Abstract

Manusia merupakan satu hakekat yang mempunyai dua dimensi,yaitu dimensi material dan dimensi immaterial. Ungkapan al-Qur’anuntuk menunjukkan konsep manusia terdiri atas tiga kategori,yaitu: (1) al-insan, al-ins, dan al-nas, atau unas, (2) al-basyar dan (3)bany Adam.Meskipun ketiga kata tersebut menunjukkan pada maknamanusia, namun secara khusus memiliki penekanan pengertianyang berbeda. Allah yang telah menciptakan segala sesuatu dengansebaik-baiknya, dan memulai menciptakan manusia dari segumpaltanah, dan Dia ciptakan keturunannya dari jenis saripati berupaair yang hina, lalu Dia sempurnakan penciptaannya. Unsur jasadakan hancur dengan kematian, sedangkan unsur jiwa akan tetapdan bangkit kembali pada hari kiamat. Dia tersusun dari perpaduandua unsur; segenggam tanah bumi, dan ruh Allah, maka siapa yanghanya mengenal aspek tanahnya dan melalaikan aspek tiupanruh Allah, maka dia tidak akan mengenal lebih jauh hakikat manusia.

Abstract

Pada kegiatan pemberdayaan masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk melakukan perbaikan dan peningkatan terhadap kualitas pendidikan dan keagamaan, ekonomi, kesehatan dan lingkungan. Agar tujuan dari pemberdayaan masyarakat dapat tercapai dilakukan kegiatan observasi, sosialisasi, diskusi, dan seminar. Kegiatan pendidikan dilaksanakan di SD Padang Bujur yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan cara belajar anak dan meningkatkan kemampuan mengajar mahasiswa, kegiatan keagamaan bertujuan untuk mengenalkan makhrijul huruf, tajwid, dan cerita Islami kepada anak-anak, kegiatan ekonomi bertujuan untuk menyebarluaskan mengenai oleh-oleh khas desa, kegiatan kesehatan dan lingkungan bertujuan agar lingkungan bersih dan asri, tumbuhan obat dikenali dan mudah ditemukan, serta memberikan edukasi kepada masyarakat tentang stunting dan cara mencegahnya. Setiap kegiatan dilakukan berdasarkan karakter masyarakat sehingga mudah dipahami. Dengan peningkatan kualitas masyarakat menunjukkan tujuan kegiatan pemberdayaan ini sesuai harapan.

Abstract

Many factors cause a person to decide to become a convert (muallaf). In the case of converts in Tiganderket District, Karo Regency, they still have problems and various problems in living their new faith. The Peduli Muallaf Karo Community is one of the social communities fostering converts in the Karo District. Of course, an effective communication strategy is needed to overcome the various problems experienced by converts when practising the religion they have just believed in, especially in terms of coaching. This study aims to analyze the role of Peduli Muallaf Karo Community, coaching programs, communication strategies used by the Peduli Muallaf Karo Community, and the motivation and effectiveness of converting converts conducted by the Ka Peduli Muallaf Karo Community in Tiganderket District, Karo Regency. This study used a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. The data collection technique used in this study was observation/field study, interviews, and data analysis through documentation supported by theories from literature studies. The informants in this study were the Peduli Muallaf Karo Community managers, namely the head of Leaders, DPC administrators, and the converts coaches. The results of the study show that the communication strategy used by the Peduli Muallaf Karo Community in fostering converts in Tiganderket District, Karo Regency is relevant to the communication strategy put forward by R. Wayne Peace et al., namely: First, To secure understanding, in this case, the Peduli Muallaf Karo Community uses a local language approach to create mutual understanding and mutual understanding between mentors and converts. Second, To establish acceptance, the Peduli Muallaf Karo Community conducts coaching using lecture methods, question and answer, group discussions, and learning while playing methods. Third, To motivate action, namely, the Peduli Muallaf Karo Community held a special contest for converts as material for evaluating the preacher's performance as well as motivation for converts to continue studying Islam seriously. Namely, the Peduli Muallaf Karo Community conducts coaching using lecture methods, question and answer, group discussions, and learning while playing. Abstract

Adat is an idea in which there are values. Each community usually has customs that can reflect the soul and personality of the community. One of them is the people of Kuala Bangka Village who have upah-upah tondi. Upah-upah tondi are ceremonies whose purpose is to restore the spirit of individuals who feel threatened by their lives. This study aims to examine the customs of upah-upah tondi. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods with interviews, observations, documentation and literature studies as data collectors. Upah-upah tondi are considered to have a relationship with Islamic counseling guidance because in the upah-upah tondi there is a value of advice or guidance, social value, spiritual value and there is the same meaning of aqidah as counseling guidance. However, there is a difference where guiding in the custom of upah-upah tondi is carried out by the family or community. While in counseling guidance, guidance is given by an expert to the individual and can be done in the short term or long term called follow-up

Abstract

This study aims to determine the communication strategy of the Kenaziran Board of Masjid Al Buchari Kelurahan Gedung Johor in attracting congregations to attend Sunday morning recitation. This research is qualitative research with a descriptive method. This research is a field study (field research). Data sources in this study include primary data obtained directly through phenomena in the research arena and secondary data obtained indirectly through relevant literature. Data collection techniques in this study include interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis techniques in this study include data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. This study's results indicate that effective communication based on understanding and empathy for the needs of the communicant has a very important role in attracting congregations to attend Sunday morning recitations. Al Buchari Mosque's Kenaziran Board uses various communication strategies, such as personal communication, mosques and social media announcements, and involving the congregation in planning and organizing recitations. They are also selective in selecting competent and well-known speakers and try to build positive relationships with the community through social activities. However, several obstacles are encountered, such as long holidays, other events close to the mosque, and the congregation's busyness, which can affect their participation in the Sunday morning recitation.

Abstract

Tradisi Mangupah sebuah Budaya yang masih dipertahankan dan dilaksanakan oleh masyarakat Batak Mandailing. Menjadikan al-Qur’an dan Hadis sebagai sumber rujukan utamanya. Nilai-nilai dakwah adalah nilai-nilai Islam yang menjadikan al-Qur’an dan Hadis sebagai sumber rujukan utamanya. Namun, nilai - nilai tersebut bukan merupakan “sesuatu yang mati”, sebab nilai-nilai dakwah selalu bersifat dinamis yang disesuaikan dengan perkembangan zaman dan ilmu pengetahuan yang ada di masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pesan-Pesan Dakwah yang terdapat pada prosesi Mangupah dan bagaimana implementasi masyarakat terhadap Upah-upah pernikahan Batak Mandailing. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif, Hasil penelitian dapat dilihat sebagai berikut, Tradisi Upah-upah pernikahan sebagai inti dari pernikahan sebagai wujud syukur kepada Allah SWT, yang dimana proses Tradisi ini di nilai sangat sakral dan bermakna dimana banyak terdapat Nilai-nilai Dakwah yang terdapat pada tradisi Upah-upah Pernikahan Batak Mandailing meliputi Nilai syukur, Nilai Nasihat, Nilai Ibadah, Nilai Silaturahmi, dan Nilai Gotong Royong dan Penyajian makanan dalam tradisi Upah-upah Pernikahan.   Mangupah tradition is a culture that is still maintained and implemented by the Mandailing Batak community. Making the Qur'an and Hadith as the main reference source. The values of da'wah are Islamic values that make the Qur'an and Hadith as the main source of reference. However, these values are not "something dead", because the values of da'wah are always dynamic and are adjusted to the times and science in society. This study aims to determine the Da'wah Messages contained in the Mangupah procession and how the community's implementation of Mandailing Batak wedding wages. The method in this research is qualitative with a descriptive approach, qualitative research focuses on understanding the context, meaning, and complexity of a phenomenon. This approach uses methods such as interviews, participatory observation, document analysis, and content analysis to collect diverse and in-depth data. The stages of this research are data collection where researchers look for references to local traditional leaders and based on books and articles, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The results of the study can be seen as follows, the Wedding Upah-upah Tradition is the core of marriage as a form of gratitude to Allah SWT, where the process of this Tradition is considered very sacred and meaningful where there are many Da'wah Values contained in the Mandailing Batak Wedding Upah-upah tradition including Gratitude Value, Advice Value, Worship Value, Gathering Value, and Mutual Cooperation Value and Food Presentation in the Wedding Upah-upah tradition.
