to the institution had the highest average value of 4.21%. Thus the majority of respondents feel proud of the institution while working at UPBJJ-UT Pangkalpinang. In general, there are seven variables that have positive and significant influence and four variables that have positive but not significant influence. Variables that have positive and significant impacts are available facilities, workplace safety, employee engagement, communication, security, a sense of pride in institutions and work restructuring. While the variables that have positive but not significant are balanced compensation, career development, problem solving and work environment (3) Simultaneously the Quality of Work Life variable has a positive and significant influence on work motivation. This means that any increase or decrease in Quality of Work Life together will give a significant influence on employee motivation in UPBJJ-UT Pangkalpinang. Keywords: Quality of Work Life, Work Motivation, and Employee Motivation

Abstract

Purpose of the study is to describe service quality, image, satisfaction and loyalty, and its direct and indirect influence. Using descriptive quantitative method with the descriptive and explanatory survey. The sample is 205 students. The type of primary data used and data analysis techniques using analysis tests path. The results showed that all the average variables were high and the image variable had the highest average. Directly, service quality to satisfaction, image to satisfaction, and satisfaction with loyalty have a significant effect, satisfaction with loyalty and image of loyalty has no significant effect. Simultaneously, service quality and image of satisfaction and service quality, image, satisfaction with loyalty have a significant effect. Indirectly, satisfaction can mediate service quality towards loyalty and satisfaction capable of mediating the image of loyalty. In its implications, any increase or decrease in satisfaction indirectly will influence the loyalty of Regional Office of Open University at Pangkalpinang tutorial students.

Abstract

Dusun Air Abik, located in the Gunung Muda Village of the Belinyu District in Bangka Regency, has a potential natural landscape and local wisdom that is still being practiced, making it a primary value to be preserved. The indigenous tribe of Suku Lom or Urang Lom is led by a traditional leader who is a descendant of the original Urang Lom who does not have a belief system. The Mapur Customary Institution (LAM) has the task of preserving the traditions and beliefs of ancestors as well as preserving the customary forest. The PkM Dosen program aims to increase the creativity of the community in managing ecotourism potential by promoting local wisdom. The program includes workshops on the development of local wisdom-based tourism, branding and assistance in the use of social media and digital marketing for the development of medicinal plant education centers. The community faces both internal and external problems. Internal problems include stagnant social systems, belief systems regarding marriage (lineage), and threatened identity. External problems are focused on tenurial conflicts that have been going on for the past decade, namely the conflict over land disputes between palm oil plantation companies and Urang Lom, which threatens the preservation of local wisdom in the area. The community hopes that the community service program can provide a solution and have a positive impact on the process of Dusun Air Abik becoming a tourist village.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul Analisis Pengaruh Beban Kerja untuk Menentukan Jumlah Optimal Pegawai (Studi Kasus: Universitas Terbuka Pangkalpinang). Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi tugas pokok pekerjaan, menghitung penggunaan waktu kerja, menghitung beban kerja, dan mendapatkan informasi solusi dan implikasi managerial. Indetifikasi tugas dilakukan dengan mengurutkan dan merinci tugas pokok jabatan, menghitung penggunaan waktu kerja berdasarkan penggunaan waktu produktif, tidak produktif dan waktu pribadi menggunakan table work sampling. Metode perhitungan beban kerja berdasarkan pendekatan tugas pokok jabatan sesuai Peraturan Badan Kepegawaian Negara Republik Indonesia Nomor 9 Tahun 2022 tentang Tata Cara Pelaksanaan Penyusunan Kebutuan Aparatur Sipil Negara. Sampel penelitian adalah pegawai UT Pangkalpinang berstatus ASN dan PTNPNS dengan pokok pekerjaan berdasarkan Capaian Sasaran Kualitas Pegawai pada 14 unit pada 3 bidang layanan Pembelajaran Ujian, Marketing Registrasi, dan Sub bagian Tata Usaha. Rata-rata persentase penggunaan waktu dapat disimpulkan untuk jenis kegiatan produktif yaitu sebesar 78,23% jauh diatas penggunaan kegiatan tidak produktif yaitu 7,10% dan penggunaan untuk kegiatan pribadi yaitu 14,67%. Penambahan kebutuhan pegawai signifikan terbesar terjadi pada unit Pengolah Data AkAdemik (PDA) sebanyak 6 pegawai. Penambahan kebutuhan pegawai signifikan terkecil terjadi pada sembilan unit, yaitu Tenaga Front Desk (FDpu), Pengelola Informasi Akademik (PIA), Pengadministrasi Umum (PUpu), Pengelola Pemasaran (PPem), Pengelola Registrasi (PReg), Pengadministrasi Umum (PUmr), Penyusun Program Anggaran Pelaporan (PAP), Pengelola Sarana Prasarana (PSP), dan Pengadministrasi Umum (PUtu) masing-masing 1 pegawai.

Abstract

The aim of the research is to find out the description of promotion through social media and e-WOM Communication and the interest in becoming a student among UT Pangkalpinang Facebook followers, and its partial and simultaneous influence so that information can be obtained to increase the best promotion in increasing interest in becoming a UT Pangkalpinang student. The research methodology used is a quantitative descriptive statistical approach. The sample consisted of 257 students with a population of 4,958. This type of data uses primary data by distributing digital questionnaires. Data analysis techniques use descriptive tests and multiple linear regression analysis. The research results show: [1] all dimensions have a high average value (3.41-4.20). [2] partially there are 7 dimensions that have a significant effect and 2 dimensions that have no significant effect. The dimensions that have a significant influence are context, communication, connection (variable promotion via social media), platform assistance, concern for others, social benefits and helping the company (variable promotion via e-WOM Communication). Meanwhile, the variables that do not have a significant effect are collaboration (variable promotion via social media) and positive self-enhancement (variable promotion via e-commerce communication) [3] Simultaneously, all dimensions have a significant influence on student decision making (296,384>19,492). This means that every time there is an increase or decrease in the dimensions and independent variables together, they will have a significant influence on the interest in becoming a student among UT Pangkalpinang Facebook followers.
